如果观迷于手机中，对于学生来说首当其中的影响就是学习成绩直线下降，学习效率十分低下，对自己的未来成就产生影响。不仅如此，在我看来，还有两大方面值得我们极为重视。

一就是安全性。现在不少的学生和年轻人。都已经自发地成为了“低头族”的族人，并以气死车主和将自己生命贡献给某一个地方为首要标。例如，上了全险的汽车、没有井盖的下水井，坚硬的电线杆等等。他们为了看手机，真的是不分时间和场合，想看就看，真的是一帮“拼命三郎(娘）”啊，不少人走在马路中央，手持手机、耳塞耳机，就仿佛将自己和世界隔离开来，任凭后面的汽车如何吗笛依旧我行我素这是对自己生命极不负责的事情，如果遇上酒驾的人神志不清，把人撞了，他需要承担责任，但被撞的人呢？血肉之躯如何与钢伤铁骨较量？出了事，他（她)的亲人、好友等一切与他关系亲密的人又该如何面对呢？所以，为了这个世界上所有爱你的人和你爱的人着想，一定要珍惜生命。

二则是人际交往。网络的世界太过精彩美好，是许多人都无法拒绝与割舍的，但是沉迷于网络也要区分场合。现在有一种现象在聚会上越来越常见，所有人手持一部手机，各玩各的，也没有人交谈，这样的现象更多地出现在年轻人的聚会中，这样的现象，对于人们来说，是一个恶性的发展方向，都说孩子是祖国的未来，祖国的希望，但是难道让他们在对外交流时抱着个手机刷屏，把对方晾晒在一旁？这是极为失礼的！因为每个人只顾自己的手机，所以人与人之间的交往越来越冷谟，对他人越来越冷谈，将自己的世界隔绝，那中国的未来是什么样呢？外交部长拿着手机玩了！打仗是让手机替你去打！这是不现实的！所以，我们要重视现实中的人际交往。

所以，为了自己、为了祖国，为了自己的中所爱的一切放下手机，从我们开始！

周六下午，小明全家都在家休息。小明在房间里玩玩具，爸爸妈妈坐在客厅的椅子上看手机。

玩了一会，小明觉得一个人玩太没劲了，他走出房间想找爸爸妈妈一起玩。爸爸妈妈正在看手机都没发现小明已经站在身边了，小明扯扯爸爸的衣服，问道：“爸爸，您能陪我玩一会儿吗？”爸爸低着头说：“乖儿子，爸爸正在打游戏过关，你能自己玩会好吗？”小明转身又去拉拉妈妈的裙子，问道：“妈妈，您能陪我玩一会儿吗？”妈妈也低着头说：“宝贝，让妈妈看完微信，再陪你玩好不好？”小明见爸爸妈妈只顾看手机都不陪自己玩，只好垂头丧气地回到自己房间，心里想：“手机有那么好看、那么好玩吗？爸爸妈妈都爱看手机、玩手机，在他们心里到底最爱的是我还是手机？”小明越想越生气，他再次回到客厅，大声地说：“爸爸妈妈，请你们放下手机，陪陪我，到底是我重要还是手机重要，你们是不是把手机当成了自己的‘宝贝’，你们都不爱我了！”

爸爸妈妈听到小明的话都愣了，他们连忙放下手机惭愧地说：“小明，爸爸妈妈当然爱你，你是我们最爱的宝贝！对不起，爸爸妈妈不应该老是看手机。”爸爸站起来说：“我现在就不玩手机了，陪你出去走走，到公园里去运动运动。”妈妈接着说：“我也不看手机了，明天是世界读书日，我们全家一起去图书馆看书吧！”小明一听，开心地叫了起来：“太好了，爸爸妈妈都肯陪我了，可是你们得保证以后也这样，多陪我，少看手机！”“好的，一言为定！”爸爸妈妈连连点头答应。

On the other hand,there are some drawbacks,too.Firstly,the most important disadvantage is the unknown effects on health in case of over-use.Scientists found that mobile phones can cause brain cancer.if you talk for so many hours,you are going to have headacheand ear problems.Secondly,the mobile phone stimulate home for the high cost of communication.If you are in 3 membered family,you would spend a lot of money on mobile phone.Because tow to three of family have it, it cost about 150-200D in a month.Furthermore,the inappropriate use of mobile phones could be bothersome.for example,it is very imppropriate to here a mobile phone ringing during a formal conversation,during a lesson,in a libraryor in a cinema.Finally,mobile phones waste people too much time.An Amerian survey show that the teen-ager will spend average 2 hours to send messagesevery day.

In conclusion, there are some benefits and drawbacks to mobile phones.personally,i dont like mobile phonesvery much,but i need use them.In my opion, mobile phones are good only if you use them correctly and politely,as in this case,all technology is beneficial!

我们变得冷漠，老人摔倒了没人主动去扶，只有一群拍照围观的路人；我们变得懒惰，不再愿意花时间看完一本厚厚的书，只肯将精力放在虚拟的游戏上；我们变得迟钝，提笔忘字的现象越来越频繁，只能依赖于手机的输入法……

不禁想问一句，我们都怎么了？

是时候下决心了。放下手机，多和父母聊聊生活中的趣事，聊聊经历的那些酸甜苦辣；放下手机，真诚地给朋友一个大大的拥抱，要知道友谊得来不易；放下手机，抬头望望头顶的这片天，好好看看这世界。
