The death toll in a school bus accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in the northwest province of Gansu has risen to 20 following the death of one child later Wednesday.

今年年4月15日，央视《每周质量报》本期节目《胶囊里的秘密》，对“非法厂商用皮革下脚料造药用胶囊”曝光。河北一些企业，用生石灰处理皮革废料，熬制成工业明胶，卖给绍兴新昌一些企业制成药用胶囊，最终流入药品企业，进入患者腹中。由于皮革在工业加工时，要使用含铬的鞣制剂，因此这样制成的胶囊，往往重金属铬超标。经检测，修正药业等9家药厂13个批次药品，所用胶囊重金属铬含量超标。

七十年代，虽然那时大家都不富裕，可是食品绝对无问题，安全肯定是一流的。那时，家家户户都有田，人们都自己种菜，都不打农药，吃起来特别放心。有许多人家里养着鸡、鸭、鹅，它们都不吃饲料，鸡吃谷子，猪吃草，所以它们虽然生长得慢一些，可是蛋特别的黄，肉特别的好吃。现在的情况和以前相差太大了，可以说一个是天，一个是地。人们富裕了，吃的东西好了，有些爱财如命的人就趁机下手，专门卖一些有害食品。那些猪鸭鹅都吃饲料，饲料中掺激素，有色食品用化学染色剂等等，让人楸心!

做好食品安全，我们小朋友应注意以下几条：一是不能在小摊上买不干净的食品，特别是油炸食品，因为油炸食品香味扑鼻，是苍蝇“光顾”最多的地方。二是买水果不要买过于发亮的，因为它可能打过蜡，也不要买白斑过多的，因为那样可能是农药使用过多。三是不要吃三无产品和快过期、变质的食品••••••

今天中午，我看了家里的《健康时报》，大为震惊：现在人们还能吃什么食品呀！几乎没有让人们放心的食品了。

自从三鹿奶粉—中国免检产品中检测出了超标的三聚氰胺，每买回一种食品，我们全家都要议论一番：这种食品是否可以吃，安全不安全。

一天，妈妈买回一瓶“蒙牛大果粒酸奶”，我们就开始看这里面是否有很多添加剂。奶奶拿起放大镜，一字一顿地念道“柠檬黄、日落黄、卡拉胶、稳定剂、安赛蜜……”她摇了摇头，皱起眉头：“以后要少喝加果粒的酸奶，最好喝原味的。”哇，蒙牛的酸奶里也加这加那，太不可思议了吧！

到了中午，我们每人吃了一根大油条。大家议论纷纷。爸爸边吃边看着油条说：“这油条真香！”妈妈则不以为然地说：“不知道卫生不卫生。”爷爷担心地说：“这油条炸得这样直挺，有可能是加洗衣裳粉的油条。”……姨奶一拍桌子：“对！现在街上到处卖洗衣粉油条。可是……”“这油条味道不错，不一定加了洗衣粉。”爸爸再次发表了自己的观点。我也加入了讨论的队伍：“还是小心谨慎一点好。油条是油炸食品，吃多了也不好。油条还是少吃吧！”

下午，我和堂妹、表妹在一起吃水果。堂妹咧着嘴说：“我这个苹果太难吃了，一股怪味。可能是没洗干净吧！”她洗完回来接着说：“或者是农药还残留在上面。”我也有些担心：“会不会为了让苹果保鲜，特地加了延长苹果保质期的药了呢？一定对人体有伤害！”

一天早上，爷爷吃了一盘豆芽菜。这豆芽也太特别了吧：生出的芽又粗又长，活像一群巨型蝌蚪。奶奶十分惊讶：“这豆芽如此之长，会不会加化学药水了呢？”爷爷肯定地说：“不会，不会！虽然不是自家生的豆芽，但是我跟卖菜的老板是熟人，他怎么会卖给我劣质豆芽？”“报纸上都登了，有的无良商家想多赚钱，把小豆芽都放进药水里泡，小豆芽才变成这个样子。”奶奶也不甘示弱，跟爷爷开起了“辩论会。”

