新修订的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》今天(24日)经第十二届全国人大常委会第十四次会议审议通过。

新版食品安全法共十章，154条，将于今年10月1日起正式施行。这部经全国人大常委会第九次会议、第十二次会议两次审议，三易其稿，被称为“史上最严”的食品安全法，都有哪些主要修改呢?

禁止剧毒高毒农药用于果蔬茶叶

在农药管理上，新版食品安全法规定：国家对农药的使用实行严格的管理制度，加快淘汰剧毒、高毒农药，高残留农药，推动替代产品的研发和运用，鼓励使用高效、低毒，低残留农药。增加了：禁止将剧毒、高毒农药用于蔬菜、瓜果、茶叶和中草药材等国家规定的农作物的规定。体现了我国对剧毒、高毒农药严厉监管的决心。

保健食品标签不得涉防病治疗功能

针对保健食品生产、经营、宣传中存在的问题，新版食品安全法明确要求：保健食品声称保健功能，应当具有科学依据，不得对人体产生急性、亚急性或者慢性危害。保健食品的标签、说明书不得涉及疾病预防、治疗功能，内容应当真实，与注册或者备案的内容相一致，载明适宜人群、不适宜人群、功效成分或者标志性成分及其含量等，并声明“本品不能代替药物”。

婴幼儿配方食品生产全程质量控制

2008年“三聚氰胺”事件后，婴幼儿食品安全问题成为食品安全领域的焦点。新修订的食品安全法明确，婴幼儿配方食品生产企业应当建立实施从原料进厂到成品出厂的全过程质量控制，对出厂的婴幼儿配方食品实施逐批检验，保证食品安全。法律特别强调：婴幼儿配方乳粉的产品配方应当经国务院食品药品监督管理部门注册。注册时，应当提交配方研发报告和其他表明配方科学性、安全性的材料;不得以分装方式生产婴幼儿配方乳粉，同一企业不得用同一配方生产不同品牌的婴幼儿配方乳粉。

网购食品纳入监管范围

如今网购已成为我国居民日常消费的主要方式之一。统计数据显示，2013年我国网络零售交易额达到1.85万亿元，其中网络食品交易324亿元，保健食品约40亿元。但网购回来的食品有问题该怎么办? 新版食品安全法将网购食品纳入监管范围，并明确规定，网络食品交易第三方应当对入网食品经营者进行实名登记，明确其食品安全管理责任;依法应当取得许可证的，还应当审查其许可证。消费者通过网络食品交易第三方平台购买食品，其合法权益受到损害的，可以向入网食品经营者或者食品生产者要求赔偿。网络食品交易第三方平台提供者不能提供入网食品经营者的真实名称、地址和有效联系方式的，由网络食品交易第三方平台提供者赔偿。网络食品交易第三方平台提供者赔偿后，有权向入网食品经营者或者食品生产者追偿。

生产经营转基因食品应按规定标示

对于同样广受关注的转基因食品，新版食品安全法增加规定：生产经营转基因食品应当按照规定进行标示。同时规定，未按规定进行标示的，没收违法所得和生产工具、设备、原料等，最高可处货值金额五倍以上十倍以下罚款，情节严重的责令停产停业，直至吊销许可证。

那么什么是“食品安全”呢?自2009年6月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》一书中明确指出:食品安全是指食品无毒、无害，符合应当有的营养要求，对人体健康不造成任何急性、亚急性或者慢性危害。

病从口入，这句话我们已经耳熟能详，但谁又能清楚地辨别出哪些食物是安全的，哪些又潜伏着病毒，伺机毒害我们呢?

翻看查阅相关资讯，各种食品安全事件的报道令人触目惊心:肯德基、麦当劳相继查出产品中含有致癌物质“苏丹红一号”、 雀巢奶粉“碘”含量超标、上海瘦肉精中毒事件、多宝鱼“嗑药”事件、“敌敌畏”火腿、“工业盐”熟食、注水猪肉、杀人“果冻”、地沟油……轰动全国的阜阳“奶粉”事件中的大头娃娃事件余波未息，全国知名品牌“三鹿奶粉”又出现了三聚氰胺，导致全国30万名婴幼儿出现泌尿系统异常，震惊中外!

