一般煮汤圆都是把汤圆下进烧开的水里，然后等它熟透了，浮在水面上就可以了。油炸汤圆呢是这样做的，在平底锅里多放点油，等油烧至五成热的时候，把汤圆一个一个放在锅里，再等油烧至89成热的时候开始翻炒汤圆，而且要不停地翻炒。大概一到两分钟后就听到“啪”的一声，母亲和我都吓了一跳，仔细一看，原来是汤圆的表面受热裂开了，后面又不断听到“啪”“啪”的声音。“是不是快熟了?”母亲问我，我看看锅里的汤圆，又看了看母亲，把头摇得像拨浪鼓似的，“Idontknow。”(我不知道)这时锅里的汤圆已变成金黄色了，突然又听到“呲”的一声，咦，汤圆里有什么东西漏出来了，在油锅里开了花，“母亲，那是什么呀?”“哎呀，不好不好，汤圆里的芝麻陷都漏出来了，快关电源，快关电源!”一阵手忙脚乱后，汤圆出锅了，嗯，闻着还挺香的，可就是模样有点怪异，母亲笑称它为“斑点狗”汤圆。

在这个充满欢声笑语的元宵节里，我们品尝了另类的汤圆，不管怎么样，最后还是祝大家在新的一年里学习进步!幸福快乐!

一年一度的元宵节，又称上元节，是春节后的又一个传统节日。

元宵节始于两千多年前的西汉。元宵节灯笼始于东汉和明朝皇帝。明帝倡导佛教。据说佛教僧侣在第一个月的第一个月的第十五天观察佛像并点燃灯来拜佛。那天晚上，他们命令皇宫和寺庙里的灯要点亮，以此来拜佛，让贵族和老百姓都要挂灯。后来，这个佛教仪式节日逐渐成为一个盛大的民间节日。就节日的长度而言，汉朝只有一天，唐朝有三天，宋朝有五天。在明朝，灯在每月的第八天点亮，直到第一个月的第十七天晚上，灯才熄灭，持续十天。

时间在流逝，但是许多元宵节的民俗仍然非常流行。例如，舞龙、舞狮、划船、踩高跷、秧歌、猜灯谜、烟火和其他活动为元宵节增添了光彩。

除了这些活动，元宵节还有包装元宵的习俗。今天，我很幸运能和父母一起去奶奶家。我碰巧遇见奶奶在包元宵。我向奶奶学习。奶奶先用开水混合糯米粉，然后不断用力摩擦面粉，面粉像橡皮泥一样坚韧。然后她把面粉揉成宝塔的形状，从宝塔的顶部拉出面团，揉成一个圆球，然后在中间挖一个洞。两只手合作把洞擦得越来越大。将准备好的豆酱馅放入孔中，用拇指和食指慢慢揉捏，然后密封孔，最后，将完成的元宵放在她手中，用双手轻轻地将元宵揉圆，这样就做了一个元宵。看到祖母包元宵，我的手不禁发痒，卷起袖子。尽管我包的饺子很小，大小不一，形状怪异，但还是受到了祖母的称赞。

一年一度的元宵节到了，我怀着愉快的情绪来到奶奶家。

奶奶早已给我和姐姐准备好的灯笼，我的是一只笑眯眯的小猪，它的样貌十分可爱，还带着一个小肚兜。姐姐的是一只小蜻蜓，它的翅膀像真的一样，能够来回扇动。晚饭前，奶奶让我和姐姐用灯笼照一下粮仓和墙角等地方，奶奶说这样照过了的地方一年四季就不会生虫了。

晚饭过后，我们又到屋外放烟花，爸爸抱出一个很大的烟花，放在院子中间，一点火，噼里啪啦，只见火光冲天，烟花变成了一个个金黄色的小圆球，飞向四面八方，真漂亮，我和姐姐激动的又蹦又跳。

今年的正月十五我过得真快乐呀!

“活动现在开始。”老师发出指令，同学们倾巢而出。走廊里挤满了熙熙攘攘的人群。挂在铁丝上的花灯一个接一个。有的画有鲤鱼，有的贴着“福”字，有的写上了“恭贺新喜”的字样。五颜六色的花灯看得我们眼花缭乱。

开始猜灯谜了，同学们一个个蹲在走廊里，眼睛盯着谜语冥思苦想，一张张写着谜语的纸条像彩旗似的，飘忽不定，似乎是在耍我们。我一眼就看到了“半耕半读。(打一字)”的谜面，我思索起来，半耕：耕的左半部分，半读：“卖”，合起来，我“扑哧”笑了起来，这是什么字。再试试看，半耕：“井”，半读：言字旁，合起来，是“讲”，对，就是“讲”，我记下了答案。

再挤入人群时，原来的那些谜语纸，已经被撕走了一些了。我接着猜，忽然，“百无一是。(打一字)”映入了我的眼帘。百无一是，是九十九，可九十九是三个字，不是一个字啊，这可怎么办呢?我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁—团团转。白，对了，太棒了!赶紧记下，去老师那儿排队交答案，但天有不测风云，这两个都被别人撕掉了，我懊悔不已，哎，再去猜吧。

“扰。(打一成语)”刚刚是半耕半读—讲，现在，我也拆字。但是，半什么呢?半拉半好像没有这个成语，再想想，半推半—就，再看“就”的右边，是“尤”，我猜出来啦!我在心里叫道。这次，我直接去了老师那儿“报功”，对喽，这是我第一次撕下谜语纸，真兴奋。继续。