我越来越糊涂了：现在的食品到底哪些安全，可以食用？希望食品经销商和食品制造商凭良心经销，生产让人们吃着健康、营养、安全、放心的食品。

二、重点讲述

预防食物中毒，首先要讲究个人卫生，做到勤洗澡、勤洗衣服、勤剪指甲、勤理发，勤换床单和被盖(一月一次)。保持教室、宿舍及环境的清洁卫生，养成饭前便后洗手、不暴饮暴食的优良习惯。其次做到"六不吃"，不吃生冷食物、不吃不洁瓜果、不吃腐败变质食物、不吃未经高温处理的饭菜、不喝生水、不吃零食。再就是要从食品标签上注认识别食品质量，选择安全的食品是把住"病从口入"的第一关。

1、认识食物中毒特征。

潜伏期短：一般食后几分钟到几个小时发病

胃肠道症状：腹泻、腹痛，有的伴随呕吐、发热

三、总结

要牢固树立“安全第一，预防为主”的思想，因为它关系到我们全体师生的身心健康问题。希望同学们在以后的学习和生活中要引起注意，如果忽略了这项，其后果不堪设想。

俗话说“民以食为天，食以安为先”。可如今猪肉中注水，蔬菜中残留农药，制造火腿喷洒敌敌畏，生产泡菜使用工业盐。一种种假冒伪劣食品不断被揭露、被曝光;一起起触目惊心的制假售劣案件被查处、被打击;一颗颗善良的心灵被愚弄、被震撼。

现在食品的安全让老百姓担忧。蔬菜，残留农药。这些农药喷在蔬菜上虫子就不会来吃，这蔬菜就长得很壮很艳，到市场上价钱就买的高，但是这种蔬菜人吃了以后就会有食物中毒、腹泻等症状。更可怕是奶粉，大头娃娃事件震撼整个社会，孩子吃了劣质奶粉变成了大头娃娃。而且这种奶粉不止一罐，而是大量流入市场，给社会上许多家庭造成无法挽回的损失。这些黑心老板为了赚钱而造成的后果，多么可怕啊。其实三无食品就藏我们身边，在一些学校周围的小店里，如那些很便宜的食品、饮料，看去五颜六色挺好看的，其实里面就含有对人体有害的色素。严重影响我们同学的身体健康。有一次放学，我去小摊上买了一杯“果冻水”喝。晚上，当我还在津津有味地看电视时，肚子开始“翻江倒海”，疼得我直叫“哎呦、哎呦……”从那以后，我再也不吃小摊上卖的东西了。

后来，一次偶然的机会，我从书上看到了这样一段话：为什么不让我们吃小摊上的东西，这是有原因的。小摊是流动摊位，它不是一个固定的摊位，在老板们骑着三轮车走(来)时，空气就会把脏的东西，甚至病菌带到车上的食物身上。就算是现炒的，要是摊主有什么病，也会传染给我们。看完这段话以后，我茅塞顿开：对啊!

疾病通过空气传给食品，我们吃了被污染的食品就等于吃了疾病。还有，有些黑心摊主为了赚更多的钱，会把过期的食品卖给我们，吃了变质的食品也会生病。

我们每个人都是优质食品的受益者，也是劣质食品的受害者。维护身体健康首先要靠我们自己。我们要摒弃贪便宜、图方便等不合理的消费习惯，培养进名店、购名品、看日期、查包装的科学消费习惯;要留意识别优劣食品的知识，不断提高鉴别水平和自我保护能力;还要增强维权意识，积极主动协助监管部门的工作。形成人人远离不洁食品，抵制伪劣食品的良好食品消费环境。

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. It falls on the twenty- fifth of December and has the same importance as Chinese New Year to people with English backgrounds. The celebration is for the birth of Jesus Christ, who is the son of God in Christianity. Now days Christmas is no longer only celebrated by the Christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of December everyone gets excited for it’s the day before Christmas which is called Christmas Eve. The children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “Santa Claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” The younger kids actually believe that Santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. Food like short bread and beer are prepared for Santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. Some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on Christmas morning! The children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. Present wrappers everywhere! They look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….I hope no one’s disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. Children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. The Christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. The tradition of Christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. The rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.

