I had a joyful summer vacation. During the holidays, I traveled with my

Wall. The weather was very hot, but we were exciting. I like Beijing very much.

It was sunny and very hot today。 I got up early and helped my parents cook

今天是开始军训的第三天。早上我们有四节课的军训，教官先让我们立正，虽然我们站在阴凉处训练，但是炎热依旧没有散去的迹象。

平时站立姿势不是特别正确的我立正时感到有些吃力，汗水不断地顺着我的脸颊和脖子流下来，像一条条虫子一样，在不停地爬，真的是好痒。但是我知道这时候千万不可以动，即使再不舒服也不能。因为我知道，现在如果用手抹一把汗就失去了军训的意义，一直所保持的毅力也会随之失去。

我忍住了，顿时有一种战胜自我的快感。又过去了一会儿，教官宣布休息，我们都向自己的杯子奔去，我也不例外。我拿起水杯喝了一口水，发现那水格外的甜，而这种体会在暑假里是从没有感受过的。

接下来，我们又练习了跨立、下蹲与坐下，这些动作都是我们以前没有接触过的，练习的时间长了，我的脚都已经麻了。虽然在身体上说感觉军训很累，但是在精神上是很充实的。

晚上，我们在篮球场上进行拔河比赛与观看月全食活动。军训真的很有意思，它让我的生活变得姿多彩，成为我生活中一道亮丽的风景线。

On the other hand, catching up with the times, Fudan is modern and smart. You see, the many age-old buildings here are actually great libraries and labs. Scientific and technological developrnent is easily smelt in the air,because she never lags behind the world.

Fabulously, such a historical and scientific school is far more than an operational mechanism. Her everlasting youth and vigor beam through every corner of the campus and the young in school vivify every piece of concrete and wood here. 今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION 我如何度过暑假

A funny thing happened during the summer vacation.
