This is the palace museum; also know as the Purple Forbidden City。 It is the largest and most well reserved imperial residence in China today。 Under Ming Emperor Yongle， construction began in 1406。 It took 14years to build the Forbidden City。 The first ruler who actually lived here was Ming Emperor Zhudi。 For five centuries thereafter， it continued to be the residence of23 successive emperors until 1911 when Qing Emperor Puyi was forced to abdicate the throne。 In 1987， the United Nations Educational， Scientific and Cultural Organization recognized the Forbidden City was a world cultural legacy。

It is believed that the Palace Museum， or Zi Jin Cheng (Purple Forbidden City)， got its name from astronomy folklore， The ancient astronomers divided the constellations into groups and centered them around the Ziwei Yuan (North Star) 。 The constellation containing the North Star was called the Constellation of Heavenly God and star itself was called the purple palace。 Because the emperor was supposedly the son of the heavenly gods， his central and dominant position would be further highlighted the use of the word purple in the name of his residence。 In folklore， the term “an eastern purple cloud is drifting” became a metaphor for auspicious events after a purple cloud was seen drifting eastward immediately before the arrival of an ancient philosopher， LaoZi， to the Hanghu Pass。 Here， purple is associated with auspicious developments。 The word jin (forbidden) is self-explanatory as the imperial palace was heavily guarded and off-explanatory as the imperial palace was heavily guarded and off-limits to ordinary people。

扬州是中国的一座历史文化名城，地处在江苏的中部，江淮平原南端，长江中下游。扬州城区至今已有2400多年的历史了，在扬州的范围有：郊区，广陵区，邗江区3个地区;高邮，江都，宝应，仪征。这么一个历史遗留下来的风水饱地，特色那一定是少不了，扬州的特色就有：包子，酱菜等等。那当然少不了月。扬州的月我认为是最好看的，尤其是在瘦西湖看月亮。马上就是中秋节了，那时的月亮是最圆的，如果把它倒影在五亭桥的那些洞下，那就有16个月亮倒影在水中，那种景色是多么美啊!

关于月亮的传说有很多，大多都是关于嫦娥的，有人说嫦娥奔月，有人说嫦娥下凡，还有人说吃了月饼之后就梦见嫦娥，这些一大堆的故事我小的时候听的很多，所以我说扬州的月亮是最好看的，决对不是吹牛。要不然很多人称扬州为月亮城呢?现在有很多的人用扬州月或月亮城做广告，现代的诗歌写扬州的里面总也要提到一个“月”字，好像突出月亮城之美，所以来到扬州旅游的游客都说：“扬州城真是名不虚传啊。”都在为这有着月亮城之称的扬州城而赞叹。

扬州，它不仅有月亮城的美称，而在月亮的基础上的烟花三月旅游节更是别有一翻风味，这个旅游节可是吸引了更多的游客前来扬州玩，差不多都是为了“故人西辞黄鹤楼，烟花三月下扬州”这首李白的千古绝诗而来，虽然有了诗句，但没有真才实料也不行所以，扬州本来就是一座风光秀美的风景城;有着知识和文化的文化城;有着千年博物的博物城。我记的有人说过，“淮海惟扬州。”这句话的意思是：淮河与黄海之间是扬州。扬州四界地方多水，水扬波以扬出了名。所以，这就是扬州的真才实料。从地图上看，扬州属于亚热带的气候地区，一年的四季中，又是以春天的气候最好，景色最迷人的。烟花三月下扬州的“三月”是指农历，相当于一年中的四月。有资料表示说明：当时的扬州，平均气温为14.3摄氏度，大地回春，各种各样的花都开了，这就是烟花，就在这时候，扬州的市花——琼花，伴随着扬州的市歌——茉莉花的音调下开放，那时的扬州有一种无与伦比的魅力。所以烟花三月旅游节才引来了那么多的游客，大家都异口同声，拍手叫好。

