The key to success is confidence. It makes you brave, helps you get over the troubles, and brings motivation to you. For example, somebody always get nervous when they have an important speech, if they are in a nervous mood, the results are always terrible. But if they are confident to themselves, the results turn out to be better. Therefore, be confident, believe in yourself, keep smile in your face when comes to difficulties, and you will achieve more.

从我上学开始，我上课就不大爱发言。老师上课问的问题，我都会，考试也能做对，可我就是不愿意发言。为这件事，我责备过自己许多次。

有一次上数学课，于老师要找一位同学回答问题，我始终没有勇气吧手举起来。于是，我又开始责备自己：刘钰卿啊刘钰卿!这些问题你都会，你为什么总是不回答呢?就算说错了也没有关系，可你连上课大胆发言的勇气都没有。你可真没用!

想到这里，我不知哪来的勇气，竟大胆地把手举了起来。

“刘钰卿，你来说。”我完整、流畅地把这个问题回答完了。于老师说：“回答得真好!同学们给她掌声鼓励一下!”顿时，教室里传来了一阵热烈的掌声。

我成功了!我在人生的道路上又迈开了一大步。从此，我走出了我一向胆怯自馁的禁区，我不再害怕上课回答问题了。

有了勇气，可以让自己有胆量尝试新东西;有了勇气，可以让自己变得更勇敢;有了勇气，可以让自己成功的机会更多……

上帝在关上门的同时为你打开了一扇窗。

勇于开始

舞台后的林荫小道成了运动员准备场，参天大树枝叶交叉相接，微弱的阳光穿过叶片空隙在灰黑水泥地上烙下光印。

报到领号后，我站在一旁。附近有的人起跳热身，有的练习摆臂，有的与好友交谈……而我刚开始做高抬腿，持续数秒后又僵硬地停下。目光空洞，一种刺骨冷意从脚底如蝼蚁慢爬至手心。我深呼吸一口，无奈无法平静，只好到树下不紧不慢地低着头漫步，时而蹦跳几下，时而两手相挫着取暖，却总无法驱赶由心而发的寒意。好友的劝言与鼓励也无法使我紧皱的眉松弛。我虽有好友伴随身旁，但心仍像个无底洞，那一刻我已摔落，睁眼亦是一片伸手不见五指的昏黑。心跳的震动像天崩地裂，连指尖都能感受。闭着眼，我迈开了沉重步伐。

不是每个人都勇于开始

勇于坚守

未曾尝试，是不会了解站在白线后俯身心悬着的感觉，好比高山钢丝上不吊威亚行走。

一声哨落，如离弦箭般冲出。一圈过后，左右不剩多少人，我极力向前远眺只见前面两人间差距很大。顿时心中大河翻滚，汗水化成海浪拍打名为恐惧的风，似乎一打即散但而后不知何时又凝聚成风。眼看还剩百米，手脚开始麻木乏力，机械化摆动高抬的幅度减小，就像一支将烧尽的蜡烛。我想：我该放弃了吧。无底洞到底了就该寻找落跑的出路了吧。我摆臂时紧握的拳头慢慢松开，手指与掌心慢慢有了距离，张开嘴贪婪地吸允新鲜的空气。忽而，深情恍惚似看见一人努力地做别人不敢做的事。看着她，我坚定了信念，驱散那萦绕于心的风，重新握紧拳头，指甲陷入掌心肉，青筋血管暴露。我绷紧身躯，脚不断提起落下，周而复始。坚守信念，直至带着微笑扑倒在好友的怀里。

不是每个人都勇于坚守

人生好比一支没有配备指南针的航队，你可以不明方向不管前后，你可以不知天高地厚，但不能缺少“宁愿走火入魔，不愿立地成佛”的勇气。

上帝在关上门的同时只留下了一扇闭合着等待你勇敢开启的窗。

每天周而复始重复的工作，早已让教师忘记了最初的教学理想，冷却了教学的热情。面对教师这种心灵的迷失，帕克。帕尔默在他的《教学勇气》一书里从自然科学到社会科学，从生物学、心理学、甚至物理学、化学、宗教等领域进行了深入的探讨，他的很多观点都给我震撼的感觉，加之字里行间自然流露的对教师人性的充分理解和尊重，让我更加愿意用心去聆听，去体会。帕尔默认为教学的困惑主要来源于教师的教学行为与自我认同的分离，而当分离产生后，面对源自内心的恐惧，教师只能在面具后隐藏，与内心隔离、与学生隔离、与学科隔离、与同伴隔离……此刻，教师深感疏离的痛苦，深切渴望“不分离”。所以，帕尔默呼唤让我们重新认识自我，坦然面对恐惧，积极重建联系，在“共同体”中实现真正的教学，也重新找到自我的价值和教学的勇气。

