十九年的囚犯生活，陪在他身边的，始终可是是铁链、苦刑与四面砖墙。他受尽屈辱，决定报复社会。他嘲笑招待他的主教，偷走银器，换来的却是一句：“你们抓错人了，银器是我送给他的”。冉阿让从此改过自新，换了一个新身份——马德兰市长。无论到天涯海角，有着怎样的境遇，他都一向坚持做一个像主教一样心中有爱的人。因为，那是他第一次感受到爱的温暖。冉阿让从被歧视到被尊重，再到逃亡，他有一个悲惨而忐忑的人生，但他永远忘不了主教慈祥的面容。

最近，由于受到音乐剧《悲惨世界》中栩栩如生的人物刻画的影响，我决定阅读一下原著。于是我翻开了书本

主角冉阿让是个位于社会底层的人，别说可以腰缠万贯，就连温饱也难以满足。他由于弟弟饥饿不堪，偷了一块面包而坐牢。出狱后，他非常仇视社会。但当主教卞福舒告诉他不该气馁，并慷慨地招待他时。冉阿让决定做个好人，于是他改头换面，弃保潜逃。经过十几年的打拼，最终成为了市长。他不仅帮助下岗人员回复就职，还帮助了穷困潦倒的妇女方婷抚养孩子珂赛特。珂赛特也长大了，她与革命主义者马吕斯结为夫妻，这唤起了冉阿让参加革命的决心，最后他们得以胜利，人民也获得了温饱的生活。

看完了这本书后我感慨万千一个在高尚之人的眼里看来也许丧尽天良的冉阿让却是一个乐于助人的人物。但在我心里他确实很高尚。他为了温饱才去偷食物，所以他也只是一个被逼得丧失理智的底层人物；他为了成为一个好人才弃保潜逃，说明他不愿就这样堕落下去。冉阿让是个好人，但他的好微不足道，就像蜜蜂为了人类采蜜一样。

而书中还有一个个性鲜明的角色旅店老板德纳第。他是个很虚伪的人，外表很善良，内心却非常丑恶：他不仅在妇女方婷不知情的情况下和妻子一起虐待珂赛特。他和冉阿让善良的内心相反。如果说冉阿让代表着人性的阳光面，那么德纳第就代表着人性的阴暗面。

德纳第和冉阿让的不同告诉了我们，在别人眼中高尚的人也许并不善良，只有像冉阿让那样内心善良纯洁的人才称得上高尚。

作者通过冉阿让还告诉了我们：仇视社会是没用的，只有靠爱和改革才能使人人公平。

我发现，这本书也告诉了我我们身边有很多的人在默默的付出，就像冉阿让一样。

读完《悲惨世界》，我已泪流满面。

我实在是被主人公冉·阿让的那份善良给打动了。在阅读时，我的目光聚焦到了这一个情节上：冉·阿让是一个因为偷了一块面包被关押了19年做劳役犯的一个人。主角冉·阿让在做市长的时候，救了一位仇视他的老人的命，还给了他一些钱，给他找了份稳定的好工作。虽然他这个举动使一个一直在抓他的警察，发现了他的真实身份。当他的真正劳役犯的身份暴露时，他当时长的时会整个城市做了那么多贡献，人们就全都忘了，就记得他是个犯人，可见人们的狼心狗肺。

多少年后，冉·阿让被那个警察追到一个死胡同里，许多警察都来搜查这个胡同，他现在已经没有退路了。不管躲到哪儿，警察迟早会发现他。

这时他翻越了一堵墙。墙内是一个修女院，院子中唯一的男人就是那样那个老人。那个老人认出他来了。老人帮助了他，而且一直尊敬他，一直认为他是一个好市长。从此以后然而让就成功的在这个修女院里面的隐藏，与世隔绝，不被警察追捕。

这证明了什么?这证明了好人有好报。你帮别人别人就会帮你。其实你帮他的时候并不是为了以后他来帮你，但你可以让一个人活的更好，让你在他的心目中更加伟大。只要这样，某一天，你再遇到他，他绝对会感激你。除非他是一个真的坏人。如果是坏人就尽量不要帮他了。

这个故事情节真是催人泪下。给人无尽的感慨。虽然这只是一个细节性的东西，在整个故事当中也并没有多大的用处，但是它衬托了冉·阿让善良的心灵。让我们相信好人有好报。

像冉·阿让这样的好人，估计是不会相信好人有好报的。他干了多少好事啊!但是他怎么还是最后被人当做一个苦役犯呢?命运不断地折磨他，说不定他早已失去信念。但是并没有，他是好人，是好人，命运就不会对他特别不公。一件事的结局一定是好的，如果现在不好，就说明这件事还没有结束。不能失去信念，一定要相信好人有好报，去做一个好人。

好人有好报是真的，但千万不要为了回报而去帮助别人。让别人来报答自己只是一个推动你做好事的理由，但是并不能成为根本的原因。做好事要不图回报，是否回报是别人的事，但只要他回报，就证明了你做的好事有价值。只要能让帮助的人更加快乐，就证明了你的行为有价值。

冉·阿让造福了那么多人，但是大部分人都没有因为他的大恩大德而感激他，但是他使这整个的城市富强起来，这就是好人有好报。别人过得更好就是对你的回报。

当合上《悲惨世界》这本书时，心中一种难以言明的感动油然而生，我感觉我的心灵受到了一次洗礼。这本书让我受到了很大的震撼!冉阿让从一个阶下囚变成一个善良，受人爱戴的市长，这是一段多么辛酸的过程然而这部闻名世界的名着却将荒芜惨淡世界中人性种种改变尽收眼底然，我不禁对雨果这位浪漫主义作家心生敬意!

