我们的生活，如碎片般不成体系。但那又是什么造成的呢？没有人能说出所有；当然，让生活变成碎片般的事情也是永远不会达到末尾的。但最主要的就是因为手机大军与他们的拥护者——低头族也加入了“碎片联盟”。

这天是爷爷的生日，一大早爷爷就期盼着儿子一家的到来。爷爷奶奶从大早上忙碌到日中。

近日，有调查显示许多父母在与孩子共处时时常看手机，更甚者玩手机的时间比陪孩子的时间更长。于是，类似“我写作业，妈妈在看手机”，“我分享趣事，爸爸在看手机”的话时常从孩子口中说出。手机虽好玩，但它难道比亲人还重要吗?

当前，我们处在一个网络四通八达，信息大爆炸的时代。手机作为一种即时通信的有力载体，使我们能够随时随地的浏览分享各种信息。在很大程度上方便了每个人的生活，节省了彼此的时间，改变了人们生活方式，这些诚然是手机这个小铁盒子带给我们的利好。但又有多少人能规避得了手机带来的弊端，并且能够真正的置身手机之外?也许没有几人，更不要说初为父母的了。但面对如此严峻的“亲情缺失”的现状，我们能安心吗?

古人有道“举头望明月，低头思故乡”的忧伤心境，今人却成了“举头忘所以，低头刷手机”的激情。与其说是激情，不如说是一种麻木，像鲁迅先生笔下封建社会人们对生活的麻木一样。“低头族”若抬头，眼底尽是茫然，无知，完全一幅被手机控制了身心无法自拔的休克状态，连身边最亲最爱的活生生的亲人也无暇搭理。长此以往，亲情逐渐淡薄，好像成了可有可无的一件“东西”，这难道不是当今人类社会之大悲吗?

有人曾问，机器人会控制人类吗?依现状来看，毫不夸张地说机器人已经控制了人类。人类把手机视为珍宝，为了手机不问亲情，完全成了手机的奴隶，这难道不就是机器控制了人类吗?因此，只有放下手机，才可成为手机的主人，才能不被手机“奴役’。

放下手机，放下的不过是装着世俗的铁盒，而拥有的则是生机勃勃的完美世界。放下手机，我们不仅可以节省大量的时间，还可以放松身心，用这一段段的时间去陪伴亲人，畅享家人欢聚的乐趣。亦或是旅行，用你的双眼真切地领略世间万象，给你的眼睛来一场说走就走的旅行。当然，我们也可以读读书，身体和心灵，总有一个在路上，放飞灵魂，拥抱健康的生活，拥抱可爱的亲人与朋友。

大家觉得现代对人们的生活影响最大的东西是什么？可能很多人都会不约而同地想到手机吧！我也很赞同，手机确确实实改变了我们的生活。

手机方便了人们的沟通，让我们可以感受到“天涯若比邻”；手机方便了人们的工作，让人们随时随地都可以工作，大大节省了时间；手机让人们的生活更加丰富多彩，我们在家里就可以了解到全球的新闻事实，也可以放松与娱乐……

手机的好处不胜枚举，也正是它的种种新奇、有趣吸引着人们。可有没有人想过手机之弊呢？

这不，在几个星期前发生的一件事，才给我敲响了警钟，而且让我感到十分震惊与害怕。

事情是这样的：家住汉川的五岁小男孩小鹏在一天起床后，发现所看见的东西都成了双份。当他的奶奶看到他的眼睛后，更是吓了一跳。只见小男孩的黑眼珠偏到了一边，眼睛里几乎只剩下眼白。后来经检查确诊为“斜视”。一个五岁的小男孩，本应该健康快乐地成长着，怎么会突然患病呢？谁也想不到，罪魁祸首竟然是手机。原来，小鹏也是一个手机迷，由于他长期盯着手机看动画片，打游戏，才让他的身体健康受到了如此大的损害。

现在有多少人像这个故事中的小主人公一样，沉迷于这个很小但又如此吸引人的盒子。人们似乎被它绑架了、束缚了，在地铁里，公交车上，客厅里，甚至是餐桌旁，都能在一双入迷的眼神前看到它的身影。但是，当人们沉浸在手机带给他乐趣的同时，手机也在慢慢地侵蚀着人们的身体与心灵。

手机的危害之大，几乎是和它的作用是成正比的：手机辐射很大，而且所发出来的光对眼睛有一定的刺激性，如果人们长期所以手机，久而久之，就会对身体造成不可估量的危害。还有的人沉迷于手机，整天沉浸在那些花花绿绿的虚拟世界之中，渐渐忽略了自己的现实生活，养成了孤僻冷漠的性格，让人远离了社会与生活。而且手机中的内容十丰富，但其中也夹杂着许多无用甚至是不良的信息，如果人们花费太多的时间来浏览这些东西，不仅对我们毫无益处，还浪费了我们的时间，影响了我们的学习与工作。难道这个坏处，还不足以证明手机危害大吗？

既然我们认识到了手机的危害，就应该去让它不要危害影响到我们。我们必须正确认识手机，认清手机对人的影响和之间的关系，并且增强自己的意志力，努力控制自己不要陷于手机的诱惑之中。可以去多运动、看书，和朋友聊天，多参加公益活动来转移自己对手机的注意力，远离手机的魔爪，感受生活的充实与美好。学会正确合理地去使用手机，真正地控制好它，让它为我们所用，改善我们的生活。我们要做它的主人，而不是它的奴隶，让它能够发挥出它真正的价值。

请大家携起手来，摆脱手机的诱惑，合理使用手机，让它完善与帮助我们的生活。让我们放下手机，抬头做人，迎接一个更健康与阳光的明天。

With the improving of our living standard, nowadays ,almost everyone can afford a cell phone. Every cion has two sides. When we are enjoying the benefits that cell phones have brought us ,we are now faced many problems.

To start with , mobiles phones have brought us many conveniences. With a using of a phone ,we can surfing on the Internet whenever we like without opening a computer.Whats more, we are imformed of everything important when we carry our cell phone all the time. Futermore, it can also help us with some learning,beacuse we can look up the word in the digital dictionary.

Secondly, our cell phones still causes many serious problems. On one hand,the most problem is electric wave radiation ,which is bad for our health. On the other hand, it will affect our learning and working. For example,When we are at an important meeting with an important partner ,if your cell phone rings, it will interrupt the whole environment and the partner will think you dont respcet him. Another example is when you are having a boring class or meeting,then you will take out your phone reading novels,surfing on the Internet ,playing games ,all thest will distract you from good working.

Today, we talk about mobile phones, and as mobile phones are growing, more and more people are using mobile phones, which brings us a lot of convenience. There are also countless people who are addicted to mobile phones, especially small-school students, and i dont really object to mobile phones, and mobile phones are a good relaxation tool. I dont think its bad to play a mobile phone, but the middle school students are self-control, and they cant control the length of time they spend on their phones. So im addicted to cell phones, so i suggest relaxing a mobile phone, but it requires parental supervision, proper play, and not obsolete.
