叮铃铃，闹钟响了，我吓出了一身冷汗，唯恐梦中的小妖精会进入现实生活，把我的时间啃掉。我在现实生活也变快了，我的时间都回来啦！

“碎片化”本意是指完整的东西被分成好几块。但从社会发展的今天“碎片化”已成为一种趋势：碎片化的阅读，购物，娱乐……“时间都去哪了？问题的种种需要我们思考！”但时间换不回“青春”所以我觉得：我们要利用好碎片化时间。

出现碎片化时间的问题在于人们对于时间观念的意识浅薄造。人无远虑，必有近忧。时间如流水，往往在不经意间流逝；碎片化时间是人们不懂得利用后的“失败”，占据“天时、地利、人和。”更为重要的是碎片化时间更是人的精神价值体现，常怀“我亦无他，唯心而走”的志气！

时间观念浅薄往往往体现在以下几方面：在阅读中“断断续续，以篇概全”，其实深入研读才是最好的选择；购物时往往也不能为“它”驻留，其实停下来细细品味才是真；娱乐中也利用碎片化时间，但是却不能真正放松下来。“失败”与精神境界值得我们去研究，去探讨。人生而人人平等，那些所谓的成功人士不正是他们懂得利用碎片化的时间吗？

鲁迅曾说：“哪有什么天才，我只是把别人喝咖啡的时间用在工作上。”他用一生向世人证明：“时间就是生命”。更好的利用碎片化时间，但能真正体现它的价值只在于自己如何去做。每个人都有一个或大或小的目标，而时间更是目标的助推器。

那么我们如何去利用碎片化时间呢？

首先，我们要懂得合理规划时间，将你一天所要完成或所想做成事的时间一一列出来，所谓“没规格，不成方圆”道理正是如此，心中怀揣“压力”已化为了动力驱使你前进。其次，我们可以把两件小事化为一件事：在你工作累时或有情绪时，适当的运动。放松自身心情的同时还能锻炼身体，何乐而不为呢？其次，要学会“分解”时间，在做一件事时，将不会转变为会，在忙着思考一道题时，百思不得其解，那就先放一放，先去做其他的事，回过头来再次思考，因此我们需高效利用琐碎时间。即使时间一去不复返但它也像海绵里的水，挤一挤总会有的！

在这现代化告诉发展的时代，快节奏的生活需要我们适应，无论身处何方我们都应该利用好碎片化时间。

生活会因点滴的时光变的充实，破镜重圆后的灿烂是一道道绚丽风资，所以说这都是利用碎片化时间的可贵之处，人在当下，则能“碌碌无为”呢？唯“我”所用的时间将会揭开-它那神秘面纱，得到真谛的传承！

我们要行动起来，利用碎片时间，享人间芳华，品人生百态！每走一步需要我们为之努力！

在我的一本书里，有一篇叫《匆匆》的短文。这篇文章虽然不到150个字，但我读起来却感到很亲切，每读一次都会有新的感受。

这是一篇描写时间的散文，形容时间每时每刻都在我身边走过，不论我们洗手、吃饭、学习还是睡觉，时间都“嘀嗒嘀嗒”地从我们身边走过去了。读了这篇散文后，我进一步认识到时间是公正无私的，它对每个人都一样，不会多给这个几秒，也不会少给那个几秒。谁想让时间过的快一点，或是想让时间过的慢点，都是不可能的，问题在于如何做时间的主人。

学习中，我体会到只有珍惜分分秒秒的时间，才能成为时间的主人，而不做时间的奴隶。对于我来说，上课时认真听讲，充分利用每节课40分钟的时间，课后，认真完成作业，挤出时间多看书，充分利用课外时间，这样我就成了时间的主人。

十几年了，爸爸妈妈都在柯桥卖布，很晚回家，我天天傍晚都是一个人在家，做完作业就看课外书。窗外，小朋友们玩的可火热了，我掂起脚尖望望他们，真想马上出去和他们一起玩。可我看了看课外书，还只看了一点点，就又坐下了，直到看完才出门去玩。我想如果我把时间大量地浪费在玩上，我就成时间的奴隶了。

