俗话说得好，“民以食为天”，食品安全是我们生活中日益关心的话题之一，最近，食品安全问题频发：三鹿饮品中的三聚氰胺，双汇食品中的瘦肉精……这些食品安全事件的发生，让人们不禁发问：我们该相信谁?

我们都知道，几年前的三鹿饮品中的三聚氰胺 对人们的身体有很大危害，厂家为了一己之私，降低成本，让人们为之愤怒。前几天发生的双汇瘦肉精事件也是如此，为了谋取暴利。就要违背道德标准吗?

最受损害的就是广大消费者，金钱的损失暂且不说，身体受到了无法弥补的伤害，“三鹿宝宝”的赔偿问题至今没有结束，许多小孩子误食而步入了天堂。一个还未涉足的生命就这样离开了，他还没有来得及呼唤出“爸爸、妈妈”，无情的奶粉却夺走了他的生命，一瞬间，一个个家庭变得支离破碎，泪水倾刻间崩塌，悲伤的哭声是那样的痛。是什么促使他们去做违背社会道德的行为?是金钱的诱惑!可事实已经强有力的告诉我们，如果你为了钱财权力，功名利禄而作违背社会法则的事情，那么你将什么也得不到!生活就像一场比赛，如果你犯规，将到得将是法律的制裁!

再看看我们身边，无证无牌的小商小贩到处都是，他们变着法的跟工商部门玩捉迷藏。记得有一次，我偷偷地买了路边摊的炸鸡柳吃了，胃不久就难受起来，后来才知道那油炸了又炸，炸出来的食品其实一点也不清洁了，从此以后我再也不吃油炸食品了。

有一句话，叫民以食为天。由此可见我们的生活与食品有着多么密切的联系啊说道食品，我便会想到我们身边的食品安不安全;卫不卫生呢?

最近电视上公布的乳粉里，含有三聚氰胺，闹得沸沸扬扬，弄得人心慌慌。虽然国家已采取了措施和加大了打击力度，可是我还有些担心“它们”会不会卷土从来?想到这儿，我发出了这样的疑惑：这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意地诱饵。因为钱：人工合成：甜味剂(糖精钠，甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠，山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况，因此，我十分想知道这些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有多少人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命!

不过，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他人的身体健康，安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!食品安全记心中!

如：苹果过于的发亮，说明苹果可能打过蜡，葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量，还有在校外小摊上，摊主无牌无证，所售食品也多为“三无”食品，食品上既没有找到“QS”也没有找到生产日期，有人称之为“垃圾食品”食品卫生安全无法保证，严重威胁着学生的身心健康和成长发育。

来吧，为了母亲的微笑，为了孩子的笑声，为了明天阳光更加灿烂，让我们携起手来，为我们的健康、安全而奋斗吧!杜绝有害食品，共美好家园。

1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

同学之间相互沟通时所掌握的内容比问老师的效果更好，因为在互相沟通的时候可以带者任何疑问，可以很容易的将思维的漏洞补齐。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试

处理考试上，要认同自己。分数很重要，重要的是你得到的那些分数和你得不到的分数，毕竟不是高考，当前阶段分数的高低没有任何意义。你只需做三件事：

一、根据你所获取分数的部分，整理你当前会的知识，会做的题型。

二、根据你所丢的分数，立即回归课本，看完课本后再做一遍。

三、拿着卷子问自己，当时做对的题自己是怎么想的，不会的题当时是怎么想的，现在会的题和当时不会做时差距在哪里。

总之，制定高三英语一轮复习计划一定要根据自己的学习情况根据自身的条件，抓住每一个时间点和时机，规划好自己的进度，全力做好一轮复习工作，让自己的基础知识地基打的牢固一点。一轮复习时间最长，是高考复习和高考能否取得高分的关键。所以同学们一定要高度重视一轮复习的重要性，一定要制定好高考一轮复习计划。

