我跳绳练习了半年，跳绳我从一开始不会跳变成一次能跳一百个，然后两百、三百、四百个，跳绳我也练习的很努力，我会了单腿跳、编花的三种方法、倒跳、倒跳着单腿跳，每次跳绳比赛我都拿了全校第一，因此我都很高兴!
