3、解毒：如果是吃了变质的鱼、虾、蟹等引起的食物中毒，可取食醋100毫升，加水200毫升，稀释后一次服下。此外，还可采用紫苏30克、生甘草10克一次煎服。若是误食了变质的饮料或防腐剂，最好的急救方法是用鲜牛奶或其他含蛋白质的饮料灌服。
