As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. 常言道：“身体是革命的本钱”，没错，好身体对每个人来说是多么的重要，可现在的食品五花八门，各种食品厂如雨后春笋般出现，各类垃圾食品也紧跟着出现在市场上，不干净食品、过期食品、方便食品、油炸食品、碳酸饮料，以及各种零星小吃等，甚至还有一些人为了自己的利益，在腌制火腿时喷洒敌敌畏，时时危害着我们的身体。另外，随着生活水平的提高，同学们不健康饮食的习惯日益增多。

在我们学校，不少同学因缺乏合理营养知识，膳食摄入不平衡，有些同学在吃午餐时，爱挑食、偏食，甚至养成了喜吃零食、不爱吃主食的习惯，这样，同学们的`健康状况将构成严重威胁。不良的饮食习惯和生活方式，会影响身体的发育，所以，我们一定要养成合理进食的好习惯，而且要选择有益于我们健康的食物，抵制垃圾食品对我们的诱惑。

青少年时期是智力投资和体质投资的黄金时代，只有不误“天时”，才能生长发育完好、体质健壮、思维敏捷、健康成长。

最后，我们编个口诀和同学们共勉：“管好嘴，不贪食。多喝开水，少吃零食。经常锻炼，关爱身体。重视三餐，平衡饮食。”

饮食是维持人体生命的必需物质，但是饮食不当则又会成为疾病发生的重要原因。要从食物中吃出美丽来，就要注意生活的饮食习惯。俗语说：病从口入。其理由在此。饮食不当招致疾病。饮食过饱过饥或不定时，容易得胃病。大量吃油腻食物，容易患胆囊炎、胆石症、胰腺炎、动脉硬化和冠心病长期大量饮酒，易患肝硬化、可导致胎心畸形或痴呆的低能儿。如果酒中甲醇含量过高，还会产生视力模糊，甚至失明症。经常食盐过量，会出现高血压;经常食盐不足，会出现低血压和无力症、肾病。长期偏食会缺乏某种营养素，导致营养不良水肿、肝硬化、缺铁性贫血、坏血病、脚气病、夜盲症等。常吃霉变食物或黄麴霉毒素污染的粮食，易患肝癌。注意饮食调理，做好疾病防治饮食关系到人体的健康和疾病的防治，因此日常必须特别加以注意，并加以调理。

饮食满足身体的各种营养需求，有足够的热能维持体内外的活动;有适当量的蛋白质供生长发育、身体组织的修复更新、维持正常的生理功能;有充分的无机盐参与构成身体组织和调节生理机能;有丰富的维生素以保证身体的健康，维持身体的正常发育，并增强身体的抵抗力;有适量的食物纤维，用以维持正常的排泄及预防某些肠道疾病;有充足的水分以维持体内各种生理程序的正常进行。

大家好!今天我演讲的主题是：维护健康，拒绝零食。

为了维护我们的身体健康，还一个更加清洁、美丽的校园，每学期我们的老师都利用班会课开展“拒绝零食，从现在做起”的主题教育活动。通过教育，许多同学都认识到零食的危害，抵住了零食的诱惑，不乱买零食。可是，我们还发现还是有个别同学控制不了自己，上学前和放学后，在学校门口的小商店里购买零食吃，把包装袋乱扔，校园的角落边、垃圾桶里，甚至课桌里都能找到零食包装袋。

同学们，看到这样的情景，你还能无动于衷么?你自己还能心安理得地享受零食吗?你不觉得这严重损害了学校的形象吗?当然，吃零食更是影响了同学们自己的身体健康，下面几点要引起我们注意：

第一、经常吃零食，胃肠就要随时分泌消化液，这样到吃正餐的时候，消化液就分泌不充足，容易造成营养不良。

第二、学校门口的小商店一般都是无证摊点，所卖的零食一般都是“三无产品”，这些“垃圾零食”中常含有大量的色素、防腐剂，吃了会伤害身体。而且由于零食中酸、甜、咸各种味道的强烈刺激，常可导致我们的味觉迟钝，以至于一般的饮食根本不足以引起食欲，会影响我们的生长发育。

第三、在学校吃零食，食品和手都来不及进行必要的卫生保护，特别是边走路边吃零食，更不卫生，容易得肠道传染病，严重时会损害身体健康。

第四、吃零食还会影响学校的环境卫生，不利于校园文化建设。

同学们，让我们树立正确的饮食观念，控制住自己的嘴巴，拒绝零食的诱惑，把我们的精力放到学习上。
