一、首先要确保购买的食品包装完好无损

(2)不要随意拆卸电源线路、插座、插头等。

(3)不要靠近有高压电的地方，5500V以上的高压电会超过一段距离产生电击。

(4)在学校，不经过老师的许可，不允许私自接触和使用任何电源、电线和电器。

4、夏季到来，天气炎热，严禁野浴，严禁到坑、塘边玩耍。

5、不要让孩子单独外出野游，学生野游要有家长陪同。

6、不定期检查孩子的口袋、书包，如果发现有可能对自己、他人造成危害的玩具(如刀、弹珠枪等)要及时做出处理。

在我们的生活中，存在着各种各样的食物。在提倡绿色食品、健康食品的今天，我想说，还是有一些食品存在的一些安全隐患。

瞧，那些同学围在学校附近的小摊上，在干什么呢?原来，他们在购买一种名为无骨鸡柳的油炸食品。只见一位同学一手拿着个袋子，另一只手也不管干净不干净，时不时地朝袋子里拿东西吃，还吃得津津有味呢!看，这位同学还没轮到，就催促老板：“我的鸡柳好了没有，快一点，我快要走了。”“等等嘛，一个一个来，别着急。”说着，小贩一边拿了个袋子装鸡柳，一边向着同学们要钱，忙得不亦乐乎。

同学们，你们有没有想过，这里的小摊多不卫生啊。有的同学说：“这没什么，好吃就行”。看来你还没有意识到“它”的危险。那么让我跟你说说吧，那里的食品可不卫生呢!第一，摊主他炸无骨鸡柳的油就有问题。听说这油啊，是从别的饭店里的垃圾回收后，加工而成的。其二，这摊主啊，一手拿钱，一手帮你炸东西，你想想，这钱上有多少细菌啊，摊主一手拿钱，一手拿食品。不知你吃下了多少细菌了。你吃了不上医院才怪呢!俗话说，病从口入，想要吃得安全，我们就应该拒绝不卫生的食品，那些狡猾的摊主就无从下手了。有人可能会问，我们怎么叛断食品安不安全呢?这就要看国家的的监察力度了。国家是不会任由那些非法食品逍遥法外的。

那一次，我们一家在看电视，电视上突然出现一段惊人的广告——肯德基里面含有苏丹红。这条新闻可把我当医生的爸爸吓着了。这苏丹红可是致癌物质，严重的影响了人们的健康。听说事情这么严重，我不由得打了个寒颤。想当年，我可是肯德基的老顾客，去时，可是大把消费一场，一个汉堡、两包薯条、两只鸡翅……我真是后悔极了。记得爸爸跟我说过：“这肯德基啊，在国外属于快餐食品，人家都称它为垃圾食品，没什么营养。”现在想起来，我真后悔没听爸爸的话。虽然，现代的人们都注意饮食卫生，都讲究吃的健康，国家也加强了这方面的监管力度。但仍然有部分客商不顾国家政策，不顾消费者权利，非法制造、营销不卫生、不环保、有害人体健康的食品。如牛肉啊，有些摊主就把这牛肉染成红色，虽然看起来十分新鲜、美味。其实是好几天前卖剩的。为的啥?蒙骗无知的消费者。再说那年糕，里面放的可是漂白粉啊，而且不是医用的，对人体有害。当我爸爸去跟卖的人说时，他竟然说：“一点点，没什么。”还有那撒农药的苹果、加防腐剂的膨化食品、被苍蝇“住宿”过的牛肉干、鱼片，这些都侵犯了《消费者权利保护法》。

说到这，你应该明白一些道理了吧。现在，让我们动起手来，让我们从我做起，从小做起，做好对不卫生食品的提防，做一个健康的小市民。

今天，爷爷给我买了几桶“老坛酸菜牛肉面”，平时很难吃到泡面，所以我迫不及待地正要去打开包装开吃！可是，还是被爷爷阻止了，爷爷说：“留给以后吃，现在不要贪吃哦！”我说：“其实我只是想尝尝里面的火腿肠，广告不是说外加火腿肠吗？我可想吃了……”于是，爷爷二话不说，直接给了我二十元，让我去超市买火腿肠去~

来到超市，我看着五花八门的零食，馋极了！我一下子看这个，一下子看那个，终于，我来到了火腿肠的销售地。“买哪种火腿肠好呢？”我心想，我的目光看来看去，选择玉米味的？泡面味的？还是鸡肉味的？记得爷爷曾经说，那些火腿肠都是不健康的，不能贪小便宜，要买就买双汇的！于是我的目光追随到了双汇！“王中王双汇火腿肠？”就这个啦！来到收银柜台，一手刚接到找回来的钱的时候，我像风一般冲到了家里，关上房门，开始享用我的最爱……

我用剪刀剪开了第一根火腿肠，大口大口地吃下去，美味极了~于是我又拆开了第二根，这个味道怪怪的，越吃越不对劲，我看了看生产日期——没过期啊！刚没吃多少，我就反胃了，立马吐了，可是我还是不服气，一定要找出所有“生病”的火腿肠！

第三根、第四根……终于，到了第五根和第九根的时候，我又发现了病例！一根火腿肠外表看起来没事，吃起来味道像是吃了风油精一样，还有一根刚刚剥开来，里面就流出一股水，火腿肠周围全是水，我试吃了一口，味道酸酸的——估计是某种病菌，我漱口漱了很久。为了证明，我立马又买了一包，同样的！