一种种假冒伪劣食品不断被揭露，被曝光;一起起触目惊心的制假售劣案件被查处，被打击;一条条鲜活的生命被残害，被扼杀，一颗颗善良的心灵被愚弄、被震撼。我们不禁要问:“究竟，我们还能吃什么?”什么是我们可以放心吃的呢?难道生产力的不断发展的同时，这些丧尽天良的造假贩假者，也“与时俱进”了吗?

从田头到餐桌，食品安全问题关乎民生问题，政府相关部门在食品安全监督方面做了很多大量的艰苦的工作，通过教育扶持、加大打击、加强监管等多种手段，倡导营造诚信、公平、负责任的食品安全生产氛围，显得尤为重要。 而我们自己也要加强自我保护的能力和意识，学习了解食品安全知识，尽量做到以下几点:

(1)从小养成良好的食品安全行为:饭前便后、外出回来要洗手，不吃生冷食物，不喝生冷水，注意科学饮食。

(2) 选购食品要到正规的大卖场、超市和标准化的农贸市场。注意选购有国家认可的安全标志的食品，并且注意查看食品标签和包装是否规范，生产日期和保质期的标注。

(3)不到无证、无照摊点上购买食品。学校外面有很多流动摊点，各种烧烤、煎炸的小吃，闻着似乎挺香，但路边摊的卫生问题无法保证，加工的食品来源及已用料更无法考证其安全性，很多指标都超标。购买食用这些食品，将给我们处于生长发育期的身体带来极大的危害。

(4)正确地加工、存放食物。食物必须彻底煮熟才能食用。避免生、熟食品互相接触。冷藏过的熟食必须重新加热(70℃)后才能食用。

(5)学习了解更多的食品安全知识。多看各类书籍，多查资料，多问，多思考，增强食品安全意识，不断提高鉴别水平和自我保护能力。

只要树立正确的食品安全信念和态度，积极发挥生产者、销售者、消费者、监管者四方面各自的作用，那么健康、安全的食品消费环境将给我们的生活带来更多美好的享受!

月饼的非法加工厂你们见过吗?场内满是苍蝇,各种月饼都在地上摆着,一边还堆满假冒各种知名品牌的纸箱,桌上满是月饼加工材料,更可恶的是有些加工厂,为了食品的口味,用一些禁止大量食用的原料来加工,达以他们所谓的美味,而不管消费者的身体安全.他们加工的食品成批运往各农贸市场和路边小店.消费者购买时也不把是否对身体有害放心上,吃一个是一个,只要口味好就行,包装好看就行,而不管它是否是三无产品,所以我们购买食品要到正规商场,还的看清它的生产日期、生产厂家、保质期。

月饼固然好吃，但吃东西也要讲究一个度，不能暴饮暴食，让我们生活中时刻注意食品安全。

“民以食为天，食以安为先”。5月24日第六师五家渠市食品药品安全和卫生综合监督执法第三分局联合红旗农场医院开展以“尚德守法，共治共享食品安全”为主题的食品安全宣传周活动。

在此宣传活动中，我分局在农场主要街道设咨询台、放置宣传展板，为过往的职工群众现场解答食品安全问题，发放宣传资料，宣传食品安全的相关知识，医院的医务人员为职工群众进行免费测血压等服务。

It is reported that recently in quite a few universities, dormitories on campus have been broken into and burglaries have happened every now and then. In fact, students have complained a lot that burglaries are like nightmares in their college years. I think it’s high time that both students and universities did something to reduce and eliminate this kind of crime.

In this way, they can reduce the risks of burglaries happening.

[关于宿舍安全的英语作文

有一些人为了能够快点儿挣钱，在水果上面涂上一些催熟剂，这样水果就会很快成熟。所以我们千万不要购买那些反季水果!

在蔬菜上面的农药。如果我们不仔仔细细地洗好几遍，吃是绝对不可能的事。妈妈说以前的时候把自己种的蔬菜摘下来，在衣服上擦一擦，就可以吃，这令我羡慕不已，可是这种生活在现在是已经不会拥有的了。
