Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. For example, transportation develops fast, and many scenic spots are available now.

面对这一趋势，我们不能不说是负责任的开发一些潜在因素。在第一个地方，随着改革开放政策，对中国人民的生活水平有了很大提高，因此，他们大多数都不能周游。更重要的是，它相信，人们现在更积极的态度，旅游业，把它作为一种生活方式。此外，旅游设施正在变得越来越好。例如，交通运输发展迅速，许多景点都已经上市。

This summer vacation, I joined a social practice to be a part-time tourguide. There I found something that impressed me a lot.

People who love traveling are always finding places to take a vacation, which caused a lot of troubles.For example, I found that some people were used to dropping out the trash everywhere. They just regarded the sightseeings as their houses, which cost a lot to clean it up. Besides, some one should write down their names on the trees and walls. People who wanted to leave their names whereever they went are always to punish in future.

Nevertheless, I also found some good examples, such as teaching tourists not to destroy the places of historic interests, helping clean up the environment,etc..I think we all need to teach more people not to hurt our precious nature. What we really need to do is protect them form destroying.

The Origin of Halloween

While there are many versions of the origins and old customs of Halloween, some remain consistent by all accounts. Different cultures view Holloween somewhat differently but traditional Halloween practices remain the same.

Halloween culture can be traced back to the Druids, a Celtic culture in Ireland, Britain and Northern Europe. Roots lay in the feast of Samhain, which was annually on October 31st to honor the dead.

Samhain signifies "summers end" or November. Samhain was a harvest festival with huge sacred bonfires, marking the end of the Celtic year and beginning of a new one. Many of the practices involved in this celebration were fed on superstition.

The Celts believed the souls of the dead roamed the streets and villages at night. Since not all spirits were thought to be friendly, gifts and treats were left out to pacify the evil and ensure next years crops would be plentiful. This custom evolved into trick-or-treating.

作文教学是语文教学的重要组成部分，高中生作文课有效性能否得到充分的发挥是学生们写作的能力能否提高的一个重要因素，传统的作文课的模式桎梏着学生们思维创新能力的发展，教师要改变传统的思维定式，放开学生的手脚，给他们自由放飞的空间。本文从学生的发展空间、教师的课堂教学有效性策略等方面对作文教学提出了几点拙见，以此来为学生提高作文能力增添一份理论指导。

作文教学不是老师的包办教学，很大程度上，目前的作文课堂都存在着老师主导整个课堂的现象，这种作文课堂模式无疑将我们的学生思维桎梏在一个固定的模式中，阻碍着学生创新思维的培养。对于高中作文教学而言，学生如果一直接受传统的教学模式的渗透，那么就很难在将来的高考中取得理想的作文分数，不能不说，在汉语越来越被重视的今天，我们语文教师更应着力培养学生的自主能力。在作文课上，让学生们放开自己的手脚，将目光投向更加广阔的大干世界中去，而不是拘泥于一个小小的课堂。艺术源于生活而高于生活，写作是一个建立在现实世界的基础上的更高的艺术修养，所以，我们教师应该做的就是让高中生关注社会生活，再对这样的真实的材料进行一定的理性思考，得到认知上的升华，形成自己的独特的语言特点，表达自己内心真实的想法，使自己的教学由封闭走向开放，这是语文教育发展的一个必然的趋势。我觉得，要将作文课的有效性发挥到最大的程度，主要应该做到以下几个方面。

一、教师要转变观念，放开学生写作的时间和空间

写作是为了表达自己内心情感的一种文字体现，无论在什么时候，都应该随性的表达自己的想法，我们老师的任务就是要培养学生的写作习惯，将写作融入到自己的生活中去，摒弃只有上作文课才写作的陋习，老师也要转变自己的思想，让我们的学生始终处于一种写作状态中，经常写作，随时写作。在应试教育中，一篇800字的作文往往要限定时间写出来，虽然这样可以锻炼学生的审题、构思以及成篇的能力，但是却很难写出高质量的作文，所以，在作文课上我们应该给学生时间来进行资料的整理、揣摩和语言的润色。这样的文章质量应该是要高于我们限时要求学生完成的文章的质量。这样的文章也会更加具有现实的意义。此外，作文的课堂也不应该拘泥于上课的几十分钟，它应该是一个更加广阔的空间，除了学生们经常活动的室外，家庭、社会等各个空间也都可以为学生创作提供广阔空间，也只有在更加广阔的空间里，学生才能获得真实丰富的材料，才能抒发自己的真实情感。故而，走出课堂，经过自己的观察、访问、游览等多种方式接触自己不熟悉的社会生活，才能是课堂的一个有利的补充，才能使学生在上课时有话可说，有文可写，才能服务于我们的课堂教学，使课堂教学的有效性得到更好的发展。

