It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. 正当我在一旁唉声叹气是，妈妈可在偷冷哦，我一看妈妈的盘子里的饺子个个挺着将军肚儿，昂首挺胸的，可我这儿，别说饺子好不好了，连影儿都没有，妈妈提醒我。肉不能包太多刚听到第一句，我便以为自己会了，就急忙说：哦，我知道了，我再试一次。不用说，大家也能猜到，这次我放了很少的馅，包是包住了，可是妈妈打趣道：你这是在包馅饼啊。第二场又只能宣告失败。

胜不骄，败不馁，我重又拿起一张皮，放了不多不少的馅，这回终于成功了，虽说不怎么好看，但至少已经完成了，可是，我手上不是这边几片菜叶，就是那边几滴有水，脏死了。

通过这次包饺子的体验，我明白了做事要有坚持不懈的精神，还要多向有经验的人请教。

寒假的一天下午，爸爸妈妈带着我骑车去郑东新区游玩。经过“长途跋涉”，我们终于来到了美丽的郑东新区。“哇，好美呀。”我情不自禁地感叹到。只见远处的“如意湖”上碧波荡漾、波光粼粼，湖对面绿草如茵，湖面上时不时有游船游过，恰似一把尖刀打破了原本水平如镜的湖面。这时，近处的树梢上突然跃起几只小鸟，他们唱着欢乐优美的歌曲，仿佛是在欢迎我们的到来。一旁的柳树也“不甘落后”，在微风中向我们招手。看着美丽的风景，呼吸着新鲜的空气，真令人心旷神怡。我和爸爸妈妈快步走到“如意湖”边。这时，只见站在旁边的一位小朋友向水中撒了一把鱼食，只见许多五颜六色的鱼儿三五成群地向这边游了过来，争先恐后地跃起抢食吃。与平时喧哗忙碌的郑州市区截然不同，郑东新区则像一幅美丽的画卷，优美而又宁静，我陶醉在这美丽的风景之中。不知不觉，天黑了。突然只听见一个礼花在我身边炸响，弹出一个绿色的光点。只见它越升越高，越升越高，最后以“迅雷不及掩耳之势”在空中发出一声震耳欲聋的声响，绿点一下子被炸得四分五裂，在空中形成一个巨大的圆球，夜空霎时间被这个绿色的“大球”照得明亮起来。这时，又有一个礼花发射升空，只见它像一群小蝌蚪似的，发出“叽叽叽”的声音，左拐右拐地飞上天去，还有的礼花像牡丹，像黄牛，像数字，像脚印……美不胜收。直到“烟火晚会”结束，我们才如梦初醒似的感到时间已经晚了。最后，我们依依不舍地向这幅美丽的画卷告了别。

这件事令我感到了郑州———我们的家园的巨大变化，见到我们生活的环境越来越美丽，我感到十分骄傲和自豪。

我的这个寒假真是过得既快乐，又充实。
