食品的安全具有四大性：安全性、有效性、营养性和健康性。

安全性市产品属性的最低要求，食品生产、经营与消费的前提是：食品如果跌破安全底线，就会丧失食品成为食品的基本属性。比如三鹿婴幼儿奶粉，因为里面的三聚氰胺超标，导致许多婴幼儿吃后变成了大头娃娃。

有限性是指所有的食品都有一个有效的期限，在这个有效的期限内食用，我们就不会出事，如果超出了这个有效的期限食用的话，就会出现许多的不良症状，列入肚子疼、中毒、呕吐的症状。比如有些人吃了过期的食品，发生了中毒，经医生鉴定是吃了过期的饼干而导致的。

营养性是指食品内含的营养。营养对我们来说，是不可缺少的一部分，一旦失去营养，我们的生命将会完结。如果你长期吃有营养的东西，你的生命将获得越来越长，比如迈克杰克逊，因为长期吃垃圾食品麻辣食品而导致了癌症，最后失去了生命。

健康性是指食品是否是安全的，是否能直接吃。在我们的生活中，家里有些自己种的菜，有些人洗都不洗就直接吃了，这样会中毒的，因为才加了肥料。

食品，他虽然使我们生活中不可缺少的，但也要安全的去吃，因为它也是风款的。

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

Wouldnt you agree that our Chinese traditional music is beautiful and

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

around the world?

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

看着手中的“美味”零食，不知为什么，我一下子没了食欲。耳边又响起妈妈忧心忡忡地抱怨：“现在吃什么好?蔬菜怕药素，荤菜怕激素，饮料又怕色素!”是啊，到底吃什么好呢?现在人们的生活渐渐富裕起来，但食品安全的问题又如同挥之不去的梦魇，纠缠着人们。牛肉注水，猪肉加瘦肉精，蔬菜残留着农药，火腿喷敌敌畏，泡菜用工业盐，高价白酒里掺水等问题接踵而至。我不禁想问：现在这个社会，到底还有什么食品值得我们相信?

走进小商店，一个个同学拿着五毛钱一大袋的麻辣条，他们津津有味地咀嚼着。他们似乎认为，这种麻辣条味道好，价格也便宜，吃起来很放心。可是同学们，如果你们留心观察，便会发现这所谓的麻辣条就是一些无厂家，无合格证，无生产日期的三无食品，它们是在那些鼠患成灾，并且臭气熏天的旮旯里由人工生产出来的，根本不符合卫生条件，但却倍受小学生的“喜爱”。这些厂家，他们生产的食品主要是为了给我们小孩吃，他们昧着良心做事，却从来不吃自己生产的食品。他们的行为让我愤慨!我们是什么?我们是二十一世纪的雏鹰，祖国未来的接班人。我们的生命是一朵朵含苞欲放的花儿，只有健康才是我们生命唯一的选择，绝不能让危害健康的食品在我们身边留有一席之地!所以，我们小学生应该从小养成好习惯，自觉远离垃圾食品，主动揭发不良商家，和他们做顽强的斗争。

迈进菜市场，大人们在想什么?又是在想：猪肉有没有加瘦肉精?蔬菜有没有喷农药?水果有没有打色素?其中对人危害最大无疑是瘦肉精：瘦肉精是一种动物用药，能促进瘦肉生长。它是一种廉价药品，有很危险的副作用——轻则导致心律不整，重则会导致心脏病!卖猪肉的商家，请你们扪心自问：这样做到底违背良心了吗?仅仅是为了利益，就拿人的身体健康去做买卖!那肮脏的巨款，是多少人的健康换来的?!如果你们还不肯善罢甘休，停止这罪恶的交易，你们活在世上，我真为你们感到可悲!感到痛心!

