食品安全关系着人民群众身体健康和生命安全，关系到经济发展和社会稳定，关系到“平安启东”建设。加快食品安全信用体系建设，是国家发展和社会文明进步的重要标志，是人民群众的殷切期盼;是构建“和谐启东”、“诚信启东”的迫切要求，也是推进食品行业健康发展、确保食品安全的重大举措。

市委、市政府十大惠民行动计划中，食品安全诚信单位创建是重要内容之一，这是对我市食品行业的高度关注。为了全面贯彻《国务院关于加强食品等产品安全监督管理的特别规定》和《启东市食品安全诚信体系建设方案》要求，加强行业自律，积极推进食品安全信用体系建设，确保食品安全，我们特向全市食品生产经营企业发出如下倡议：

一、自觉接受社会和群众的监督，坚持“诚信兴业”的宗旨，积极参与食品安全信用体系建设，认真落实食品安全信用体系建设各项措施。

二、自觉遵守国家法律、法规和规章，规范企业生产经营行为。以学法、知法、守法为立业之基，以诚实守信、优质经营为兴业之本，努力争创文明企业，倡导品牌经营，提升企业形象，奉献“卫生、安全、无公害”食品，自觉维护消费者权益不受侵犯。

三、自觉执行与食品相关的国家标准或行业标准，严格把好食品安全质量关。按相关标准采购原料，不滥用食品添加剂，不使用非食品原料，不使用病死畜禽，不回收过期、变质食品加工制作食品，不生产、不经营不安全的食品。

四、加强行业自律，争做依法经营、诚信服务的行业典范。全面推进和实行食品进货检验、索证索票、购销台账和质量追溯制度，防止不安全的食品流入市场。

五、加强自我约束，搞好企业内部管理。建立健全企业生产经营档案，规范企业生产经营行为，公开企业生产经营食品质量安全信息。

六、加强宣传教育，营造信用氛围。大力普及食品安全知识，努力提高员工食品安全知识水平和信用意识，积极倡导守信为荣、失信为耻的社会风气。

食用油在反复煎炸过程中会发生氧化、水解、热聚合等化学反应，不但油脂中原有的成分遭到破坏，热变产物还对人体具有致癌作用。如果油炸的是熟肉制品，危害更大。因为熟肉制品在加工过程中添加亚硝酸盐作为护色剂，这种熟肉制品经过热油的煎炸后，残留的亚硝酸盐也会转变为一种强致癌物质。我不知道他们在叫卖的时候，有没有想过这些食品会危害我们的健康呢。