学习中，我进一步加深了对《匆匆》这篇散文的理解，珍惜时间的人，哪怕给他几分几秒，他也会有所收获，过的很充实的；反之，浪费时间的人，就是给他几十年，也会觉得一无所获，无比空虚。

今天，我很荣幸被邀请去观摩二年级英语戏剧节的表演活动，与小朋友们一起分享他们的佳作。

这次英语戏剧节的内容比较丰富，有二（1）班的《fashion show》、二（3）班的《snow white and the seven dwarfs》、二（5）班的《the enormous turnip》……看，随着《江南style》音乐的响起，二（2）班的舞蹈小达人闪亮登场了。他们踩着欢快的节奏，在舞台上尽情地挥洒他们的舞姿。接下来是时装小达人，他们穿着自己喜欢的衣服，在t台上秀他们的风采。英语戏剧节在二（5）班有趣的舞台剧中圆满地结束。

老师的辛劳，学生的努力成就了这次的英语戏剧节。英语戏剧节不但增添了学生学英语的乐趣，还提升了英语运用能力。我看着小朋友们一张张可爱的笑脸，听着他们流利的英语对话，由衷地感谢老师为孩子们所付出的爱。我相信孩子们在老师的关爱下，在学校这个大家庭里定能茁壮地成长！

老子说过：“天下莫弱柔于水。”但我以为不然，在我心里，水是浩瀚的，是坚韧的，是勇敢的。

May 12th is an ordinary day in 2008,itis in this day that shocking earthquake happened in Sichuan province,China.The earthquake destroyed nearly everything in Wenchan county Sichuan province. It was terrible.We cant describle the scene what we saw with any words.thousands of people were injured even died. And thousands of children became such unlucky ones who lost fathers or mothers , they longed to have families to continue their lives .I am sympathetic to their fate ! But I believed that we can fight against the fate and change it .For example ,there many people keeping living without food or water for about 100 hours during the earthquake!

What an unbelievable thing it is !their great spirits showed the powerful life vitality of humans!However,they must keep fighting against the death .Many schools were destroyed and there were many students and teachers who left us forever.Sadness,hoplessness and different kinds of danger spreaded out here and there !

But ,fortunately ,love is around us :the Communist party helps us ,the army helps us ,the people all over the world help us .They offer us with money ,goods ,love and so on !For example ,li lian ji, a warm-hearted man ,offered us with 20 million yuan !

如今这个社会变化的太快，我们要了解的领域也越来越广，我们只能在碎片化的时间里零星地学，去了解一些碎品化的内容，但当我们在这种自己快习惯的碎片化生活中处久了的时候，我们就会愈感迷茫，因为我们的思想被碎片化了。要知道真正地去了解获取某样东西，肯定要收集、筛选、吸收、消化、转化这一长期过程，花大量时间揣摩。但是在这浮躁的社会环境下，碎片化的生活给予了我们碎片化的时间，我们没有时间去针对某一件事物深入的思考，可以说是走脑不走心吧！从而导致我们很难有自己独特的见解。因此我们越来越迷茫，我们开始对生活思考，可是你的想法已经被碎片化生活禁锢，于是你会进入迷茫与碎片生活的死循环。

其实要摆脱也是有方法的—正确利用碎片化的时间。我认为碎片化的生活的特点是：我知道我自己需要，但我不知道自己要什么，我又懒得动脑子想，于是生活给予我什么，我就要什么。因此才会走进死循环。

要说如何正确利用碎片时间的话，那我就用如何在碎片时间内学习来举例吧！首先，你要明确自己最近要学什么并制定详细的计划，集中某个领域的知识，然后你可以在上学放学的公车地铁上，上厕所的时候，睡前半小时等等的碎片时间内集中学习你已制定的学习内容。在学习的过程中，你会独立思考，甚至拿笔记些什么，你的想法不是从别人那里听来的而是你自己经过揣摩所得。久而久之，养成了这种习惯，你就不再会迷茫，你有了明确的意图，知道自己要什么。

你向这个碎片化的社会去争取你所需要的东西，进行加工，形成自己的“成品”，这才是所谓的“碎片化”使生活更高效吧！