6月13日上午，三才镇食安办在镇农贸市场拉开我镇“2016年食品安全宣传周活动”序幕。本次活动以“尚德守法 共治共享食品安全”为主题，围绕主题我镇将从四个方面入手着重进行宣传：一是深入辖区农贸市场开展专项整治与宣传教育;二是开展食品安全校园守护行动，包括校园食堂及周边监督检查，查收非法“五毛食品”以及深入校园开展专题讲座等;三是组织村级食品协管员开展各村委会食品安全宣传教育活动，向村民全面解读食品安全相关信息;四是开展食品安全超市行，为广大公众提供近距离食品安全消费指导。

如今 我们进入了21世纪，随着科技的发展，我们的的食品也逐渐丰富起来，但每年因食物而中毒的人却多了。

记得有一次晚上，我放学时在小店买了一包零食，可回家时发现这包零食已经过期很久了。于是我就把剩下的全扔了，心想：我只吃了一 点点，应该不要紧。

However, i love him for any other reason.it kind of feels that between us theres a diffehiremethod to speak and that it is not the U.S.ual way in which we communicate this type ofs words and gestures. He has almethodsbeen a chum of mine be cause I just like the best way he acts and lives and the best way we communicate.

One morning every week ago, he came to me and asked if he may well be of help. Actually I were worrying about my processthis semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! Still i used to be totally caught off guard by Aeros offer althoughhe had almethodsbeen kind. i assumed it was my very own business and that it had never occurred to me ny other personwould offerto assist with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness. The very next day, im goingt a cough and that it later turned out to be a four-day topfever. In those days, i used to be extremely weak and lay in bed all day hard and longly had any strength even to eat. Recently we did a survey on the diets of middle school students. We were

surprised to find thatmany students dont seem to be at all concemed about the

effect that unhealthy food can have on theirhealth. They like snacks and street

food has become the favorite snack of many students. Also, they eatfood simply

because it tastes good and dont pay any attention to its storage life. Whats

more, somestudents go to school without having breakfast, and lack even basic

knowledge about food safety.

Middle school is an important time of growth for students. They should form

the habit of eating ahealthy diet and should have three well-balanced meals a

day. In addition, a basic knowledge of foodsafety is essential, which means that

students should be aware of the date of production and thenutritional value of

snack food before they eat it.

In conclusion, the survey indicates that students should improve their

awareness of nutrition andfood safety.

记得有一次放学，当我看到那些大哥哥、大姐姐都在小店门口买那些三无产品，我也经不住诱惑，再加上肚子咕噜咕噜地叫着，似乎在说:“小主人，我饿了!”可是想想老师今天上课时刚刚讲过有关食品的安全问题，我又有些犹豫了，但再看看哥哥姐姐们吃得这么欢，我实在时忍不住，从口袋里拿出1元钱，买了一杯面条。我一边津津有味地品尝着面条，一边大步流星地走回了家。

当天晚上，不幸的事情就发生了。我躺在床上，突然肚子疼痛不已，我赶紧叫妈妈。妈妈听到我的叫声，三步并作两步地来到我的房间。他见到我这个样子，连问都不问，立刻背起我，朝医院走去。那天一直忙到了半夜三更。事后，我将情况一五一十地告诉了妈妈。妈妈心疼地摸摸我的头说:“孩子，妈妈和老师不是经常性和你们在说，学校门口的食物不要去买。希望经过这一次教训，你能懂得老师和家长们的良苦用心。”我红着脸、低着头，不好意思地说:“妈妈，我以后再也不会了。”

