通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. though my daily life is extremely monotonous, i try hard to adapt myself to it. why? because i intend to be a good student. i wish to render service to my country.

i get up at six o’clock every day. after i wash my face and brush my teeth, i begin to review my lessons. i go to school at seven o’clock.

after school is over, i return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then i begin to do my homework. i want to finish it before i go to bed.

My plans in the future When I chose to study further, it is because I want to avoid the job pressure, now three years will pass, I come to my cross road again, at this time, I must make my choice, I can’t avoid the pressure anymore. I have already made my future plan, it has two parts.

One part of my future plan is that I want to be a teacher. This is my career plan, being a teacher is always my dream, I can pass my knowledge to students, I like to talk to them, I want to lead them to the successful road. So now I must pay attention to the recruit message, I should seize every chance to be a teacher.

我将来计划的其中一部分就是我想要成为一名教师。这是我的职业计划，成为一名教师一直以来都是我的梦想，我能把我的知识传递给我的学生，我喜欢和他们聊天，我想要把他们引导到成功的路上。所以现在我必须要关注招聘信息，应该抓住每一个成为教师的机遇。

The other part of my future plan is that I want to travel around the world. Being a teacher can make me have many vacations, so I can make used of these vacations and to carry out my travel plan. I have heard about many interesting foreign things, so I want to go out and have a look at the world.

我将来计划的另一部分就是我想要环游世界。成为一位教师能让我有多点假期，这样我就可以充分利用这些假期来实现我的旅游计划。我已经听说了很多国外有趣的东西，我想要走出去看一看这个世界。

My future plans are so perfect for me, it needs me to hard work to make it come true. 我将来的计划对于我来说是如此的完美，这需要我努力工作来实现。
