morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the

class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my

body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to

fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better

personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to

give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of

satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s

my personal experience.

As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport

and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy

我以前总是抱怨时间太少，做完作业就没什么时间去运动和读书了，怎样才能挤出一些时间来做其它事呢？我想到了一些好的方法来管理碎片化的时间。

我一共要讲四个方法，第一，要找出时间碎片在哪，并且充分利用好这些时间。有调查报告显示，中国人每天每人平均玩手机的时间有2小时58分钟，这样一年每人就有1、5个月的时间在看手机。何不利用这1、5个月的时间做点其它事呢？比把这些时间浪费在玩手机上好多了。可以做一个计划，比如有5分钟的时候，就去写日记，有10分钟的时候，就去听听英语。这样就不会下意识地打开手机，玩玩游戏来填充这些碎片时间了。

第二，有条理地安排要做的事情。每天都有很多事，要提前准备好所需的物品，以免在需要的时候找不到。例如每次做完作业后将各类笔记分门别类整理好，理好文具、课本，下次上课时就可以很快找到，不必在找东西上花太多时间，就能节省出更多碎片时间，做更多要做的事情。

第三，碎片时间思考，大块时间执行。现在我们做的事情都分两部分，一件是思考怎样去做，剩下才是真正在做这件事。很多人会进入一个误区，就是：好，我现在有了一小时不被打搅的时间，仔细想想怎样去做这件事，然后再去做。其实这样的效率是很低的，好的方法是：比如早上边刷牙，边思考一下这篇作文是怎样写比较好，喝水、吃饭时再想一想。就用这种碎片化的时间，把事情怎么做想清楚，真的有了大块的时间，直接去做就可以了。

第四，劳逸结合，减少压力。什么时候我们的效率是最低的？心情不好，或者压力很大的时候。现在很多人都不会真正地休息，或者干脆不休息。其实，错误的休息或不休息只会降低效率。俗话说：磨刀不误砍柴功，那么，怎样才是好的休息方式呢？在学习一段时间后，要抽出几分钟的时间出来，看看远处，活动下身体，让紧张的精神能很好的放松，这样经过休整，才更有充沛的精力持续地学习下去，效率也会更高。

everything I do is close to my dream. I feel life is fill with hope and is

colorful, and I have enough confidence to realize my dream.

如今，科技高速发展，带来了不少便利，与此同时，它也有一些负面影响，因此，我们要合理利用科技发展的成果。

在现代社会，通过互联网，我们有机会了解许多以前并不知道的事情，遇到什么不懂的问题，轻轻松松上网搜一下，就会有数不清的答案供我们参考。还有，通过互联网，我们有机会从各式各样的网课上汲取知识。可以不通过传统的教学方式获取知识。除了这些，我们还可以在网上看自己想要看的电影，而不需要跑很长的路到电影院去看，这无疑也为我们提供了极大的便利。

然而，我们不可否认的是，科技发展给我们带来种种便利的同时，也带来了不少弊端。由于高楼大厦上亮丽的玻璃折射出耀眼的光，我们的眼睛受到了伤害；各种各样的机动车，肆无忌惮地向空气中排放尾气，污染了环境，毒害着我们的身心；孩子们沉迷于五花八门的电子游戏，无法自拔。这些都是科技发展带来的负面影响。

因此，我们必须合理利用科技发展带来的成果，并且尽量减少其带来的负面影响，让科技发展更好地服务于我们的生活，让生活更加美好！

It is the Lantern Festival. My grandfather, grandmother and father are all

in shanxi. There are only my mother, my aunt, my sister and me. My mother and

aunt are looking at the computer. I teach my sister to skateboard.

First, I asked my sister to step on the skateboard with her left foot and

gently push her right foot to jump. But she jumped several times and couldnt

jump. So I asked her to stand on a skateboard with her right foot on the board.

But she could not walk two steps and fell, but she fell several times without

losing heart. Once, when she slipped more than two meters, I was happy to give

her a hand. She was also a brave and persistent person. My sister jumped up

too.

This day, although my grandpa, grandma, and father are not at home, but

this Lantern Festival I have a very happy!

I was born in a small village with a hill behind it and many big areas of feilds in front. Most of the villagers live in tall buildings like the people in cities.In their home, they have telephones,TV sets,washing machines and so on.They can also use drinking water supplied by the water company in the village,but it costs them a little money every year.If they plant crops, the goverment will give them some money as encouragement.The more land they farm, the more money they will get.All around the year, they work on their farm land for only four or five months.In the rest time,they often work in the cities nearby for money.They needn’t worry about anything for living, such as food or clothes.