Social morality is an important part of our life that reflects the degree

of civilization of our country. Generally speaking, social morality contains

many aspects. For example, civility, which requires people behave in a becoming

manner and be friendly to others. Be ready to help others telling us that give a

hand to those who need help. When we help others, we can get gratification as

事例一：张国的爷爷是个节俭的人，平时穿衣服，吃东西都讲究节省。前两天，张国家宴请亲戚朋友，一桌子饭菜还剩下许多没有吃完。按照张国爸爸的意思，天气还暖和，这些食品容易发馊，赶紧倒掉。可是张国的爷爷不同意，硬是要留下来放在冰箱里慢慢吃。张国的爷爷吃了两天剩菜剩饭，肚子就吃出问题来了，被送到医院里打点滴。节俭没什么不对，是中华民族的传统美德，可是节俭和自己的肚子过不去，是会吃苦头的。

事例二：小明最近迷上了吃羊肉串，放学回家的路上，常常跑到路边的小摊上去买烤羊肉。做烧烤的人在羊肉串上洒着胡椒、盐巴、味精，用炭火一烤，香喷喷的，路过的同学都忍不住要咽口水。小明把自己的零花钱都用来买羊肉串吃了，几天下来，小明就得了痢疾拉肚子。一问医生，才知道烧烤的食物外焦里嫩，有的肉里面还没有熟透，吃的人可能会感染上寄生虫。唉，当时只知道烧烤的羊肉串味道好，现在可吃出毛病来了。

事例三：李华昨天傍晚回到家的时候，妈妈还没有下班，嘴谗的他开始翻箱倒柜地找东西吃。找了良久，最后在厨房的角落里找到一个“香巴姥”鸡翅，想也没想，李华就拆开包装袋，津津有味地啃了起来。吃过鸡翅，在沙发上看了一回电视，妈妈就回家把饭菜做好了。李华这才发现肚子有点不舒服，开始一阵阵地疼起来，急忙往卫生间跑。最后被妈妈拉去诊所看了病，才知道是吃了变质的食品，原来那袋“香巴姥”鸡翅已经过了保质期了。

看看，这就是我身边的食品安全问题，都是一些小事，可是最后，却酝酿出大毛病出来，所以，食品安全问题，是我们每个人都应该要注意的。

每天爸爸妈妈7点半就把我送去了，直到下班才能来接我。在夏令营里我们可以把暑假作业做好，而且老师还会帮我们检查。有时候我们做游戏;有时候我们学习;还有的时候我们做手工;每天我们过得很丰富。

在夏令营里我还认识了新的朋友。我们很喜欢在一起玩，我们还交换了自己很喜欢的玩具。

时间过得很快，我们的夏令营也结束了。在结束前我们在老师的带领下举办了一个很隆重的联欢会，邀请了家长们参加。我也参加了好几个节目，我在童话剧《白雪公主》里演了白马王子，虽然只有几句台词不过那可是要说英语的。我才不紧张呢，我可是雨花外国语小学的学生。我还和同学和说了相声《大拇指和食指》还得到了一致好评呢。

On Friday, we learned that more than two dozen people were killed when a gunman opened fire in an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut.

Most of those who died were just young children with their whole lives ahead of them. And every parent in America has a heart heavy with hurt.

So our hearts are broken today. We grieve for the families of those we lost. And we keep in our prayers the parents of those who survived. Because as blessed as they are to have their children home, they know that their child’s innocence has been torn away far too early.

As a nation, we have endured far too many of these tragedies in the last few years. An elementary school in Newtown. A shopping mall in Oregon. A house of worship in Wisconsin. A movie theater in Colorado. Countless street corners in places like Chicago and Philadelphia. Any of these neighborhoods could be our own. So we have to come together and we are gonna take meaningful action to prevent more

tragedies like this from happening. Regardless of the politics.

This weekend, Michelle and I are doing what I know every parent is doing – holding our children as close as we can and reminding them how much we love them.

There are families in Connecticut who can’t do that today. And they need all of us right now. Because while nothing can take the place of a lost child or loved one, all of us can extend a hand to those in need – to remind them that we are there for them; that we are praying for them; and that the love they felt for those they lost endures not just in their own memories, but also in their communities, and their country.
