转眼间，寒假就要过去了，回想下这个寒假收获还真不少。但是最大的收获要数我学会了蒸年糕。

年三十一大早，我看见奶奶正忙着买蜜枣，桂花，春糯米粉，准备蒸年糕呢!我长这么大，每年都能吃到奶奶从乡下寄来的美味年糕，但从没看到过奶奶是怎样蒸年糕的。今年正好回老家，我可要亲自“实践”一下。

今天是圣诞节，我们家人很开心，我很喜欢圣诞节。

在圣诞节的时候，爸爸说：“晚上12:00，一定要吃平安果。”我等呀等呀，等得我快睡着了，我实在等不下去了。这时，老爸对我和姐姐说：“把你们干净的袜子，放在你的床上，夜里，圣诞老人会给你圣诞礼物。”把袜子放好以后，我就等待12:00的到来，我一出去，就看钟表，呵呵!真巧!爸爸，爸爸吃平安果了!“哦，知道了。”

到了早上，我一看我的袜子，鼓鼓的，我一看，嘿!真有礼物，姐姐，姐姐，LOOK!我的袜子里有礼物，圣诞节真有圣诞老人，姐姐说：“送礼物的不是圣诞老人，是我们的爸爸妈妈。”“哦，知道了。”

过圣诞节我知道了一个秘密，是：圣诞老人不是圣诞老人，而是我的爸爸妈妈。

今天中午，我做完作业后，看到爸爸妈妈疲倦的样子，又看了看表，已经到午饭时间了，我决定大显身手一回——动手做饭。

开始做饭了。我看到筐里有几根快坏了的黄瓜，把它削了皮，然后?开始切黄瓜。一开始，我模仿大人的样子，自信地挥刀便切。爸爸看着厚厚的黄瓜片，笑了。我莫名其妙地看了看爸爸：“有什么不对吗?”爸爸微笑着点了点头，耐心地说：“切黄瓜时，左手五指并拢，指尖内收，第一关节外拱，紧紧按住黄瓜，右手持刀，到体贴着左手外拱的第一管关节，用力下切。”我按爸爸说的要领，一刀一刀切下去，果真，又脆又薄的瓜片应刀而生了。这使我更加咨询自信了。切完黄瓜，开始下锅了，首先，我拧开煤气，放上三勺油，待油热了，我开始往锅里磕鸡蛋。第一个鸡蛋下锅时，“滋拉”一声，冒起了一股青烟，吓得我尖叫一声，后退两步。爸爸好像没看到我害怕的样子，朝我竖起大拇指。于是，我壮着胆子磕第二个、第三个。这时，一不小心把一小块鸡蛋皮掉进了锅里，当我手忙脚乱地用筷子把它夹上来时后，锅里的鸡蛋就有点煳了。我赶紧把黄瓜片倒入锅中，不停地来回搅拌，然后加入少许水，再搅拌几下，“黄瓜炒鸡蛋”便“诞生”了。同样的办法，“蒜薹炒肉”也上了餐桌。最后，我做了“香肠拌耳朵”。费了好大劲儿，几个小菜终于上了餐桌。

开始熬汤了。我先往锅里倒适量的水，和好米面，然后，用勺子舀起一勺水，把米面倒入锅中，再舀起一勺水，把碗里的米渣冲入锅中。汤沸腾了，好像宣布我“大功告成”了。

一切都完成了，我请“评委”——爸爸妈妈来品尝。他们异口同声地说：“这么好的饭菜，我们可从来没吃到过!”看着爸爸妈妈争先恐后、狼吞虎咽的样子，我心里美滋滋的。

今天这顿饭，也是我从小以来所吃过的最最香甜的饭菜。

今天和爸爸一起出去吃饭。吃饭的时候要敬酒。那里没有果汁。我就拿了一瓶啤酒开始到处敬酒。喝了一瓶酒后，我的脸红了，但没有醉。我认为啤酒并不难喝，但我还是要少喝酒。因为我还只是一个学生。

i went out to have dinner with father today. i should make toast during the dinner but there was no juice availabe. so i had a bottle of beer. my face turned red but i was not drunk. i dont think beer tastes bad but i wont like have it too much because i am only a student.

I like to eat different kinds of delicious food , however, my favorite

food is dumplings. In my spare time , I like to make dumplings with my mother .

I think home-made dumplings are more delicious than those in supermarket .My

mother knows I love to eat them ,so she makes dumplings at every weekend . I

prefer eating dumplings . How about you

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !
