I have been a year old again. I grew up, increased weight, increased a lot of knowledge, and should be more knowledge-based.

Ah, new year old man, thank you for this joy. In this year, I will certainly make you happy. Believe me! Come on for me!

转眼间，一个学期结束了，漫长的寒假即将开始。为了使本人能够度过一个充实而有意义的寒假，早日成为父母眼中的乘龙之才、社会的可造之才，特对自己的寒假生活作如下计划

1.坚持早睡早起。每晚xx分准时熄灯上床，早上xx前起床、叠被、洗漱，并且力争全部耗时控制在5分钟以内，决不因为回到家里而改变在学校长期养成的良好作息习惯。

2.继承中华民族尊老爱幼的传统美德。在家里，多陪爸爸看体育比赛xx，多陪妈妈买菜逛街看电视剧。对待长辈要保持谦虚尊敬的态度，对待小朋友要让其感受到春天般的温暖。过年的时候主动给长辈们打电话或登门拜年。做到老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼。

3.以辛勤劳动为荣，以好逸恶劳为耻。主动帮父母做家务，保持卧室、书房、客厅的清洁卫生，饭后主动洗碗刷筷，保证油垢餐具不过夜。自己的衣物自己洗，且本着节约电能资源及洗衣粉等物资的原则尽量手洗拧干。

4.崇尚科学，坚持每天补充知识养料。每天坚持学习两个小时左右，假期初制定好学习计划，保证学习的科学性、效率性。力争利用这个假期学会一到两门小技能(例如网页制作等)，以备将来工作之需。有句话说：“活到老，学到老。”在年轻的时候，趁学习能力强，就更应该抓紧一切时间，努力学习，提高自己的知识储备量，为将来实现人生的厚积薄发而做好充分的准备。

5.娱乐休闲要适度，不可玩物丧志。每天上网看电视等时间累计不应超过四小时。出去和朋友们聚会时要注意时间、场所，避免去一些盈利性较强的娱乐场所，要时刻以一名合格大学生的标准严格要求自己。

6.计划在本次假期出行一次。读万卷书行万里路，多出去走走，才能多长见识。同时也要注意保证旅途安全，尽量避免春运的高峰期。且旅行时间不宜过长，以免影响下学期正常开学。

暑假里，我和爸爸妈妈一起去参观上海科技馆。 In the summer vacation, I went to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum with my parents.

科技馆座落于上海浦东，地铁载着我一颗兴致勃勃的心一路把我送往上海科技馆站。刚一出地铁站口，一座宏伟壮观的扇形大楼就把我的视线吸引了过去，这座大楼的中心是一个玻璃大球体，球的两旁向外伸展着两座扇形楼房，像是球上长出了两只大翅膀，大楼的正面都是用玻璃制成的，在阳光的照耀下散放出灿烂的光彩，这就是上海科技馆。

今天参观的人可真多呀!我随着人流来到科技馆生物万象区，刚跨进区内，哇!眼前的美景让我惊呆了：一个绚丽多彩的生物世界展现在我的眼前。我们一边漫步在高山流水下，一边观看着热带雨林植物，耳边还不时传来叽叽喳喳的小鸟歌唱声，使我尽情领悟到丰富多彩的生命现象，让我仿佛进入了原始的自然风光区。

离开了生物万象，去了机器人世界展区，咦!这里哪里传来钢琴曲，我闻声放眼望去，原来是机器人音乐家正在有声有色地尽情为大家演奏，太美妙了!你看，那边的机器人更棒着呢!它正专心致志的跟一位小朋友下棋，看着那位小朋友满脸焦急、大汗淋漓的样子。

我想，他肯定已斗不过机器人了。这里的机器人真多呀!不过，最引人注目的还是机器人剧场，它们个个都穿着漂亮的衣裙，头上带着时尚的帽子，手上还撑着一把小花伞，正随着音乐翩翩起舞，远远望去真像一群俊俏的小姑娘。穿过机器人世界，我们又去参观了信息时代、探索之光，宇宙天地……

这次参观不但让我愉快地过上了一天，更让我开阔了眼界，了解到我们身边存在的各种科学奥秘，使我懂得了我们每个人都应该爱科学、学科学、用科学。让科学为我们作出更大的贡献。

Summer holiday plan

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shoppingparadise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me . I will also eatthe delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comesfirst. So I will finish my homework first. After that I will go out play withmy friends. And then I will take a good rest to prepare for my coming back toschool.

暑假计划

暑假即将来临。多么的兴奋啊!我已经为我的暑假制定了计划。首先，我会去香港拜访我的婶婶。之后我会和她呆一段时间。因为香港是购物天堂，当然我会叫我婶婶陪我一起去购物。我还要吃那里美味的食物。然后我就会回家。我知道学习是最重要的。所以回去之后我会先完成我的暑假作业。之后我就会和我的朋友出去玩。再之后我就会好好的休息来为回校做好准备。

长大了，友谊是一块透明的玻璃，照亮着失败落寞的心。打破了，就很难再拼凑起来，只能躲在一个角落默默地哭泣，默默地醒悟……在哪里跌倒的就在哪里靠自己坚强地爬起来，那是我们成长的足迹。
