feel pity for him because he misses so many beautiful moment.

It is very a common situation for the young people to low down their heads

to check on the cellphone. They don’t have the real communicate with others, it

is not a good behavior. It is better to drop down the cellphone and see the

scenery around us.

Today, more and more middle school students have their own mobile phones. As a student, I think it’s good to have a mobile phone, because mobile phones can offer a lot of convenience. And students can send short messages to their parents when they are in trouble or not at home.

In fact, if students use mobile phones in right ways, mobile phones will help us, such as we can use mobile phones to look up new words. But it can also bring some trouble. For example, many students use their mobiles to listen to music in class. They don’t listen to the teachers carefully. And many students send messages in class.

In my opinion, it’s not right to use mobile phones in school. We should try our best to use mobile phones in right ways.

记得那是一个星期天的下午。妈妈捧着手机，一直低着头，目不转睛的看着手机：哈哈，真是笑死我了！她咧开嘴，捧着肚子，一边使劲敲打沙发，一边哈哈大笑。过了一阵子，妈妈又开始皱着眉头，抿着嘴，难过的小声念叨：怎么会这样啊？

这时，我正巧遇到一题相当复杂的数学题，便去请教妈妈。妈妈，我眯起眼睛，往妈妈身边凑了凑，拉着妈妈的手臂摇了起来，撒娇道：你在干什么呀？给我看看呗。而她却只顾着玩，没有搭理我，而是自顾自地躲到沙发另一边。妈妈，你有空吗？我凑上前去，使劲伸长了脖子，妈妈却立刻转过身，背对着我，咬着嘴唇开始，两眼放光的盯着手机：没空，忙着呢，别烦我！她又立刻埋头用手在屏幕上划来划去，只顾玩手机。我抿着嘴，脸蛋开始涨红。我有道题不会做！自己想办法，不要不动脑子就来问我。我，我，才不是呢！我嘟起嘴，双手叉腰，不满的跺起脚，泪水盈眶而出，我大声嚷道：你总是这样！总是不来管我，忽视我！到底是我亲还是手机亲？说完，我就使劲关上房门，捂着被子埋头痛哭了起来。妈妈听了我的这番话，顿时惊呆了，睁大了眼睛，张着嘴，不知所措的看着我。她放下手机，呆愣的皱着眉头，低着头，坐在客厅。

门外很静，没有了争吵，没有了咆哮。嘎吱门被轻轻推开了。妈妈搂住我，小声的抽泣，泪水湿透了她的眼眶：我，我真的对不起！刚刚听你一说，我才反思道自己过分了一点，我是，永远爱你的！我忍不住大声哭泣：我也不对，我不应该对你嚷嚷，对你发脾气的！

手机固然可贵，但不要因为它而忽视了身边的人、代替了亲情！

亲爱的爸爸妈妈：

爸爸妈妈，自从你们买了智能手机，有多久没有陪我玩了；自从你们买了智能手机，多久没有一家人热热闹闹地吃一顿饭了；自从你们买了智能手机，多久没有一家人大手牵小手地一起散步、购物了……我们吃的每一顿饭无一不被你们发上了微信。每一次旅行，你们要么是以智能手机中看风景，要么是低头在给别人留言……难道手机中的虚拟时光比得上这个多姿多彩的大千世界吗？难道一只几千元的手机比不上你们宝贵的家人吗？请放下掌中的“小世界”，去走走看看我们多彩的大自然吧！

为了让爸爸妈妈放下智能手机，回到原来欢乐无比的时光。我在此倡议：

1、爸爸妈妈在家里只能用智能手机打电话，禁止上网聊QQ、微信等一切上网聊天工具。除非得到本倡议人的同意和这件事是十分重要的以外。

2、在吃饭的时候，禁止拿起手机拍照，如过被发现罚洗一个月的碗，还要买早餐。

3、有罚也有奖，如果妈妈发现爸爸在玩手机，可以奖一个小时的刷微信时间。

4、遵守“五多”计划。就是，多陪我玩，多几次和一家人散步，多看报少拿手机，多和家人朋友去郊游，多和家人谈谈心。有了“五多”，当然还要更重要的“二少”计划。少接触手机，少上微信和QQ，最好是不要上。

为了我们的家庭更幸福，更美好，拥有更多的欢声笑语，所以请亲爱的爸爸妈妈牢牢的记住这些十分宝贵的一件。

最后，我想说各位广大的父母亲们请放下智能手机，拥抱世界，多陪陪孩子们！

如今这个社会手机已经成为了人们的影子，人们走路看手机、坐着看手机、站着看手机甚至睡觉都要看会手机才行。我们觉得这手机都成一个磁铁了，人们是另一个磁铁，两个磁铁牢牢地吸在一起，无法离开。为此，我们将这个问题告诉老师，老师在班上举行了一次讨论会，要大家就手机来谈谈看法。

讨论会开始了。有的同学说了手机的害处，有的同学说明了人们为什么会迷恋上手机，还有的同学说了一些人们因为手机而发生的事故……

谢思彤同学说：“有一家人回去看望爷爷却一直坐在椅子上看手机，不理爷爷让爷爷很孤单。”

王浩楠同学说：“有人在走路时直看手机走上了公路，结果差一点就被车撞到，造成车祸。”

张延亮同学说：“有人一回家就坐在沙发上看手机、玩游戏一坐就是一天，不仅耽误了学习，降低了视力还降低了学习成绩。”

老师又说：“大家说的很好，我们要提醒附近的人让他们做到这几点：1。不能沉迷于手机，要珍惜手机，有空闲时间多陪陪家人。2。不要一把手机放在第一位，要把家人、工作和学习放在第一位。3。不要把热情给手机，把冷落给家人。让我们放下手机，多陪陪家人吧！”
