I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. 回顾这个寒假，过得可说是相当的充实，不仅让我大开眼界，还让我学习到许多历史文化;又是一年过去，新的一年即将到来，期许未来能够吉祥如意、心想事成。

等到10：00就要吃午饭了，我就帮着奶奶择择菜、淘淘米，顺便还可以和奶奶学上几手。

4、7：00左右去书店看书;8：30左右回家吃点水果，冲个澡，9：00左右看会书睡觉。

5、假期里我争取把作业做得即快又好，争取把写字水平提高上去，我还要尽量多读些课外书，标出好词好句和写出读书心得，以丰富我的阅读知识，提高我的写作水平，力争多发表几篇稿子。

My winter vacation plan is not perfect! I am sure that with this plan, my winter vacation will be wonderful.

如何过好一个月的寒假生活，一直是困挠家长们和学生们的难题，这次由市教委发起的“三会”假期倡议，使我在快乐中渡过了假期生活。

“三会”，顾名思义，就是会休息，会学习，会健体。

会休息：遵循着青少年身体成长特点，保持健康的生活规律，养成良好的学习习惯，保障充足的睡眠，并在学习时安排一定的休息时间。每天安排好作息时间，因为保证好充足的休息时间，这样才能使我们有精力去完成作业和玩耍。为了放松和调整，我安排参加了两个冬令营活动，通过旅游和参观，在游玩中获取一些课外知识。一次是赴上海的科普知识主题冬令营，一次是赴太湖的水资源保护主题冬令营，通过边玩边学习，让我了解了更多的科学普及知识和水的生产过程。这可是上课学不到的呦。

会自学：也就是针对自身的实际需要，合理制定学习计划，明确假期的自学重点，做到预习与复习相结合。假日虽然是用来休息的，可也不能玩过头。“那除了完成假期作业，我们还能干些什么？对，自学。”首先，我对下学期教课内容进行了初步预习、了解，并巩固和复习以前掌握的知识，为下学期开学打好了基础，不懂得可以问一问比自己高一级的哥哥姐姐们。在假期里，我阅读了一些中外名著，如《西游记》，《儒林外史》，《封神演义》，《三国演义》等文言文版的类型，这样可以增加我们对文言文兴趣，使自己更加地去了解它们，通过阅读会让我们拓宽知识面，提高自己的文学修养。

会健体：在假期生活中，每天都会有一些空余时间，这些时间可以用来锻炼身体，时间

为一小时左右，可以跳绳、跑步、仰卧起坐，踢毽子……，这样可以使同学们变得强壮起来，增强免疫力！我每天晚饭后，都会同爸爸妈妈一些去散步，在护城河边走上一圈。夜晚的护城河，在霓虹灯光的映衬下，时而有几艘古舫（游船）开过，飘过评弹悠扬的旋律，分外迷人。这样既可以欣赏美景，又可以消化晚餐。你们也可以试试哦，但最重要的是锻炼一定要持之以恒，可不能“三天打鱼，两天晒网”，但一定要学会劳逸结合，使自己变为一个既聪明又健康的合格中学生！

在假日的学习生活中，我们需要使用正确的学习方法来帮助我们预习复习，合理安排时间，运用科学方法，提高学习的效率，假期内全面快速的超前学习！

我认为三会计划的实施，全面，有效地规划了中学生在假期内的生活，使我们的假期生活变得高质量，高效率。它不仅对学习方面进行了要求，对健体和作息方面也提出了建议，让我们的生活变得更健康，而且井井有条。

这个假期我要过的很有价值，很有意义，希望同学们也能专门为自己量身定做一套合理的假期计划，让今后的每一天变得更愉快，更充实。

只要我们掌握了“三会”，就能使假期生活变得既充实又有意义。

We have asked some people about what they think of having classes in holidays. Some teachers who think we shouldn’t have classes in holidays hold the idea that teachers and students are tired and students should have more time and space to do their own things. But 60% of students who disagree with it think that they should have some relaxation. On the contrary, other students hold the idea that they can learn more if they have classes in holidays.
