信头是指发信人的姓名(单位名称)、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。

英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名;第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名;然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

其中日期的写法，如1997年7月30日，英文为：july 30，1997(最为普遍);july 30th，1997;30th july，1997等。1997不可写成97。

其中在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的要求一样，不必再写日期。例如：

4、正文(body of the letter)

位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello!(你好!)

正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是《为理想而奋斗》

我们需要理想，我们更需要为理想而奋斗!

但理想并不是没有目的的去空想，而是需要以奋斗为基石，没有理想的奋斗是不明智的，同样不去奋斗的理想也是无用的。如果要想实现你心中的那个理想，就要付诸行动，去为之努力，为之奋斗，这样你的理想才会实现。

那我们应怎样去奋斗呢?纵观历史长廊，那些成功者绝非一帆风顺，他们为着自己的理想和目标，竭尽全力，奋斗不息。孔子周游列国，四处碰壁，悟出《春秋》;左丘明经历苦难后写下《左传》;孙膑断足后，终修《孙子兵法》;司马迁蒙冤入狱，坚持完成了《史记》……伟人们在失败和困顿中，用坚韧，不服输的意志奋斗，终于到达了成功的彼岸。

在现实生活中，我们身边也有好多人都有自己的理想，也在奋斗着。我的邻居，她的数学很不好，经常是不及格。她下定决心：下次数学考试达到90分。于是每天晚上，她都会多做5道题目，并且一直努力着。功夫不负有心人，她终于实现了自己的目标。

苏轼曾经说过：古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。这说明我们在追求理想时，要有坚持不懈的毅力，只有这样，我们才会顺利的实现目标。

理想就是天空，奋斗便是彩虹。没有彩虹的天空十分灰暗，没有天空的彩虹显得黯淡。同学们，让我们为理想去奋斗，在理想的天空中架起一道奋斗的彩虹吧!

高中的时候，我就向往着上大学，我总是在想，我以后究竟会走入一所什么样的大学呢！从哪个时候，我的心里就满是憧憬……听他们说，大学的校园可宽敞了，除了花花草草，教学楼，宿舍楼，办公楼，食堂，还有有大道，有图书馆，甚至网吧，各种特色小吃，餐厅，各种精品店，台球室，体育馆，理发店，酒吧等等。

我心想，哇！大学怎么有这么多好玩的地方，于是我们就开始幻想，要是有一天我也能建一所大学，我一定要把它建造成我心目当中最理想，最优美的人间天堂。

要是我也能建造一所大学，我一定要好好规划，建一个占地5000亩以上的大学。我一定要建几幢很高的教学楼，每幢可以容纳上千人的教学楼，里面分普通教室，多媒体教师，电脑机房，教师办公室，后勤储藏室等等，样样齐全。等教学楼拔地而起，就要开始建造宿舍楼，分为男生楼和女生楼各几幢。接下来就是建造图书馆的时候了，我会为学校建造一个很大的图书馆，收集科学类，文学类，语言类，体育类各类的书籍。图书馆里面设置足够的桌椅供同学们学习，创造一个优雅的学习环境。紧接着，还要建造两幢食堂和洗澡堂，分区规划足够的公厕。

等这些最基本的设施齐全以后，就要开始规划美化环境了。首先，我要搞一个步行街，在街的两边开上各种特色小吃店，精品店，文具店，奶茶店，营业厅，等等。等同学们闲暇的时候就可在这些地方娱乐休闲，逛街买东西。还要建设两个环境优美的小花园，建一大块操场，操场的中间，会有一大块三亩的草坪。同时，还要在学生宿舍楼和教学楼和图书馆之间设立公交车站，这样，同学们上车就可以搭车去上。

除了这些，我再建上几个篮球场和足球场，开上几个台球室，网吧，酒吧，歌舞厅和KTV,让同学们也有更多锻炼身体和娱乐的地方，这样一来，一个完美的大学就差不多建好了。
