后来，在期末前，老师又搞了一次小测试，我依稀记得，我的数学成绩离目标95分还差了几分。

所以，回家后，我又继续魔鬼训练，连续几晚上都是如此，只复习语文数学和英语，都没有时间去练琴了，以至于好多曲子我都不熟悉了。

那段时日可真疯狂，但终究是功夫不负有心人。期末考试成绩下来，我数学99。5分，英语98分，语文96分。

多么令人欣喜的成绩啊，欣喜到我现在都能清楚地记得当时具体的成绩和脸上喜悦的笑容。

你看吧，整日训练语数英，结果它们上去了，钢琴又落下来了。

这让我深深明白一个道理：时间用在哪里，哪里就出成绩。

于是，考完试，为了找回熟悉的感觉，我又花了一个星期的时间，把快要忘记的钢琴曲又温习了几遍。

当我明白，时间用在哪里，哪里就出成绩的道理后，之后的日子，每遇到成绩不好，或者不懂的问题，我就会意识到，自己一定是下的功夫还不够。

久而久之，我竟发现，自己比之前会利用时间了。

that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many

people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I

concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

Today is the first day of te new term. I got up early and checked my wintcr vacation homework before going to sclool.

While I was busy clearing up the books, Father came in with a glass of milk in his hand, Drink it up, boy .Father said to me gently.

I was in such a hurry that Ipaid no attention whether the milk was hot or not. I drank a mouthful and cried with the sound of the broken glass. What’s the matter.? Father asked anxiously. 今年的雾霾天气已经出现了多次，持续时间长，涉及范围广，危害程度重，极大地影响了人的健康，诱发了很多疾病，比如心脏病，肺病，气管炎等等。这种天气给我们一次次敲起了警钟，环境治理刻不容缓!

所以我们要提倡，爱护树木，种植树木，不要焚烧垃圾，随便排放污染物。我们必须要科学发展，尊重大自然，与大自然和谐相处。这样既保护了环境，又保护了我们的生存环境。蓝天、碧水、绿地、新鲜的空气，就能时时在我们身边!

就碎片化学习而言，我认为其最终效果受两个因素影响。

第一，明确在不同碎片时间要做的事，即根据时间安排任务。每天的碎片化时间非常多，早起等车时，上下学途中，午休时间，下课休息时等等，而这些时间的长短不一，自然在期间可以做的事就不同。比如，下课时可以回顾上课时所学内容并整理笔记，或者放松一下心情整理一下思路；早起等车时可以预习今日所学内容或默诵昨日的背诵任务。而在较长时间的上下学途中则可以背背单词，看看有益书籍。如若倒一倒，在较短的零碎时间阅读书籍，眼中了了，心下匆匆，不过是浮光掠影蜻蜓点水，以为自己看到了些什么，结果最终却并未留下什么，无甚益处，白白浪费时间。所以明确在不同的时间里做什么事至关重要。

第二，个人的学习能力和学习效率不同，碎片化学习的结果也不同。每个人进入学习状态所需的时间不同，学习效率就会不同。有些人，不论何时何地，翻开一本自己感兴趣的书，就可以立马进入心无旁骛的状态，满心满眼只有书中内容并深入其中，外界无论何事都打扰不到他；而有些人，注意力不够集中，进入学习状态比较慢，做事也只有三分钟热度，一旦外界有任何风吹草动，就会受到影响，抛下书去凑热闹。对于前者而言，在碎片化时间或集中时间读书，并没有什么区别；而对于后者来说，如果要好好读书，就必须要在一个无人打扰的环境，特地腾出时间安心读书，自然在碎片化时间里学习就没有前者来的好。

利用碎片化时间学习并不是说，自己看上去时时刻刻都捧着书读、背着单词就能做到的，其内心是否平静，其目标是否明确，其安排是否合理都至关重要。明确有些事是不能在碎片化时间里做的，比如静心研读经典，比如攻克学术难关，这些都需要我们静下心来，慢慢看，细细品，好好读；而有些事是可以在碎片化时间里完成的，比如背诵单词，整理思路，看看杂志小说等等。时间就像海绵里的水，只要愿挤，总还是有的。这句话固然不错，但是如何利用这宝贵的碎片时间去有效学习，则需要我们好好思考，科学分析，有效利用，甚至高效利用，只有这样才能真正做到高效地利用好这宝贵的碎片化时间。

在这个时代，我们很少能够挤出一大段空白的时间去做一些事，所以利用好碎片化时间就至关重要，只有利用好碎片化时间，才能够真正受益其中。

她左手拿着簸箕，右手拿着扫帚，认真而又耐心的扫着。只见她把这片赃物扫起来，又把那片赃物扫起来，这样的动作也不知道要重复多少遍。再瞧，她的双手配合的多么默契呀!要是簸箕满了，就小心翼翼地倒进垃圾车里，生怕把刚刚扫赶净的地又弄脏了。倒完了，就又开始扫了。我从她的眼睛里看到，她是多么希望大家不再乱扔赃物，保持道路昔日的干净。这时，大风吹来，把道路又吹脏了。这位清洁工无奈的说：“唉，真没办法，我又要重新扫了。”接着，又振起精神说：“没关系，我一定能扫完的!”说完又开始扫了，这回，她先把垃圾扫在了一起，又拿簸箕把垃圾扫进簸箕里。满了就用扫帚挡住口，不让垃圾掉下来，再到进垃圾车里。我想：这样能够节约多点时间，把垃圾扫完。想着想着，清洁工就把这些垃圾扫完了。我不犹自住地走进他，笑盈盈地说：“您真好!我要向您学习那种默默奉献的精神!”清洁工听了，眼睛笑眯眯的。

这就是我最敬佩的人。一个每天起早贪黑、默默奉献的一个人。难道这个人的品格不值得我去学习吗?

My Attitude towards Life

Life is an endless voyage, as theres no destination in our life. Life is also very fickle, since anything may happen in our life. We may be successful or defeated at any time.

Sometimes, I have the feeling that I was successful, but that happiest time has already passed away. Sometimes, I feel as if I went to the end of my life, but after a long tour, I find I have a long way to go. I always miss myself in this endless road and I feel very lonely. But in this loneliness, theres nothing to fear. So I have learned to grow up. I have learned to hold back my tears. I have learned to smile to others.

Im not defeated. However hard the situation is, I will never give up! However hard the situation is, I will never say I cant! However hard the situation is, I will never stop running! Never!

生活是一段漫长的旅程，因为我们的生活是没有目的地的。生活也很善变，因为在我们的生活中任何事情都有可能发生。我们随时都可能成功或失败。

有时候，我感觉我要成功了，但那快乐的时光却消逝了。有时，我觉得我已经到生命的尽头了，但经过长时间的旅行，我发现我还有很长的路要走。在这漫长的道路上，我总是想自己，觉得很孤独。但在这孤独中，没有什么好怕的。所以我已经学会了长大。我已经学会了忍住我的眼泪。我已经学会了对他人微笑。

我不会被打败的。不管处境有多么艰难，我都不会放弃!不管处境有多么艰难，我绝不会说我不行!不管处境多么困难，我永远不会停止奔跑!绝对不会!