12月20——第四个圣诞节前每个人都激动的天被称为圣诞夜。孩子们通常把早睡,并警告说,“圣诞老人只会过来给你一份礼物,如果你是好的。“年轻的孩子们真的相信圣诞老人从烟囱下来他的驯鹿拉的雪橇。食物像短的面包和啤酒是准备圣诞老人时,他来了,不过大多数时候父母就吃。一些孩子把袜子和麻袋的拿着礼物(父母)。

早上起床喜洋洋在圣诞节!孩子们总是第一个起床的,有些人甚至在四个。现在包装无处不在!他们调查了他们的脸上挂着一个大大的笑容,哦亲爱的…。我希望没有人的失望。我觉得对不起任何人,粉红色的内衣。孩子们准备的晚饭是成年人。通常由亲戚一起吃圣诞晚餐。传统的圣诞布丁和公鸡通常吃沙漠之后。剩下的时间通常是游戏和乐趣之前,好日子结束。

有一句拥有“真理”的话：想吃果冻了，舔下皮鞋，想喝老酸奶了，舔下皮鞋，感冒要吃药了，还是舔下皮鞋！上得了厅堂，下得了厨房，爬得了高山，涉得了水塘，制得成酸奶，压得成胶囊，2012，皮鞋很忙！

现在，食品安全可是我们的一大隐患，吃什么东西，都小心翼翼，胆战心惊。

那一次，从网上找来了一幅图片，旁边写着——真实版“东邪西毒南帝北丐”（这是射雕英雄传里的四大武林高手）。图片是中国地图，在东部写着两个字：东鞋；西部写着西毒；南边写着南帝；北面写着北钙。

这是什么意思？意思很简单，却很有深意。

大家可能看过金庸写的《射雕英雄传》吧。“东邪、西毒、南帝、北丐”就是里面大名鼎鼎的人物。但是，照片上的一部分字不一样，而且意思也不一样。

东邪（东鞋）：烂皮鞋；西毒（西毒）：毒胶囊；南帝（南地）：地沟油；北丐（北钙）：三鹿婴儿高钙奶粉。

他们都是我们经常入口的，你看可怕不可怕。

还有很多事例——饮料又好喝又美味，而且芒果、苹果、葡萄等等各种口味都有。令人大吃一惊的是，这些诱人的饮料竟然用各种添加剂调出来的！有一个关于饮料的视频，证实了这种说法——那是一个老师在讲课，他的学生们都按照要求一人买了一瓶饮料，他用各种添加剂制造出来了一种种口味的饮料，然后请同学们分别品尝。同学们都在瓶子的盖子里面盛一点儿老师的混合“饮料”，又喝了一点儿自己买的饮料，一对比，都发现味道都是一样的！也就是说，饮料里面没有什么水果汁，而是一种种添加剂的混合体！

有一些人为了能够快点儿挣钱，在水果上面涂上一些催熟剂，这样水果就会很快成熟。所以我们千万不要购买那些反季水果！

在蔬菜上面的农药。如果我们不仔仔细细地洗好几遍，吃是绝对不可能的事。妈妈说以前的时候把自己种的蔬菜摘下来，在衣服上擦一擦，就可以吃，这令我羡慕不已，可是这种生活在现在是已经不会拥有的了。

以前，我非常喜欢喝奶，每天都会喝好几包。可是听说奶里面的明胶是工业明胶——用臭皮鞋做的，我说什么也不想了……

食品安全，真的很令人担忧，吃什么东西，都需要“三思而后行”。食品安全，真的很令人着急，望着众多美食，只有咽口水的份了……

一方面是希望各位生产食品的人、出售食品的人能够为我们着想，不要只顾着自己赚钱，另一方面是希望检查的人不要收到了好处就网开一面，就开始给他们大开绿灯，他们应该想想，如果你吃了这种东西，你会怎么样……
