I get up at seven o’clock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

我们通常还有这样的感受，很多时候我们苦苦寻求问题的解，却在思考之外的时间获得意想不到的答案，这些意外之喜实际上并不意外，这是人脑经过对问题长时间的专注思考后，大脑的CPU依然在后台通过暗时间运行，在某一时间，某种场合，大脑完成了问题的算法，迸发出“思维的火花”。最著名的例子或许就是俄国化学家门捷列夫发现元素周期表的规律，门捷列夫研究元素周期十余载，最终在睡梦里发现了这个伟大的规律，“天才的发现，实现在梦中”，这就是大脑利用暗时间在后台运行的结果。

暗时间需要好好拿来使用，但是也很容易被浪费。明白暗时间的积攒原理会让你的CPU处于高度运转状态。

第一、整合你的暗时间

暗时间在我们的生活中无处不在。吃饭，走路，逛超市，健身，睡梦等，都可以是暗时间的宿主。有时我们可以获取的暗时间很短暂，无法进行对事物的深入思考，我们可以将这些宿主进行有计划的整合，让我们获得相对较长的暗时间进行思考。

第二、专注你所做的事

我们有没有过这样的体验，在我们做一件事情的时候，注意力会被一些其他的事物吸引（比如刷了一小时朋友圈），这样我们这件事就被这件事拆分成AB两段。这时，由于我们的注意力被分散，再进入之前的专注状态需要花费额外时间。如果这个时间是一刻钟，那么你在这件事上花费的时间为A段用的时间+一小时朋友圈时间+一刻钟恢复的时间+B段用的时间，这样，我们多花费了一小时零十五分钟小时来完成这件事。

第三、不进行任务切换

同时处理多个任务对大脑来说是一件困难的事，就像电脑，程序多开很容易造成死机崩溃。我的工作经常会遇到多个任务同时下达且deadline近似的状况，起初我的对策是：立即同时执行。这样我的大脑在不同任务间切换，最多的时候我同时处理过六件事。没有经过思考的执行往往是低效的，时间久了就会感到疲惫不堪，甚至在deadline来临之际才想起这件事才做了一半。后来改变策略，先将任务捋一遍，把任务分成“重要且紧急”，“重要但不紧急”，“不重要但紧急”和“不重要也不紧急”四种，并标记在记事本上，这样让大脑的CPU在一段时间只处理一件事，专注力提升了，工作效率也自然得到了提高。