我回想起那家店，是以诚信为德店，商品没有过期啊，或许是因为存放的原因，可是为什么只有那一家有呢？于是，我来到了那家店议论，可是店主否认这是他家的商品，还说这是厂家的问题，他们就是欺负我！我在想，我吃了这么多零食，怎么就每次都是那一家出现问题呢？或许他们进的是便宜货！

我在想，如果，每一种食品都能试吃的话，那该多好，不仅知道食品的质量，还可以试吃呢！如果还有退货期限，24小时内如果发现质量问题并给与证据可以退款那该多好！如果每一个商家都能以诚信为德的话，不销售不合格产品，如果为了利益这样的话，伤害的不仅是别人，也是自己。也希望一些商家不要再去模仿别人的产品了，这样子多没有公德心啊！

要知道，虽然食品都是用来吃的，可是好的食品和坏的食品虽然都是吃，但是是有区别的，如果说为了保护环境而利用地沟油什么的，这样子使别人拉肚子等，这更浪费，严重时还折寿呢！生命和健康是赔不起的！如果黑商去使用自己的产品，尤其是食品，长期下来，对得起自己的良心吗？只希望，不能因为自己的贪心和种种理由去假冒、去偷工减料什么的，这样对的起人民吗？我们每个人都需要食品的安全保障，因为有些东西，是无论如何也赔不起的！

为切实做好学校食品安全宣传活动，进一步提高广大师生的食品安全意识，巨野县教育局根据国家、省、市通知要求，结合该县教育实际，在全县教育系统开展学校食品安全宣传周活动。

提高认识，加强组织领导。各级学校进一步提高对食品安全宣传工作重要性的认识，成立食品安全宣传活动领导小组，制定具体的宣传活动方案，紧紧围绕宣传周主题，按照宣传重点和活动安排，积极组织开展食品安全宣传活动。

我听说过一件事：有一天，一位同学放学后，感到很饿，虽老师今天讲过要不买垃圾食品。可他不放在心上，用五角钱买了冰激凌。在买时，他做了很大的思想斗争，最后，肚子在“咕咕”地叫声中提出了抗议，他买了冰激凌。他边津津有味地品尝着手中的美食，边大步流星地向家走去。可不幸的事最终还是发生了。就在第二天，他就拉肚子，不光自己难受，家长也担忧啊!这就是不听话乱买零食的下场。

现在社会经济发展了，人们的生活水平在不断提高，超市里的商品琳琅满目，让人挑花了眼。 那一天中午，妈妈不再家，我到超市买东西吃。挑了一包“统一”方便面，回到家煮着吃了，觉得味道不错，正准备把方便面的牌子记下来，下次再去买这种方便面的时候，突然肚子就绞痛起来。痛得头昏眼花，实在忍受不住了，我只得给妈妈打了电话，妈妈回来赶紧把我送到医院。医生诊断说，是吃了变质的食品。打了点滴，吃了药，肚子这才好受了些。回到家，拿起方便面的包装袋一看，啊?原来已经过了保质期了。我一方面气愤超市竟然把过期的食品摆在货架上，一方面后悔自己为什么买东西的时候不先看看生产日期呢。 在学校开展的“关注食品安全，共创健康美好生活”主题活动中，我了解到更多的事例： 广州出现大头婴儿是因为长期食用劣质奶粉才发病的。奶粉包装精美，上面标明“强化铁、锌、钙及维生素ad，添加免疫球蛋白、DNA，容易被宝宝消化及吸收，0至10个月婴儿适用”。调查结果显示，各方面都达不到要求。 “旭明”牌龙口粉丝，在包装纸上赫然写明了“无公害农产品”的字样，配料说明上也注明了豌豆、淀粉的成分。谁知道却是用农用碳酸氢铵化肥提取下脚料淀粉，添加增白剂的手法做出来的。 记者暗访“凤爪”生产作坊，刚走进大门，一排油光滑亮的鸡鸭凤翅呈现在眼前，只见作坊里面却乌黑不堪，污水横流，潮湿的空气中，散发着异味。

众多的事例让我认识到，食品安全真的很重要。如果我那天吃的不是变质食品，而是有毒食品，不知道会有什么样的结果啊。

人的一生，最宝贵的是生命，但是生命随时随地都有可能失去。安全谁都明白，谁都不想受伤，但在生活当中，有许多人却不注意，为了一时的省劲或者一个不经意的举动，而毁了自我的健康。

每当看到路上川流不息的车流，我不禁想起小时候刻在我脑海里的一件事情。5岁那年，我正在读大班，还不懂事。在一个阳光明媚的早晨，我穿着漂亮的新衣服，高高兴兴的背着书包去上学，爸爸担心我的安全，尾随其后，我蹦蹦跳跳地走在前面。我看见马路上那些横冲直撞的“大个子”，心里好生佩服，心不由己的闪出了一个念头，决心跟这些“大个子”比个高低，不假思索就朝马路中间跑去。

每天放学后，我们校门口，都有很多的小摊贩。很多同学喜欢放学后去买五毛钱一袋的辣条，价格便宜、味道好，放进嘴里，香气四溢，令人回味无穷。可是你仔细看看，就会发现，这些辣条无生产日期、无质量合格证以及无生产厂家，属于来路不明的三无产品。当然这样的三无食品还有很多，一般集中在学校周围，比如一些不合格膨化食品、烤鱼片、牛肉干、腌制和油炸的食品、果冻、含糖精的饮料、巧克力、方便面、罐头、泡泡糖等，这些东西成本低、包装粗劣、质量和卫生指标无法保证，对我们的身体成长非常有害。