跨进小吃店，人人都会看到墙壁上挂满各种各样的证件。可是，这些证件上竟然都污渍斑斑，数张圆桌上，用手一抹，还有粘人的油渍。一次性卫生筷、面巾纸，都横七竖八的散落在地下。厨房里杂乱堆积着的用过的一次性碗筷，都被浸泡在一桶泛着泡沫的污水中。厨师煮好面，索性从桶里随手捡起一个碗，盛满面，端给顾客。顾客没有质疑：碗是否冲洗干净，是否消过毒，是否眼前的碗是前一个得肝炎的人留下的······小吃调料以味精，辣酱居多。若长时间食用味精，很容易导致视力减弱，降低抵抗力。而辣椒里面的苏丹红就更为可怕了，使用过度则会致癌。

再来说说大小饭店常用到的地沟油，地沟油是一种伪劣的油，长期食用还可能导致癌症。相信大家经常会看到这样一幅画面：一个农民模样的人骑着一辆三轮车慢悠悠地前进，车上的液体淋漓不尽地往下滴，还不时发出一股股恶臭味，让人掩鼻避之。车上放着几个装满潲水的大桶，揭开桶盖一看，臭气逼人的液体上漂浮着褐色的东西，而这些则是刚刚从各个餐馆收集来的残羹剩饭。它们将会被运到某些条件简陋的加工厂里和食用油进行勾兑，形成总所周知的“地沟油”。并且常常会有饭馆，酒店前来收购这些地沟油，然后地沟油也就顺理成章地被摆到桌上，成为我们的口中之物。2011年9月12日公安机关历经4个月，终于成功破获一起特大利用“地沟油”伪造食用油的案件，共查获地沟油100多吨。但是，还有多少隐蔽的“地沟油”还在蔓延，还在危害着大家的身体健康呢?

发生了以上系列事件，我不禁疑惑，为什么一个个厂家都会在利益面前屈服，为了利益而行尸走肉?食品安全的问题仅靠相关人员解决是绝对不够的，必须动员全社会，积极举报和揭发。为了我们能生活在一片健康，安全的蓝天下，请大家行动起来：让食品安全的警钟长鸣，让我们携起手来共创健康，安全的美好家园!

A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbyists raise pets, build model ships, weave bas-kets, or carve soap figures and so on. In a word, hobbies offer en-joyment, friendship, knowledge and relaxation.

Then, what is my hobby? Well, what I like most is singing. I began to sing songs when I was very young. My uncle was studying in a college then, so he could sing lots of songs, and he taught me several songs. I showed great interests in the music then, for they were pleasing to ears and easy to sing. My uncle told me they were called pop songs.

When I grew up, my music teacher found that I had a good voice, so she sent me to the Childrens Palace to study vocal mu-sic. From then on, I began my vocal music training. And then I knew there were several kinds of songs, like folk songs, pop songs and so on. What I had learned most was the songs for children. They were all simple ones but our teacher trained us very strictly. We practiced how to produce sound and how to make our expres-sion more natural and more pleasing. Those simple training didnt reduce my interest in singing at all and I won awards one after another in several kinds of competition. Actually I began to make up a dream of becoming a famous singer in the future.

As time went by, I came to realize that my dream wouldnt come true for there were strict conditions of being a singer. But I still took singing as my hobby since I found in music the interests which were lost in the exams. When I put all my emotion into singing a song, it gave me very good and very pleasant feelings, and a good chance to relax. Besides, it was a good way to learn things that couldnt be easily found in life.

Now as Im saying goodbye to my childhood my voice has changed into a deep male voice, and therefore I can sing a lot of songs written for adults. I am often deeply moved, by the melody or by what the song.