这本书的主角——冉阿让，童年时没有上过学。成年之后，他成为了一个纯朴，热心的园艺工人，帮着他的穷苦姐姐抚养着7个可怜的孩子，过着清贫的生活。一年冬天，冉阿让找不到活儿干了。家里饥寒交迫，一点面包渣儿都没有，于是冉阿让便在一个面包店里偷走了一个面包，后来被人抓住，被判处五年苦役!这是何等凄惨的时刻：社会逐斥并无可挽回的抛弃一个有思想的生灵!冉阿让在监狱里备受凄苦，终于，不堪忍受越狱之苦的他，试过四次逃跑，却因此刑期被加到了19年刑。年复一年这颗心灵逐渐干涸，缓慢的，却是不可避免得，新灵感和，眼睛也干涸。直到出狱，十九年他没有流一滴眼泪。到了出狱的时候，冉阿让耳边听到这样一句奇特的话：“你自由了”但是，一张黄纸通行证，究竟通向什么自由。冉阿让虽然释放了，但却因背负罪名，找不到住处。

冉阿让变得仇视法律，他开始放弃了这个社会。就在冉阿绝望的时候，卞福汝主教伸出了援助之手，当晚他在主教家里留宿，然而当主教熟睡的时候，冉阿让竟然想要杀了他，为的是偷走他家的银器，后来主教宽恕了他，将他放走了。卞卡福主教一点点的感化了冉阿让，使冉安让开始弃恶从善，开始了新的生活

这不得不让我感叹人性的黑暗，社会的虚伪，人们尔虞我诈的阴险，也让我为冉阿让这类平凡而普通的人民，为反抗社会的不公而做出的伟大贡献，他们是可爱的。故事是悲惨的，但是他向我们揭示的种种真实，是这部恢宏庞大又细腻入微的巨着精彩之处，也是让我为之鼓舞的地方

冉阿让曾经是一个心中没有爱的逃亡者，但是他却被教主的博爱一点一滴的感化着，让冉阿让弃恶投善，对与他毫无血缘关系的人给予无微不至的爱，也许这就是人性的魅力。但是，这个社会的丑陋与压迫，使冉阿让一再落入法律的魔爪之中，所幸他的心已是圣人的心，像那个主教一样。懂得爱，懂得宽恕!他放走了一直追捕他的侦察员沙威，他原谅一切，他是那样的温和、有大爱。谁能想象他曾经是一个残暴的苦役犯?

整部小说在于怎样揭露这种社会压迫如何把人间变成地狱，也让我深切地体会到社会最底层穷苦人的生活，看到人性的善恶，并且时而为之感动。这不得不再一次的让我感叹巨匠雨果的文笔!光明磊落，宽厚善良的人，无论在哪里都会受到人们的尊重。但是，阴险狡诈，自私自利的小人会永远遭到人类的唾弃。书中有许多角色也真是这个社会的缩影，比如店主德纳第，为了钱财不惜一切进行诈骗，一时声称自己是演员，一时又说是画家，但再高明的欺诈手段高，也掩盖不了自己丑陋的内心。在生活中也有着类似的事情：比如为了提高自己的成绩排名，而不惜考试舞弊，但这种行为纵使欺骗了老师，同学，但却永远也欺骗不了自己，欺骗不了自己的真才实学!任何刻意的伪装都将被识破，虚伪不可能永久。

This year’s observance of World No Tobacco Day focuses on “Gender and tobacco, with an emphasis on marketing to women”.

Although fewer than 1 out of 10 women are smokers, that still adds up to an estimated 200 million women around the world. Moreover, that number could grow, since the tobacco industry is spending heavily on advertisements that target women and associate tobacco use with beauty and liberation.

According to a recent study by the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of girls and boys who smoked was about equal in half the 151 countries surveyed. This finding is even more worrisome since young people who smoke are likely to continue in adulthood.

Evidence indicates that the prevalence rate of tobacco use among women is on the rise in some countries. Governments everywhere must take action to protect women from tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship, as stipulated in the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.

The Convention also calls on Governments to protect women from second-hand tobacco smoke — especially in countries where women feel powerless to protect themselves and their children. As WHO data show, of the 430,000 adults who die each year from second-hand smoke, nearly two thirds are women.

Around the world, more than 1.5 million women die each year from tobacco use. Most of these deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries. Without concerted action, that number could rise to 2.5 million women by the year 2030.

We must turn back the global tobacco epidemic. On World No Tobacco Day, I urge all Governments to address this public health threat. Tobacco use is not stylish or empowering. It is ugly and deadly.
