The earth is our home, a good environment is the premise of our happy life. In order to our survival homeland to sweet and comfortable, I put forward three Suggestions:

我的老家是一个美丽的小村庄,听爸爸说，原来的老家村前村后、房前屋后到处都是树，一年四季郁郁葱葱，村东头有条小河，河水清澈晶莹，鱼翔浅底，天空湛蓝深远。

三对空气污染进行监督和治理，尤其是要对那些排量超标的烟囱限期整改。

我的家乡山青水秀，一条环江河像一双巨大的手臂环抱着环江城。在我的印象中，环江河从未干涸。每天我拧开水龙头，自来水就从水管里滑滑流出，所以我总是认为水是用之不尽，取之不竭的，很少去考虑要节约用水。

读完《珍惜资源崇尚节约》这本书后，我感觉好像被当头一棒，完全震惊了：作为“生命之源”的水，是有限的，水资源已经在告急!大家来看看这些让人触目惊心的数据吧：人来真正能都利用的水只是占地球水资源的0.26%，许多地方饮用岁严重缺乏。据统计，世界上煤田有6000多人因为饮不上清洁的水而死亡;近几年，我国平均每年因干旱而减产粮食350亿公斤;因缺水影响工业产值2000亿元。我国600多座城市当中，有400多座缺水;我国北方大片土地在沙漠化……看到以上这些数据，我们还能无动于衷吗?不能了，我们再也不能这样浪费和污染水资源了。

珍惜水资源，从我坐起，从小事做起。每当我看到水龙头没关紧，我马上去把它拧紧;每次漱口用杯子、洗脸洗脚用盆，把用过的水囤积下来，留作冲厕所用。我还提醒妈妈用洗衣的水托底、用洗米洗菜的水浇花。爸爸大手大脚惯了，他一用水，我就得提醒他要特别注意节约。如今，我们议价都可以称得上“节约能手”了。我还把我的节水做法介绍给身边的同学和小伙伴，让大家也都做到节约用水，争当“保护资源小卫士”。“节约能创造财富”，只要人人树立“珍惜资源，崇尚节约”的观念，养成节约习惯，那么，我们就可以让有限的资源变成无限的财富。节约有是中华民族的传统美德，我国也明确提出了要把我国劲射成为节约型社会。

地球的储水量是很丰富的，共有14.5亿立方千米之多。但是其中海水却占了97.2%，陆地淡水仅占2.8%，面与人类生活最密切的江河、淡水湖和浅层地下水等淡水，又仅占淡水储量的0.34%。更令人担忧的是，这数量极有限的淡水，正越来越多地受到污染。据科学界估计，全世界有半数以上的国家和地区缺乏饮用水，特别是经济欠发达的第三世界国家，目前已有70％，即17亿人喝不上清洁水，世界已有将近80％人口受到水荒的威胁。我国人均淡水为世界人均水平的四分之一，属于缺水国家，全国已有300多个城市缺水，已有29％的人正在饮用不良水，其中已有7000万人正在饮用高氟水。每年因缺水而造成的经济损失达100多亿元，因水污染而造成的经济损失更达400多亿元。

可怕的数据表明：水资源短缺成了当今世界面临的重大危机。因此，保护和更有效合理利用水资源，是世界各国政府面临的一项紧迫任务。那么，怎样才能保护和更有效地合理利用水资源呢？从环境角度来说，最完善的措施是拦水和调水。改变水资源的时空分布。但这只是一个方面，而对于人类来说，更重要的是注重节约用水，提高水资源利用率：在工业方面提倡节水产业，控制污染物的排放，加强废水处理；在农业方面应采用先进的灌溉方式（喷灌、滴灌）等。水是生命的基础，它不仅关系到人类生活的质量，还影响到人类的生存能力。所以增强水的危机意识，珍惜水，节约水，保护水资源，才是当务之急。

为此，我们国家制定了相应的节水措施，

我国国家建设部决定每年6月份的第二周作为全国城市节约用水宣传周，目的是认真贯彻《中华人民共和国水法》和国务院关于《城市节约用水管理规定》，从而增强人们计划用水，节约用水的观念。

如何节水呢？有以下几种方法：