“我是谁”

的刻字，太阳神阿波罗神庙的门楣上的神谕：认识你自己。弗洛伊德说：“人分为本我、自我和超我”，当一个老师如此真实的了解自我是谁时，才会了解他的学生们是谁。

其实，作为教师，我们做好工作的能力源自于对“我们自己是谁”的认识。好的老师，正如作者所说，具有联合的能力，他们能够将自己、所教学科和他们的学生编织成复杂的联系网，以便学生能够学会去编织一个他们自己的世界。基于这样的前提，我懂得：真正好的教学不能降低到技术层面，真正好的教学来自于教师的自身认同与自身完整。

2、“也许课堂既不应以教师为中心，也不应以学生为中心，而应以主体为中心”

我们的教学经历了“学科中心说”“教师中心说”，而今已步入“学生中心说”，学生和学习过程比教师和教学过程更重要，教师的角色在促进者、学习同伴和必要的监控机制间转换。而帕尔默认为这几种方式均有启发性和优点，但又未能完全解决问题，要么教师成为权威，要么学生永远不会犯错。他提出应该以“第三事物”成为课堂的主体，在课堂上，教师与学生共同专注这一“伟大事物”，构建复杂互动的真正学习“共同体”。在“共同体”中，没有单方面的教学者，也没有单方面的接受者，更没有单方面的成长者，它就是一个五行相生相克的“相互影响”的系统。在这样的系统里，真正的教学和教师的自我完善也就产生了。

《教学勇气》如同一位深刻的挚友，让自己在思考与追问中卸去去满身的浮躁和疲乏!

成功需要勇气

有一次，学校要举行演讲比赛，班主任决定先在班上举行一次预赛。我各方面都不错，就是从来没有上台演讲过。稿子写好了，我读了一遍又一遍，也试着演讲了好几次。

最后等到了班会课。老师宣布开始，班长便大大方方地走上讲台，他声音洪亮，口齿清楚，演讲起来极富感情。演讲完毕，教室里爆发出经久不息的掌声。之后，又有几名同学上台演讲。

我开始不安起来，我能像他们一样顺利地讲下来吗?演讲不好让同学们笑话怎样办?我不敢再往下想了，手心开始出汗，那份稿子越攥越紧。等我右边的那个同学演讲完毕，班会课已经过去半个钟头了。老师在一旁鼓励大家：“还有没有?不用怕，大胆地走上来，鼓起勇气!”我感到自我的心“怦怦”直跳。想上去，又怕演讲不好被人笑话，多没面子啊;不上去，就会失去一次难得的机会，机不可失呀!老师的话又在耳边响起：“鼓起勇气来，不用怕!”是啊，即使失败，又算得了什么?去试一试，又怎知自我必须会失败呢?

“鼓起你的勇气来，你会成功的。”这是勇气在对我说话。

我最后站了起来，手里拿着那份已被汗水浸湿的稿子，大步走上讲台。同学们充满期盼地望着我。我深深地吸了一口气，让自我平静下来，然后，又鼓足勇气，开始演讲。慢慢地，我不再害怕，心中纯真的感情在言语之中自然地流露。

“哗——”当我演讲结束，台下爆发出一阵热烈的掌声。“真棒!”我的好朋友欧冉对我说。最后，当老师宣布我获胜时，我喜极而泣。我成功了!

“是什么力量是你走上台来，讲得这么好呢?”老师问我。

我回答：“是勇气。”

我明白，在关键时刻，发挥自我的长处不是问题，而快速提升自我最“短”的那块“板”——勇气，才是最重要的。