二、课上要把握学生的共性问题加以指导

学生作文最难的一是不知道写什么，二是不知道怎么写。有的学生读了不少书，背了一些写作技法，但写作时无法联系、运用。究其原因，是教师的写作指导不到位。我认为指导的重点应放在教会学生如何审题立意，如何面对任何一道题都能迅速打开思路、选好切题的角度。

高中阶段的作文一般以命题作文为主，课堂教学过程中，很多时候会出现学生的立意不明确、不知道如何分析材料、从何处入手写作的问题，针对这样的学生的共性问题，()我觉得可以在课堂上给予学生综合性的指导，可以从关键语句来分析材料蕴含的主旨，也可以通过因果分析方法或者辩证分析法来解决这样的问题，培养学生透过现象写本质的思维模式，联系生活实际写出自己的独特的风格。这样一来就可以提高课堂的有效性。

课堂上印证观点的例子尽量来自教材及学生自己的习作，做到好懂易学。在具体的课堂操作过程中。教师肯定是要举一部分实例的，在这里我要建议老师们尽量不要采用一些陌生、陈旧的实例，这样不仅学生理解起来有难度，而且也浪费了课堂上的有效时间，最好就是选取一些比较新颖的、学生感兴趣的实例。在备课的时候把相关材料的有效资料准备充分，最好就是选取课本当中的例子，学生能够迅速的明白，也能够对资料进行全新的审视，在写作中能灵活运用这些曾经被搁置的实例。

三、培养学生课堂上的主人公意识和勇于发言的能力

新课改要求我们老师要还课堂给学生，所以激发学生的写作热情才是最关键的环节，我觉得可以通过以下方式来激发我们学生的勇于发言的热情。

1.比较阅读讨论

课堂上抽取两篇学生的佳作，教师就作文的某一个方面或全方位进行对比，然后让学生根据作文提出自己的见解，只要是“言之成理”即可给予鼓励，在讨论的时候强调简明、得体，在讨论中，提倡进行过细的分析并提出修改意见，尤其是分析文章的异同点。

2.自由辩论

针对一篇文章或者是多篇文章的一个方面或者多个方面进行辩论，可以在课堂中将学生分成若干个辩论小组，每个小组经过讨论得出自己的观点，然后跟对手进行辩驳，这样就可以引导学生善于就提供的文章发表不同的意见，发现作文中存在的问题，引以为戒。这种方法，强调的是表达与众不同的意见，它有助于摆脱思维的滞涩和定势，使思维和讨论活跃起来。这样，这个讨论就总是尝试性的，它迫使学生进行反省性的探究，从而获取知识和经验。胡适曾经这样说： “问题是知识学问的老祖宗，古往今来一切知识的产生和积聚，都是因为要解答问题。”可见，发现问题是多么重要。

3.现身说法

课堂上请作文写得好的同学在班里朗诵，并请他将写作的经过、体会介绍给其他同学，再请他自改作文，说出这样改的原因。以此为基础再请其他同学提出修改意见和评价体会。在这种批评与自我批评中体味写作的乐趣。真正找到属于自己的写作方法。

语文教学中的作文教学是每个语文教师都倍感艰难的教学任务，教师应该首先改变自己的教学观念，用先进的教育理念指引自己的教学，以学生为主体开展教学活动，引导学生的课堂主体作用得到最大限度的发挥。鼓励学生在写作课上积极的发言，以学生的实际理解水平为基础进行多层面的鼓励教学，让课堂教学的有效性得到最大的提升。
