These laws must be strictly enforced. Violators of these laws must be severely punished .Moreover, the public must be informed about the natural treasures we stand to lose .If we don’t take immediate action, we will be depriving future generations of our most precious heritage.

In Taiwan, because most people do not understand the importance of wildlife, the wildlife is in a poor situation. We Chinese are fond of eating anything delicious, so there are many animals killed by hunters. People enjoy eating tigers, bears, birds, and lions, so there are fewer and fewer birds flying in the sky and fewer and fewer bears running here and there in the forest. Instead, we often see them for sale at the market. How poor they are! And how cruel we are!

In my opinion, we should try every possible way to preserve wildlife. First, no one is allowed to hurt any wild animal. Second, the authorities concerned should punish those who kill any wild animal. Third, we should pay more attention to those endangered species to protect them from being eaten. If we can do so, nature must become very beautiful.

如果地球离开了水，会怎样呢?我想：植物会干枯，动物将不能生存，人类会死亡，地球也会干裂。一个人不吃饭能活7天，但不喝水三天必死无疑，所以水是宝贵的，是生命之源!

我生长在美丽的江南水乡，这里风景秀丽，河多、桥多，水自然也多，因此，我一直认为，水是取之不尽，用之不竭的。渐渐地，长大以后，我才明白水资源也是有限的，作用非常大，我们的生活离不开水。

再说，我们生活在一个缺水的国家，常常会在电视上看到：有的地区严重缺水，使得土地龟裂，庄稼颗粒无收，人们为了能喝到水，竟要走几十公里去远方挑水，在路上嘴唇干裂了，也舍不得喝一口水。有些地方，人们甚至好几个月都没水洗澡。看到这样的情景，我不禁为平时不懂得节约用水而感到惭愧。

在我看来，大多数人都能意识到水的重要性，但有的人却觉得水很普通，浪费一点没关系。在校园里，随处可见有的同学把水龙头开得“哗啦啦”地响，有些同学还玩打水仗，洒得满地都是，一些同学洗手后，水龙头不关就走了，一点也不珍惜水!虽然这些都是小事，但节约水资源就是从小事做起的，我们要养成随手关水龙头的好习惯。

节约用水还有许多小妙招呢!比如家里淘米的水可以用来洗菜、浇花;洗衣服的水可以用来拖地、擦窗;洗脸的水可以冲马桶等。

放眼社会，我们必须保护好水资源!记得妈妈告诉过我：“以前，我们小时候的江河是清澈见底的，平时用的、喝的都是河水，夏天可以在河里游泳嬉戏，捉鱼虾。随着生活水平的提高，家家户户都装上了自来水，但河水却渐渐浑浊起来了，活蹦乱跳的小鱼、小虾被生活垃圾所代替。虽然人们生活水平提高了，但环保意识却降低了，使得水污染更加严重了。”我听完，非常向往妈妈小时候捕鱼的情境，内心感到无比惋惜!节约水资源，保护水生态

现在的我，有时也会和妈妈去河边散步，看到河水黄黄的，很浑浊，有时甚至变成了黑色，像被墨水淹没了，不时散发出难闻的气味，根本看不到河底的泥沙，更别说小鱼、小虾了!听大人们说，这是太多污水被排放到河里的缘故。唉!真不知道什么时候，才能看到妈妈说的美丽景色呢?

就像《水之歌》中唱的：“如果地球没有水，最后一滴是眼泪”，是的，如果我们不懂得节约水资源，保护水生态，地球妈妈就会枯竭而亡。

从现在起，让我们从我做起，从点滴小事做起，用实际行动爱惜水资源，保护生命之水吧!

当今世界面临着人口、资源与环境三大问题，其中水资源是各种资源中不可替代的一种重要资源，水资源问题已经成为举世瞩目的重要问题之一。随着科学发展观的全面贯彻落实、市场经济体制的日趋完善和依法治国、依法行政、依法治水的观念逐步深入人心，水资源问题引起了全社会的空前关注，给水资源管理工作提出了新的任务与要求。

要准确把握新时期水资源管理工作的方向，这就要求我们首先要认清形势。

雅安地处四川盆地西部边缘，是连接川藏的民族走廊，境内山高林密，江河密布，降水充沛，植被良好，水电资源更是得天独厚。全市多年平均降水量1254.6毫米，水资源总量173.7亿立方米，森林覆盖率达62%，流域面积在30平方公里以上的河流131条，水能资源理论蕴藏量1600万千瓦，经济可开发量达1322万千瓦，是全国闻名的十大水电基地之一。

近年来，市委、市政府紧紧抓住西部大开发的历史机遇，充分发挥水资源优势，大力开发水能资源，形成开发模式多元化、投资主体多元化、融资渠道多元化和开发规模大、建设速度快、投资水平高的新格局，水电开发步入了前所未有的高速发展时期，各项水利事业也取得了长足进步，特别是“5·12”汶川特大地震灾后恢复重建工作的全面完成，使我市的水利基础设施建设向前推进了一大步。

尽管我市水资源相对丰沛，但这并不表示我们的水环境无忧。长期以来，我市季节性、工程性、区域性、水质性缺水问题仍然较为突出，主要表现在南部两县缺水易旱、北部六县区降雨集中易涝，再加上受自然和经济条件的限制，我市水源工程少，调节能力差，缺少一些控制性的蓄水工程、调水工程、骨干工程，水资源问题十分突出。在农村，水利工程数量少，规模小，供水能力低，堰渠渗漏严重，渠系水利用系数低，很多地方仍然是“靠天吃饭”。同时，农村集中供水工程覆盖面窄，保证率不高，饮用水水质令人堪忧，边远中高山地区的人畜饮水依然困难。在城镇，周边水污染加重，水质下降明显，用水管理工作比较薄弱，公共供水设施老化失修，管网跑、冒、滴、漏严重，生活用水的节水器具推广应用不够广泛，水的利用效率低。工业企业多数为一次性用水，中水回用工作开展缓慢，工业用水重复利用率低，城镇和工业区等局部地区缺水的问题已经开始露头。

此外，随着我市国际化区域性生态城市建设步伐的不断加快，人口增加和城镇化、工业化进程的快速推进，我市对水资源的需求越来越大、越来越高，水生态环境保护压力不断增大。如果不积极实行最严格的水资源管理制度，切实解决水资源开发、利用和保护等方面面临的诸多问题和挑战，我市目前面临的水少、水多、水浑、水脏四大问题将会越来越严重。

切实加强水资源管理和保护工作，已成为摆在我们面前的一项紧迫任务。

Several problems are caused by the non-organic substance. We ought not to pour wastes into the ocean, because it not only pollutes the ocean, but also lead to a series of harmful consequence. First and foremost, the non-organnic things, for instance, plastic bags, may kill fish and whales. Second, fishes cant digest them. Finally, some of the rubbish is inherently toxic, they will posion marine life.

We must take actions to protect our whale from dying. One thing we should do is creating a better system of disposing of rubbish. Another effective solution is making ships environmentally friendly. Sypermarkets shall stop the giving of plastic bags.

As a captain of the ship, you should spare no efforts to think more helpful ideas and stop dumping rubbish from now on. We all need to raise awareness of these problems. It now becomes necessary that we must act now, before it is too late!

he world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

“节约水资源，从我做起。”这句广告语大家一定不会陌生吧？大家不要小看这一句简短的话，他可以让水足够用！也许你会问：“这怎么会呢？他又不会动！”不错，它确实不会动，可他能让大家知道：要节约水资源，要爱护水资源，应该从我做起。

有一次，我去厕所，上完厕所后正在洗手。我发现一个人也在洗手，和我不同的是，他开的是最大水量，而我开的则是中等水量。我洗完后，立即把水龙头关好，而他洗完后，连水龙头也不关就走了，幸好我立刻帮他关上了。他这么没教养，要是所有人都像他这样的话，用不了多久，地球将毫无生命气息。现在，缺水的国家有很多，中国就是其中一个。然而中国又是一个人口大国，每个人都需要水。现在，某些地区的干旱太严重了，迫不得已才南水北调的。

有了水，花儿才能盛开，人类才能生存，节约水资源，从我做起。

我热爱我们赖以生存的家园，我热爱我的家乡“酒都”。携起手共同创建一个干净、和谐的生存环境;构建一个美丽、环保的绿色城市;建设一个美好、优美的新兴城市。是我们每一个公民不可推卸的责任。靓化酒都，从我做起，从身边做起，酒都才会因你而美丽。

在四野飘香的花丛里，我与小鸟一起追逐，歌唱;清晨，我迈着步履走向校园，晨雾缭绕着、白纱般的柔柔地漂浮在空中。吮吸这花草的芬芳，欣享着阳光的沐浴，好似身处一个仙境般的云层中;夜晚，我安逸的坐在楼下的小院里，仰望着璀璨的星空，聆听着蝉鸣嘹响，风声如潮，仿佛置身于一个童话般的王国，一切都是如此美妙。

现在呢?科技发达了，汽车的尾气为城市加上了一层神秘的“黑纱”，“白纱”或许在时代的进步中落伍了吧!新鲜的空气中，总是多了一些奇特的”添加剂‘让人觉得少了份自然的气息，多了份现代的污渍。一切的一切都变了，那一抹属于自然的纯净、绿色慢慢淡化了……我想你们应该听过《杞人忧天》这则成语故事吧?杞人时常会担心天塌下来，而现在“忧天，人类才可自救。”

不必讳言，人类的世界已无纯净可言：珠穆朗玛峰的雪样中含汞含锰;大西洋海底有铅沉积;北极烟雾在加浓变酸……这些世上最纯净的地方的都没能逃过人类的魔爪，那我们生活得城市呢?早已被迫害的千疮百孔、面容憔悴。记得小时候站在母亲河边，湖水清澈见底，时有一两只小鱼在展现自己地身手，迎面而来的风，吹得人心旷神怡，现在湖水不再清澈，还散发出一阵阵的恶臭，别说小鱼了，连影子都没有，母亲河在哀嚎啊!在抽泣啊!她身上经不起任何打击了，收回自己的魔手吧!

我提议：

1、减少白色污染，使用环保袋子。

2、少开私家车，多步行或用单车代步。

3、多开展环保活动，进行保护母亲河的活动。

人类唯一的生存场——地球，已经在呻吟、在呼唤：“我好痛……”像电视里说的打造“东方莱茵河之梦”，让这条哺育了数万湘江河畔的子孙的河流，重展辉煌!顾炎武曾经说过，天下兴亡，匹夫有责。

保护环境与维护生态平衡的历史重任要落我们跨世纪一代的肩上。让我们都来关爱自然，热爱地球吧。手挽着手，肩并着肩、心连着心地铸起一道绿色环保的大堤，捍卫资源、捍卫环境、捍卫地球、捍卫我们美好的家园!
