尊敬的东胜区广大居民们：

大家好!

我是东胜区第五小学六年级(2)班杨婧同学。今天，我想与大家谈谈节约用水的问题。

在我们的印象中，水无处不在，他是工业的血液，农业的命根子，生活中最不可缺少的帮手……水是我们赖以生存的宝贵财富。据调查，我们居住的地球还有一个别名叫“水球”。顾名思义，我们的地球上70.8﹪充满了水。但这么多水，其中海就占了97﹪，陆地上的地面水占0.017﹪，其中有一半在盐湖中淡水的根本来源就是雨露，每49年落到陆地上的水只有10.5万立方米，而且这其中的三分之二又被植物蒸腾或地面蒸发掉，只有三分之一：即3.25万立方米的水可供人类利用。每当我经过洗手间，总听见水在哗啦啦的独自哭泣着。有些人总是将洗过菜的水直接倒入下水管中，但是你们有没有想过，水并不是取之不尽的，并不是想有多少就有多少的，想用多少就用多少的，水也是有限的，如果我们再不珍惜水资源，也许，世界上的最后一滴水就是人类自己的眼泪，只有保护水资源，我们才不会灭亡。

所以，我想对广大的居民提几个意见：

1.每当洗完手后，及时关闭水龙头，不要让水白白浪费。

2.循环使用生活用水。洗过菜的水还可以用来洗碗、洗手、擦桌子、拖地等，洗过脸的水可以洗头、洗衣服等等。

3.在旅游时随手拿一个布袋，将所有垃圾都扔进布袋里，不要随手就将垃圾丢进湖里，大家有没有想过，如果别的旅客来这里，他们期待的是看到清澈见底的湖，还是上面漂满垃圾的湖呢?

人类需要水，动物也需要水，甚至植物也需要水，水是如此珍贵，为什么有些人还要随意浪费它呢？

我们要学会珍惜水资源；洗手、洗脸、刷牙的时候，用小盆接住留下的水用来冲厕所；不一下子倒满整个杯子，而是少倒一点，喝了再倒；洗手、洗脸孔的时候尽量把水开得小一些……我认为生活的一点一滴都应当珍惜水资源，你们说不是吗？

有一句话是这样说的：“水是生命的源泉，农业的命脉，工业的血液，假如人们不珍惜水资源，地球上的最后一滴水将会成为我们的眼泪。”我们要像爱护眼睛一样珍惜水资源，水是大自然给予我们生存的礼物，我们要用自己的实际行动来珍惜水资源，大家为了一个美好的世界，小小的举动，又怎么会为难呢？

让我们一起行动起来，保护水环境，珍惜水资源，共建美好家园！

A persons environmental action is like a lamp, when everybody lit the lamp, the whole world would be bright! Lets get started! Dont eat chewing gum; Dont use plastic bags; Dont use disposable chopsticks... Protect the environment, everyone duty! Let our earth more beautiful!

地球是我们的母亲，是我们赖以生存的家园。随着生活水平的提高，人类在享受的同时，却在不知不觉地破坏她，我们的生存环境不断恶化。

平时没事时，我们就吃一块口香糖，嚼完后随口吐在地上，口香糖牢牢地粘在地上，清洁工人得用铲子才能把它弄掉，而且口香糖也污染土地。我们经常在购物时，会用到大大小小的塑料袋，却不知塑料袋被火烧后会制造有毒气体，填埋后还不容易降解，还会导致土地被破坏，中国人口这么多，可想而知会有多少塑料袋在污染我们的环境。

一个人的环保行动就像是一盏灯，当大家都点燃自己的那盏灯，整个世界就会一片光明!让我们行动起来吧!不吃口香糖;不用塑料袋;不用一次性筷子…保护环境，人人有责!让我们的地球更加美丽!

We drink, tomato juice, coconut juice, etc.. Dont look down upon the plants, you see! We wear clothes, but also depend on it, the clothes are made of cotton woven into cloth, usually cover the quilt, bed sheets, are derived from plants. When the festival, people always buy some flowers and bonsai decorative home. In addition, trees can also carry out photosynthesis, absorb carbon dioxide, release oxygen, bring us fresh air, trees can prevent noise. Plants are widely distributed in the vast sea, in the scorching sun of the desert, but with the environmental pollution, the survival of plants has been a great threat, some plants have been extinct. The relationship between plants and people is very close, we have to protect the environment, to create a better world for plants, so that they can grow.

The passage mainly tells us the importance of protecting traditional Chinese culture, which is challenged or facing extinction because of the developing society and changing lifestyle. Besides, China is nationwide sparing no efforts to do it.

The protection of national and folk culture is of great significance to Chinese cultural diversity and also to the harmonious development between local economic and social development. It is reported that the Guangdong government pays special attention to protecting Chaoju，a local drama born in Chaozhou in the eastern Guangdong province.

In my opinion, some measures should be taken to protect traditional culture effectively. To start with, we should make a law to regulate the society’s performance. Besides, we should draw more people’s attention to it, for the more they know about the importance of culture protection, the stronger the support we can get from the public.

In a word, it is high time for us to treasure and develop our own valuable culture.

In particular, is the giant whale mass stranding of whales is not uncommon, even in the same group of whales stranded in a few days in a row, but because it has always been hard to understand. Water is the source of life.We cant live without water.However,with the increasing population and industrial development,water pollution has become a serious problem.Large amounts of wastewater go into rivers and seas directly without being treated,which can be dangerous to people.Also lots of people pay no attention to saving water in daily life,while in some place water is badly needed.

Its time for us to take some measures to improve the situation.Factories should treat the wastewater before letting it go into rivers.We can play a positive role in saving water.For example we can reuse the water for wishing rice to wash vegetables and then clean a mop.

“我市王屋水库、北邢家水库、迟家沟水库等水位较低，雨后日均进水量很少。以王屋水库为例，本周大雨仅为水库带来6万方/日的进水量，少于6.8万方/日的供水标准。”市水务局相关负责人表示。

近日的几场阵雨，多少带来了一丝凉意和安慰。然而，这并不能从根本上解决目前的旱情。

面对我市城区水源地——王屋水库水位急剧下降，城市生产、生活用水供应受影响的实际情况，市水务局从7月初启动了王屋水库东放水洞改造工程。工程可在现有基础上，再降低供水源头水位2米，增加城市供水量400多万方。

另外，为了确保城区居民用水安全，我市还将实施铺设黄水河泵站至王屋水库调水管道工程，使其具备引调客水条件。届时，将进一步提高王屋水库的供水能力。

不少水库蓄水量不断减少，有的已经低于死库容。在农村，大量水库、河流早已干涸，全市农作物受旱面积严重!很多人已经放弃了玉米、花生等农作物，颗粒无收或成定局。有限的蓄水、井水几乎都用来浇灌了果树， 果农们祈求秋天能有个好收成，这是他们今年唯一的希望!也有很多果农，由于无水灌溉，他们采取了摘果保树的措施，令人心痛，但别无他法!

与之同时，城市饮用水供应形式也日益严峻，不容乐观。随着水位逐渐下降，自来水厂的来水量也会逐渐减少，势必影响正常供水，进而影响我们的日常生活。