我对“食品安全”的认识随着社会经济的发展，大家的生活水平提高了，菜篮子放进去的东西也就五花八门，各种各样的美味食品逼人流口水。

我本就是一个嘴谗的人，遇到什么好吃的东西，怎么能够放过呢?这一天，爸爸下班回来路过超市，就顺便提了一大待零食回来。

到了吃晚饭的时候，我才发现肚子胀了，香喷喷地饭菜闻到鼻子里，肚子就已经饱了。

到了晚上睡觉的时候，我的肚子开始一阵阵绞痛，妈妈发现了我的异样，急忙把我送到医院急诊。

啊!谁让我一边吃零食一边写字呢，手上的细菌都进了肚子，肚子不“造反”才怪呢!我想起了我们班的“谗嘴大王”，他最喜欢吃铁板烧了，又贪图便宜，总是到路边的小摊上买，由此，他可没有少闹肚子。

现在想想，他这是活该啊，路边来来往往的车辆那么多，铁板烧能干净吗?现在学校里开展食品安全宣传活动，使我对各种食品的卫生有了更多的认识，我一定要管好自己的嘴巴，切记“病从口入”。

6月2日上午，“食品安全校园行”教育宣传活动推介会在汽车区长沈路学校举行，三家主办单位的领导、学生、家长及教师代表等200余人参加了会议。

此次“校园行”活动设计了两大项内容:

一是以普及食品安全教育、培养健康饮食习惯为主要内容的公开课巡回活动。

二是面向学生、家长和教师开展的征集活动，征集的作品形式包括绘画、文艺节目、微视频等。承办单位长春市未成年人安全自护教育基地为配合这次活动开展了五节公开课，分别是《舌尖上的安全》作品排演、《食品添加剂有害吗》学生论坛、《居民膳食平衡宝塔》认识活动、安全食品包装袋设计活动和《包装袋上的秘密》主题游戏。

这五节公开课不以“课”的形式为限制，突出互动、实践的设计，利用细节对参与者进行引导，实现了食品安全教育的形式创新，也为参与者培养健康的生活理念奠定了基础。

据介绍，本次活动将持续到9月末，长春市各中小学校可以自行报名加入“食品安全校园行”公开课的巡回序列;在校学生可以通过公开课的活动了解更多食品安全知识，提升自己的健康素养;教师和家长可以与孩子搭档参与相应的作品征集活动，加入到“全民共创食品安全城”的行列中。

2016年6月是第四届食品安全宣传月，为了广泛开展形式多样的食品安全活动，营造人人关心食品安全，人人参与食品安全，人人监督食品安全的工作环境和社会氛围，6月2日大石桥市食品安全宣传月启动仪式在青花广场隆重举行。

本次宣传月的主题是“尚德守法，共治共享食品安全”。启动仪式由大石桥市食安办主办，卫计、食药、畜牧等食品安全委员会有关成员单位近二百人参与。活动现场，副市长、市食安委主任张殿波出席活动。张殿波查看了食品安全委员会各成员单位设立的展台、展品，听取了有关单位负责人关于食品安全宣传的工作介绍，并在活动现场亲自为市民发放宣传资料，同市民一起了解如何辨别真假食用盐、卫生防疫、农资识假七字歌等知识。动员全社会广大干部群众关心、支持和参与食品安全工作，普及食品安全知识，树立健康饮食理念，增强食品生产经营者的诚信守法意识 ，提高监管人员依法行政意识。卫生计生局等食品安全各监管部门分别采取现场专家咨询、板块展示宣传、张贴海报标语、分发科普读物等方式，向群众宣传法律法规、食品整顿成效，介绍本部门的工作职责和工作程序，并受理食品安全举报投诉案件等。

食品安全宣传月期间，大石桥市将通过开展大型食品安全现场咨询活动;召开监管工作座谈会，分析当前食品安全工作形势，编印《食品安全读本》，并发给广大群众;大力宣传食品安全知识和有关法律法规，以及重点工作开展情况。

同时，有关部门还将积极开展“食品安全进社区、进学校、进农户、进企业”四进活动，深入广泛开展宣传贯彻《食品安全法》，以确保桥市广大群众身体健康。

mountain in my city and its target this time. We took bus there and arrived
