以前我的故乡——沙县，是一个很美丽的地方，一起来就可以听到叽叽喳喳的鸟叫声，闻到芬芳扑鼻的清香空气，仿佛对我们说：“清早起来在这种环境下运动可以强身健体。”如果你很早起来的话也可以看到鲜花盛开、万紫千红。可是现在的沙县由于人们乱仍垃圾、排放毒气等给我们的环境造成了非常严重的破坏。

随着生活水平的提高，家家户户有的购买了小汽车，有的购买了摩托车，车辆排放出大量废气就是严重的环境污染源，还有的化工厂连夜排放出有毒气体污染大气，对我们的环境破坏得非常严重。人们乱扔垃圾也破坏了大自然的环境，破坏了沙县的整洁、美丽。
