最近我突然发现，感恩是一种处世哲学，是生活中的大智慧。人生在世，不可能一帆风顺，种.种失败、无奈都需要我们勇敢地面对、旷达地处理。这时，是一味埋怨生活，从此变得消沉、萎靡不振？还是对生活满怀感恩，跌倒了再爬起来？英国作家萨克雷说：“生活就是一面镜子，你笑，它也笑；你哭，它也哭。”你感恩生活，生活将赐予你灿烂的阳光；你不感恩，只知一味地怨天尤人，最终可能一无所有！成功时，感恩的理由固然能找到许多；失败时，不感恩的借口却只需一个。殊不知，失败或不幸时更应该感恩生活。

感恩生活，不仅要感谢父母、老师和朋友，还要感谢讽刺过我们的人、打败过我们的人、剥削过我们的人，因为他们教会了我们如何在这个社会上生活下去。记得班主任讲过一个故事：一次，美国前总统罗斯福家失盗，被偷去了许多东西，一位朋友闻讯后，忙写信安慰他，劝他不必太在意。罗斯福给朋友写了一封回信：“亲爱的朋友，谢谢你来信安慰我，我现在很平安。感谢上帝：因为第一，贼偷去的是我的东西，而没有伤害我的生命；第二，贼只偷去我部分东西，而不是全部；第三，最值得庆幸的是，做贼的是他，而不是我。”对任何一个人来说，失盗绝对是不幸的事，而罗斯福却找出了感恩的三条理由。

感恩是在不经意间流露出来的，它是任何东西也无法衡量的。一句轻声的问候，一被热乎乎的茶都在诠释着感恩。 朋友，让我们做一个懂得感恩生活的人。在收获恩惠的时候付出一些，这样我们会更快乐。

this term i moved to a new house and studied in a new school. but i always missed my friend. my old house was move comfortable than this new house. i wanted to go back to my old house.

everything was strange for me,so i couldnt study better. i felt nervous in the first test. and i got bad scores,i felt very sad. the teacher shouted at me. and then,i felt under too much pressure and very tired. my parents were also sad with me. when my classmates knew this thing,she helped me,and gave me some advice. later,i thought i can be better next time.

My idol in my heart is liu xiang. He is the world famous athlete. In all

kinds of game， he has won 50 gold MEDALS， 13 silver and 6 bronze MEDALS.

In the 2004 Athens Olympic Games， he won the mens 110 m hurdles hurdles

world champions at a stroke， become the pride of Chinese people， but also the

pride of Asia.

Because of hard training and competition， liu xiang has left a lot of

injuries， especially tendon injury is serious. In 2008 the Olympic Games， liu

xiang as pain failed to enter the finals， I regret to quit.

He to the United States after treatment， and participated in many

international and domestic competition， repeatedly won the champion， second，

third， also broke the records.

This years London Olympic Games， liu xiang took part in the game again，

sadly he injured in the preliminaries and fell， but he stubbornly stood up， with

I have moved to my new school since Septmber. It is a modern and nice

school which is in _。It has a playground, a library, several labs, classrooms

with electronic equipment and so on. Its quite different from my old school.

I’m going to the sun on my holiday. I will go there by a spaceship. I will

take a big blue spaceship。

then I’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is very hot. So I put on

the super-shirt. In the morning, I will have some sun burger for my

breakfast.

At eight o’clock, I will play with my friends there. they are super dog and

super girl. Super dog is white and black. Super girl is very clever. Super girl

and super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for forty minutes. then

I do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table. After my home

work, I will have my lunch. I will eat sun salad. I will make some red toy bear

to the sun babies. I will have red juice, red fish and red rice. All the things

are red. then I need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. So I

will walk to the spaceship. I’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.