There is a tall teaching building with a computer room, a reading room, a meeting room,a lab and sixteen class-rooms in our school.Around it are big trees and behind the building is a wide playground for us to do sports on.All the teachers work carefully and teach us very well.

What is more,when we are ill or want to do some shopping and so on, everything is OK without leaving the village.

But in the past, it is said there were few people living in two houses made of wood,grass and mud.That is why it is still called Two Houses today.It is not hard to imagine what their life was like.

Now I feel that I am proud of my hometown.As a student,I must study hard to get more knowledge so that I can build my village better when I grow up.

我出生在一个小村庄有它背后的山和许多大的行业领域。大多数村民住在高楼大厦像在城市里的人。在家里,他们有电话、电视机、洗衣机等等。他们还可以使用饮用水由自来水公司提供在村里,但每年花费他们一点钱。如果他们种庄稼,政府会给他们一些钱作为鼓励。他们农场的土地越多,他们将会得到更多的钱。周围,他们工作在他们的农场土地上只有四、五个月。在休息时间,他们经常在附近的城市工作。他们不必担心任何生活,如食物或衣服。

有高大的教学楼计算机室、阅览室、会议室、实验室、十六个我们学校的教室。周围建筑背后的大树,对我们是一个宽阔的操场上做运动。所有的老师工作认真,教我们很好。

更重要的是,当我们生病或想要做一些购物等等,一切正常,没有离开村庄。

但在过去,据说有几个人住在两座房子由木头、草和泥。这就是为什么今天仍然被称为两座房子。不难想象他们的生活是什么样子。

现在我觉得我为我的家乡感到骄傲。作为一名学生,我必须努力学习获得更多的知识,这样我能更好地建立我的村庄,当我长大。

近几天，谢老师让我们每人每天，制定一下一天的计划。而且，不像平时一样就制定点学习计划，而是制定一天的计划，而且必须要把每个时间段要干的某件事写的清清楚楚。

一开始，我拿起笔，心想：不就是写一天的计划吗？这不简单！就把一天要办的事写到纸上，不就行了吗？结果，与我想的都不是一回事。想着简单，实际，写着并不简单，我甚至连早上几点起床，几点吃饭也不知道！我便去请教妈妈，问妈妈该如何写？妈妈对我说：“你就把几点学习，几点吃饭，几点睡觉，其实就是将学习的加上生活的，制成一张时间计划。我恍然大悟，立刻明白了要怎样写。

这时，我按照了平时的起床时间6：00，往后推了一个小时，因为这样我，拥有充足的时间，继续写完作业。过了20分钟，我把一天的计划写完了，开始实行自我布置的任务。

刚开始，完成的还可以，勉强跟得上进度。可到了后来，由于我太大意了，忘了写休息，导致我一直在呀写，才发现忘了写休息。我累的不行，休息了一会儿，别看这几分钟，这几分钟看起来不多。实际，我后面的计划由于这休息的几分钟全都乱了套，全部都向后推移了10分钟。虽然我的计划只有一项忘了写，但是呢，时间却整整的多了有30分钟！而且，再看看别人的计划，我发现别人写的计划确实比我的详细，我的还是太简略了。

通过，今天的写计划以及实行计划，我将我干的不好的地方一一列了出来：1。写的太简单，不详细；2。时间分配的不好；3。学习，生活效率有待提升。通过这件事，我也明白了要：珍惜时间，养成良好的学习，生活习惯，才能提高自己的学习效率！才能学得好，玩得好！

Today is Sunday. After supper, father, mother and I went to the pardk. I sat on the back of father’s bike. After a while, father said, Girl, you should lose weight. Motheragreed with father. But I thought it wasn’t bad for me. So I said, No, I don’t want to. I like to be myself. Do you know the famous actress named Fei Fei in Hong Kong? She is very fat but very popular with the audience. But few fat people can become famous, father didn’t agree with me. And mother continued, You know, a lot of illnesses are caused by obesity, such as heart disease, hypertension and so on.

It seemed I had two opponents. I should try my best to defeat them. So I quibbled, There’s nothing to be worried about. Anyway, the medical technology has been developed so advanced. And then I directed the spearhead at mother, You are also so fat. Why don’t you want to lose weight’? Mother sighed, I dowant to. But it’s not good for me to do so. I’min my forties while you are so young. If you can do more exercises and control your diet, you’ll easily lose weight. No, you’re rong. I said loudly. Some experts say that exercises can’t help people lose weight because they will eat more after the exercise.

Father and mother looked at each other and didn’t know’ what to say. I won the debate! I stopped laughing when I heard father saying, Fat daughter, please get off my bike. Oh, no!
