近年来发生的食品安全突发事件分为三类：一是纯制假、贩假;二是受假冒株连的事件;第三就是有的食品企业在食品生产过程中应完善的工艺流程、操作规范或需尽快消除存在的食品安全隐患问题。

频繁发生的安全问题为快速发展的食品行业敲醒了警钟，过量使用化肥、农药、工业污染、、滥采滥伐造成的生态环境恶化，以及在食品生产加工环节过量使用添加剂、不合格原料等已经严重影响到食品安全，人与自然的和谐发展受到严重威胁，食品工业的可持续发展也将无以为继。因此，我国食品业需转变发展模式，大力推广生态农业，从源头上为食品工业输送清洁、无污染的原料，同时通过立法进一步规范生产、加工、运输、销售等环节，建立起食品行业的全程动态监管机制，营造一个食品业的的“绿色制造”环境和流程，真正使消费者吃上“放心食品”。

然而，现在有些人为了自身利益，不惜那群众的人身安全作赌注，制假、贩假，这种不正当的获利行为是让全社会唾骂的。他们不是人渣那又是什么呢?安徽阜阳假奶粉事件导致上百名婴儿营养不良，数10名死亡，使得上百个活生生的小生命离开;广州白云区发生两起假酒事件使得9人中毒身亡……一件又一件让人痛心的事件，都将、成为食品问题的教训、。我们必须严厉打击假冒伪劣食品，打击这种不良的风气，使社会依旧和谐。

正所谓民以食为天，而食则以安全为第一。食品质量的安全是不容忽视的。那么，在食品的生产过程中，有应改善些什么呢?首先，食品的战略性要改变，要由数量增长到质量安全;要尽快建立我国食品安全体系;加强食品安全法律体系建设;制定严格的食品标准。这样，食品的安全就得到了保障。消费者就吃到了真正的放心食品。

近日，我们长沙市正在创建食品安全文明城市。有些无良的商家却执迷不悟，熟视无睹。

有些的商家不仅卖无生产日期、无生产地址、无保质期的三无产品。还在里面添加了许多的色素、盐、香精、香料……来掩盖住这些三无产品的臭味。还有的是在包装上写了假日期来混淆视听。

烧烤摊在长沙街头最为常见，好吃诱人的烧烤远远就香味扑鼻，加上摊主一边吆喝引诱，让人忍不住流口水，难以抗拒。烧烤肉串一时冷藏一时室温，特别是到了春天最容易发霉，到了夏天最容易发臭有异味。但有些无良的商家在烤的过程中为了不让别人觉察出来，就往烤串里添加许多配料，让人闻不出来什么异味，吃下去常有食物中毒拉肚子，或者肚子痛的现象。烧烤串是最不卫生的食品之外，肉制品在高温烤制的时候容易产生多种致癌物，为了身体健康，少吃烧烤。

除了烧烤之外，让同学抵不住诱惑掏着钱就买的莫属于肯德基了。有一次，我下完课，妈妈准备带我去吃东西，我们走到了肯德基前面，我目不转睛的盯着肯德基，妈妈似乎看穿了我的小心思："走吧，带你去吃肯德基。”妈妈望着我，我在心里暗喜着。我点了一个汉堡，一份薯条，一碗汤，一个鸡肉卷……正津津有味品尝时，我突然想起了一篇文字的描述：KFC的鸡翅膀就是属于那些不健康的食品，那些鸡翅膀看起来非常地硕大，里面的鸡肉又是那么香味扑鼻，爽滑可口，那香气足以飘到十里之外。可惜的是那些鸡翅膀是被喷了激素的变异鸡翅膀，吃了下去对身体健康极为不利。

也许是我的心里作用，一吃完后，我感觉肚子有点痛，我心想肯定是今天的汉堡有问题。

学生最喜欢买的另一个休闲小食品，就是学校门口小店的麻辣小包包，有的只要五毛钱和一元钱，吃完后嘴巴都被色素染红了，这种东西卫生安全最没保证，可有些学生就贪好吃又便宜，管不住自己的嘴。在生活中，难免会遇到食品安全问题，可我们又怎样辨认食品的好和坏呢？我们可以看一下包装上有没有QS证，还有生产日期，保质期等等确保之后再食用。还有就是我们平时去饭店吃饭的时候，如果有剩菜尽量打包带走。因为有些商家会把剩菜收集起来再加点东西进去又可以给顾客做下一道，这样就会让他们更加节省成本。
