我提着塑料袋边走边捡，来到凤凰楼时已装了满满的一大袋了。我把它们装进背包里，提着另一个塑料袋向山下走。路过红军亭时，一声“乒乓”震了我一下，原来是一位阿姨把喝完的饮料罐随手扔了。看着远去的阿姨我不好说什么，只好去捡那只饮料罐。可饮料罐不偏不倚正好滚到了悬崖边的枯草丛中，看起来很难把饮料罐再捡回来，我蹲下来一点一点挪过去，但仍无法捡到，已经不能再挪了，前面有许多青苔。下山的人中有几个叔叔阿姨关心起我的安全来，都叫我别去捡了。一位叔叔见我不肯罢休，跑过来，拉开我，一伸手捡回了那个饮料罐递给我，还冲我笑了笑。

下山后，我到垃圾池去扔那两袋垃圾时，只见好多人都涌向那儿，一个个把自己手里提的，包里背的垃圾扔到了垃圾池。看到眼前的一切，我心慰极了:而今人们的环保意识普遍提高了，自觉爱护环境的人会越来越多了。真是:年年登高，人人进步!

明年，我还去登高。

今年重阳节，我和爸爸妈妈为了感悟中华传统节日——重阳节，我们来到了北京最有名的一坐山——香山，我们沿着山麓攀爬，看到了山上美不胜收的景色。我们也看到了许多老人都在沿着山麓攀爬，我们登上山顶，看见了许多老人在香山顶峰上庆祝自己的节日——老人节。他们有的唱歌，有的跳舞，用不同的方式进行庆祝。在他们中间坐着一个老爷爷和几个老奶奶，老爷爷坐在凳子上用手风琴拉着《欢乐颂》，曲调欢快、优美，令人陶醉；旁边的老奶奶则用小镲和小鼓等乐器为老爷爷伴奏，乐曲在这个小乐队的演奏下显得非常动听。周围许多老人围者这个小乐队尽情地跳呀、唱呀，使人仿佛置身于人间仙境一般。

相传在东汉时期，汝河有个瘟魔，只要它一出现，家家就有人病倒，天天有人丧命，这一带的百姓受尽了的苦头。村里有一个叫恒景的年轻人决心出去访仙学艺，为民除掉瘟魔。恒景四处访师寻道，找了很长时间终于打听到在东方有一座最古老的山，山上有一个法力无边的仙长，恒景不畏千辛万苦和路途的遥远，在仙鹤指引下，终于找到了那个有着神奇法力的仙长，仙长为他的精神所感动，不仅教给他降妖剑术，还赠他一把降妖宝剑。从此以后恒景不怕风吹日晒终于练出了一身非凡的武艺。

这一天，仙长把恒景叫到跟前说:“明天是九月初九，瘟魔又要出来作恶，你本领已经学成，应该回去为民除害了”。仙长送给恒景一包茱萸叶，一盅菊花酒，并且密授避邪用法，让恒景骑着仙鹤赶回家去。

恒景回到家乡，在九月初九的早晨，按仙长的叮嘱把乡亲们领到了附近的一座山上，发给每人一片茱萸叶，一盅菊花酒，做好了降魔的准备。中午时分，随着几声怪叫，瘟魔冲出汝河，突然闻到阵阵茱萸奇香和菊花酒气，脸色突变，这时恒景手持降妖宝剑几个回合就把瘟魔刺死于剑下，从此九月初九登高避瘟的风俗年复一年地流传下来。

听了这个故事我非常地感动，犹如有一股能力注入我的体内，我大踏步地向山上爬去，感觉终点就在自己的眼前。

下山的路上，妈妈告诉我今天也叫老人节，我想到自己身上还有爸爸平时给的零花钱，奶奶一直都有肩膀酸的毛病，正好路边有卖棒槌的按摩器摊，我花了五元给奶奶买了一个。

那天是我过得最有意义的重阳节。