我爱我的家乡，我爱这里的每一个人。我漫步在地市的中心——人民广场上，看到一片繁荣的景象。这里车来车往、熙熙攘攘，各个角落无不体现出临沂儿女的高尚美德。看！那个小学生，正在扶着年迈的老人过马路；过路的行人主动把垃圾捡进垃圾箱。听！小鸟在树上欢快的唱着歌。闻！那美丽的花儿散发着诱人的清香。踏上回家的路，坐上回家的公交车，我看到了年轻的人主动给老人让座的和谐景象。

啊！美丽的故乡，美丽的临沂，在各个角落都体现着古城的美。我爱我的家乡，我爱我的临沂！

Beijing is the capital of China with a long history. There are lots of places of interest, such as the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, and the Summer Palace and so on. Since it lies in the north of China, the winter here is long and it snows sometimes. Autumn is the best season in Beijing, for it is neither too cold nor too hot. One of the most famous traditional foods is Beijing (Roast)Duck. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. By hosting the Olympics, we”ll have the chance to let the world know more about China and Beijing. So, come to Beijing and you”ll enjoy it.

一说到天津，人们很容易就联想到历史遗留给它的诸多西洋式建筑，联想到高耸入云的天津电视塔，联想到香喷喷的狗不理包子。和中国其他三个直辖市相比，天津虽然辖区有限，但自然和人文景观毫不逊色，特别是天津的民间艺术，具有浓郁的地方特色。

天津的民间工艺种类很多，年画、泥塑、风筝、篆刻、木雕、地毯、剪纸、编织等。其中以杨柳青年画、“泥人张”彩塑、“风筝魏”风筝及篆刻和木雕最负盛名。

杨柳青年画是人们过年时用来装饰环境，增加新春气氛，并从中得到精神安慰和寄托的民间年画。他的历史可以住追溯至明末崇祯到清代雍正年间。

杨柳青年画采用的是木板刻印和人工彩绘相结合的方法，所以杨柳青年画既有木刻独特的刀锋板味，又不失民族绘画的传统风格。一张年画的出世，要经过起稿、印刷、填色等。六、七道工序才能完成。杨柳青年画所表现的题材主要以人民群众所熟悉和喜闻乐见的戏曲、神话故事为内容的故事戏曲画，或以谐音取名以示吉祥。如《连年有余》、《金鱼满堂》等；或以社会生活和习俗为题材的“时事风俗画”如《渔归图》《同庆丰收年》《门神》等。其中《同庆丰收图》描写的农村麦收时节，打谷场上的一片繁忙景象，反映了终年辛勤的农民对丰收的期望。此外杨柳青年画中还有一类“风景画”，如《天津图》《北京风景图》等。《天津图》描写的是天津海口，全图气势磅礴，万顷洪波之中有两艘张帆海船破浪而行，有着无限的美感。

人们常说，没到过杨柳青就不能说到过天津，没见到杨柳青年画就等于没来过中国。由此可见，天津的民间工艺不仅丰富和美化了天津人民的生活，而且还为祖国争光。

我赞美我的家乡美景，因为在我眼里多美的家乡，一个亲切的词；家乡，一个温暖的家；家乡，一个优雅的地方。地方。也及不上家的温暖。

我的家乡四面彬都是绿油油的景田野，人们天天都忙得不可开交。田野里，一到春天，到处都是高大的大棚铁架，像一座小部落；夏天，大棚的塑料一取，里面全是绿油油的瓜枝和金灿灿的甜瓜；秋天，村子里飘着成熟地气息，眺望去田野一片金黄，村子人人都笑开了花；冬天，大雪纷飞，为村子穿上了一件雪白棉袄。田野，更是一片美景，雪花落在景田野上，田野显得分外美丽辽阔。

我家乡拥有四季不同的美景，陶醉了我的心。让我沉浸在一年四季的优美景色之中。真是“身在福中早知道”。

我爱我的家乡，因为它的美景陶醉了我，因为它生育了我。因为它教育了我。

爱家乡，它是一片育人的沃土，又是一片育人的净土；在我心里它有着许多名胜古迹所不及的独特之处。