这时，好多谜语纸都已被撕去了，我们班的前面已经所剩无几了。我一跑回教室前，就看见了“禾薪入门。(打一水浒人物)”一谜，这下可难住了我。还

元宵猜灯谜，不仅让我们收获了快乐，更重要的是让我们开动了脑筋，活跃了思维。

吃汤圆，闹元宵喽!时间过得飞快，又到了我国的传统节日——元宵节啦。不过，别的地方都是正月十五过元宵节，而我们临海却是正月十四就过元宵节了。

元宵节晚上，灵湖边有焰火表演，当晚我们赶紧吃完糟羹，和姑姑、奶奶还有哥哥，急急忙忙地出发了。

一路上车水马龙，我们好不容易才来到了灵湖。虽然表演还没开始，可这里早已人山人海，四面八方的人们朝灵湖涌来，把这里挤得水泄不通。我们在人群中挤来挤去，好不容易才挤到姑姑家，趴在窗口静静地等待着表演开始。

突然，天空飞起了无数盏孔明灯，像满天的繁星，璀璨夺目。几声炮响过后，一张张笑脸出现在天空，两只大大的眼睛，一张弯弯的嘴，就像一张婴儿的脸，对着我们笑，真是可爱!紧接着又有几枚焰火在天空噼噼啪啪炸开，火花散落，像一道金色的瀑布从天空泄落下来。湖面上又喷出十几个焰火，左右摇摆，就像天鹅一样向前“游来”，几十个焰火同时发射，把黑夜照得如同白昼。一朵朵礼花不断在天空绽放，有的像一块碧绿的翡翠，晶莹剔透;有的像粉红的桃花，娇艳欲滴;有的像嫩黄的柳絮，四处飘散。天空被打扮得五彩缤纷，真是“火树银花不夜天”，漂亮极了。

焰火表演结束了，可我们仍意犹未尽，久久不愿离开。

闹元宵赏花灯是我们中国人的传统习惯。快乐的元宵节转眼就到了，大街上张灯结彩，一片喜气洋洋。

晚餐过后，我和爸爸、妈妈开开心心一起开车去顺峰山公园看花灯。我们来到顺峰山公园大门前，欢迎我们的是一座栩栩如生的“凤凰”。“凤凰”的两旁还有两朵花，两朵花里还有金色大字，左边的是万事胜意，另外一边是如意吉祥。“凤凰”还一时闪蓝光，一时闪红光，一时又变色，色彩缤纷，变幻无穷，充满节日喜庆气氛。我们开车进去，发现车多得可以摆一个迷宫都行了，想找一个车位停都有点困难。我看见顺峰山公园不但停车位是快停满了，就是公园里人数也多得惊人，人山人海。我发现游人中有的是我们学校的同学，有的是从千里迢迢赶过来的外地游客，还有的是附近的居民来到这里跳舞健身。大部分的人都是来看元宵花灯的，只有少部分是坚持锻炼的居民。

广场前面就是花灯展示区，五彩缤纷的花灯在夜色中闪耀着迷人的光彩。这次花灯不仅环保，而且五光十色，光彩夺目。我们发现今年的花灯响应了环保低碳，全部是用废物利用精心制作的。就拿“一帆风顺”来说吧，用了废报纸和旧绳子拼出一艘帆船，比喻今年顺顺利利，得到了人们的喜爱，所以得到了银奖。我最喜欢的花灯还是“蛇年平安”的花灯。它是一个苹果形状的网状灯笼，中间有一条蛇突出一个舌头，造型特别可爱。那个灯笼用的材料是竹子等环保材料，做得那么精美别致，创意无限。长大以后我一定要像做“蛇年平安”花灯的人一样，学会环保，用无限的想象力做一些环保的小制作，支持环境保护，做一个有道德有创意的文明人。

spring，the beauty of your summer，fulfillment of your fall. Don’t let the pain of

one season destroy the joy of all the rest.

It is said that Chengdu is a city which if you come you cant leave.It has

a long history.there stands Du Fus thatched cottage ,The Temple of Zhugeliang

and some other place of historical interest.They are all so famous that many

foreign tourists like to come here.Chengdu also has a comfortable weather for

people who live in there.Even though in the winter it is still warmer than any

other cities in China.Besides,as Chengdu people are fond of eating,they have

created many delicious food such as hot pan,Three Big guns,and some others.

总是很羡慕电视机里军人们站如松、坐如钟的飒爽英姿，以及那“流血流汗不流泪”的坚毅精神，想着自己是不是也能这样坚持呢？这不，机会终于来了。

一大早，我们学校七年级新生都换上了军训时穿的迷彩服，远远望去，就如同一幅巨大的油画。我当然也在其中，虽然表面看来，我十分淡定，但是只有我自己知道内心是如此的汹涌澎湃。我好像看到了一只独木船正在海面静静地向前航行，忽然，刮起了大风，巨大的海浪一个接着一个，如同成群的野兽，向独木船奔去。

想起哥哥说过的话，“你要小心点，我们军训的时候，教官十分严厉，动作稍微做得不到位，就要被罚！”想得正出神，老师便来带我们下楼参加典礼。我可以明显感觉到我的心脏里住着一头小鹿，它胡乱地撞着我的胸口，就差要跳出来了！

带领我们的是一位浓眉大眼的教官，眉宇间夹着一个深深的“川”字。他一脸严肃，在训练的时候，我没看到他脸上有过一丝笑容，眼睛睁得大大的，好似两个铜铃，怪可怕的。教官一本正经的模样使我胆怯起来，同时打起了十二万分的精神。

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅！

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊！

一天的训练就在这热烈的气氛中结束了，每个人的脸上虽然都显得有些疲倦，但从一双双明亮的眼睛中，分明可以看出那巨大的成就感——那种无法言语的感觉！
