1995,我进入了××大学的科学与技术专业，这是被广泛认为是中国最好的工程学校。在接下来的本科学习期间,我的学术记录在整个专业中一直很杰出。我每学期都被授予头等奖,1999,我有幸进入研究生课程的入学考试。在我的研究生学习期间,我的总平均成绩(3.77 / 4)，在所有的学会说呢过中排名前5。在第二个学期,我成为了老师的助手,这个在我们学校只给有才华和成熟的学生。这一年,我获得了宏碁奖学金，作为唯一的候选人，这是杰出学生赋予我的大学的最高荣誉。目前,我正在准备我的毕业论文,并试图获取优秀的毕业论文的荣誉。

大二的时候，凭着自己的经验和学术研究,我加入了人工智能爱好者协会,并开始缩小我的兴趣我的未来研究。随着OpenGL和Matlab的工具的发展,我设计了一个仿真程序的运输调度系统。现在已经有不同的研究小组在学院广泛应用。我承担并完成了南京市污水处理厂的污水分析处理项目。这是我第一次把一个实验室的想法转换成一个商业产品,回想起来,我发现自己站在坚实的基础上,在理论和经验,这为我准备了博士课程提供了很好的便利。我未来的研究方向包括:网络调度问题的启发式算法的研究(特别是在GA和神经网络),供应链网络的研究,混合动力系统的性能分析与Petri网和数据挖掘。

参加房地产销售已经有两年的工作时间，在这段时间里经过自己的磨练，在领导的帮助下，我已成为一名合格的销售人员，能够独立完成销售任务，对房地产销售行业有了比较深的认识，并且仍然在不断努力，使自己的能力更上一层楼。

作为房产销售部中的一员，我深深觉到自己身肩重任。作为企业的门面，企业的窗口，自己的一言一行也同时代表了一个企业的形象。所以更要提高自身的素质，高标准的要求自己。在高素质的基础上更要加强自己的专业知识和专业技能。此外，还要广泛了解整个房地产市场的动态，走在市场的前沿。

房地产市场的起伏动荡，公司于***年与***公司进行合资，共同完成销售工作。在这段时间，我积极配合***公司的员工，以销售为目的，在公司领导的指导下，完成经营价格的制定，在春节前策划完成了广告宣传，为**月份的销售高潮奠定了基础。最后以**个月完成合同额**万元的好成绩而告终。经过这次企业的洗礼，同志从中得到了不少专业知识，使自己各方面都所有提高。
