水，是生命的源泉。我们的一生都离不开水，所以我们应该珍惜水资源。可是在如今，很多人都认为水是取之不尽、用之不竭的。所以水资源正面临着危机。有人可能会想“地球表面有71%是海洋，这么多水，有什么危机呢?”可是我们能够利用的水资源只有地表淡水和埋藏较浅的地下淡水资源，而这部分水资源仅占全球总水量的0.32%。所以对于水资源，我们能够做的最基本的就是节约。

有资料显示，我国是一个缺水严重的国家，淡水资源仅为世界平均水平的四分之一，在世界上名列110位，是全球人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。我国作为世界知名的大国，水资源如此匮乏，这个问题一定要想办法解决。

2010年云南遭遇百年一遇的全省性特大旱灾，干旱范围之广、时间之长、程度之深、损失之大，均为历史少有。生活在从未发生过旱灾地区的我一直理解不了水在云南的珍贵，但是今年的寒假去了云南之后，我切身感受到了水在当地的宝贵。

这次去云南的行程中一共遇见了三位导游，这三位导游都会在早上给每人发一瓶矿泉水，这三位导游是分别在不同的日期为我们担任导游，他们之前素不相识，甚至可能从未见过面，但是他们却在发矿泉水的时候说出了相同的话：“我给大家发的这瓶水是用来喝的，如果你想用这瓶水来洗手的话，请你把这瓶水还给我。”导游还对我们讲，云南的人最看不惯的就是有人浪费水。当我们还在浪费水的时候，干旱地区的人们已经开始节约水了，所以我们也要行动起来，不能等到水已经枯竭的那一天才意识到水的重要性。

我国的水存在两大问题，一是水资源的短缺，二就是水污染严重。

有关资料显示，1994年7月，淮河上游的河南境内突降暴雨，颍上水库水位急骤上涨超过防洪警戒线，因此开闸泄洪将积蓄于上游一个冬春的2亿立方米水放了下来。水经之处河水泛浊，河面上泡沫密布，顿时鱼虾丧生。下游一些地方居民饮用了虽经自来水厂处理，但未能达到饮用标准的河水后，出现恶心、腹泻、呕吐等症状。经取样检验证实上游来水水质恶化，沿河各自来水厂被迫停止供水达54天之久，百万淮河民众饮水告急，不少地方花高价远途取水饮用，有些地方出现居民抢购矿泉水的场面，这就是震惊中外的"淮河水污染事件"。

在日常生活中，我们也经常会发现水污染的例子。我每次去沿江公园散步，都会发现松花江面上有行人随手丢弃的饮料瓶、塑料袋等垃圾，美丽的松花江就这样被污染了。

现如今，工业越来越发达，人类的生活需求越来越高，有些工厂为了图省事，直接将未经处理的工业废水排入江河之中，导致了水的污染。有些农民大量使用化肥、农药、除草剂，从而造成了农田污水。由于人们过多的砍伐树木，造成了水土流失。

多年来，中国水资源质量不断下降，水环境持续恶化，由于污染所导致的缺水和事故不断发生，不仅使工厂停产、农业减产甚至绝收，而且造成了不良的社会影响和较大的经济损失，严重地威胁了社会的可持续发展，威胁了人类的生存。

人类不能以破坏生态环境来发展经济，这样做所要付出的代价太大了。世界上仅城市地区一年排出的工业和生活废水就多达500立方公里，而每一滴污水将污染数倍乃至数十倍的水体。这惊人的数字也警示着我们要保护水资源。

污水还会危及我们的健康。中国很多癌症多发地区的人就是因为长时间喝了被污染的水，才导致了寿命减少。由于喝了被污染的水而丧生的孩子不计其数。为了我们的健康，我们一定要重视水安全。

布来基曾经说过：“水是万物之首”。每一滴水都值得我们去珍惜，我们一定要合理的利用每一滴水，不去浪费它，让生命的源泉永远长流!

一大早，我迈着沉重的脚步来到我们小区的小河边上。

我们要从身边的小事做起,从现在起要学会珍惜和合理利用每一滴水。 可以循环利用的水决不浪费,生活中很多的水是可以再利用的,比如洗脸,洗衣服的水,完全可以用来洗厕所。如果在家庭用水中改掉不良习惯,约可以节省70%的水。节水不仅仅是在家庭生活中,大家还应该关心周围环境中有无漏水情况,如发现问题,及时向有关部门报告;同时在城市生活中,相关部门的工作人员可以想办法提高污水的回用率,达标后用于冲厕、城市景观喷水、绿地浇灌、工厂冷却水、洗车等。当然还要多植树造林,防止水土流失。淡化海水,扩大淡水来源。那么,我们听到的将是欢声笑语,看到的将会是人间真情。

一、中秋节的来源

农历八月十五，中秋节。这是被喻为最有人情味、最富诗情画意的节日。每逢佳节倍思亲，尤其是中秋节这一轮明月高挂的时刻。中秋之所以是中秋，是因为农历八月十五这一天是在三秋制中。这一天天上的圆月分外明亮特别的大特别的圆，所以这一天也被视为思念与团圆的大好日子。

中秋节的形成，通常有两种说法：

一是它起源于古代帝王的祭祀活动。《礼记》上记载：“天子春朝日，秋夕月”，夕月就是祭月亮，说明早在春秋时代，帝王就已开始祭月、拜月了。后来贵族官吏和文人学士也相继仿效，逐步传到民间。

二是中秋节的起源和农业生产有关。秋天是收获的季节。“秋”字的解释是：“庄稼成熟曰秋”。八月中秋，农作物和各种果品陆续成熟，农民为了庆祝丰收，表达喜悦的心情，就以“中秋”这天作为节日。“中秋”就是秋天中间的意思，农历的八月是秋季中间的一个月，十五日又是这个月中间的一天。

二、月饼的来源

中秋节的传统食品是月饼，月饼是圆形的，象征团圆，反映了人们对家人团聚的美好愿望。中秋节吃月饼据说始于元代，当时，朱元璋领导汉族人民反抗元朝暴政，约定在八月十五日这一天起义，以互赠月饼的办法把字条夹在月饼中传递消息。中秋节吃月饼的习俗便在民间传开来。英语拼写为：mooncake(月亮蛋糕)。

后来，朱元璋终于把元朝推翻，成为明朝的第一个皇帝，虽然其后清朝人入主中国，但是人们仍旧庆祝这个象征推翻异族统治的节日。

相传我国古代，帝王就有春天祭日、秋天祭月的礼制。在民间，每逢八月中秋，也有左右拜月或祭月的风俗。“八月十五月儿圆，中秋月饼香又甜”，这句名谚道出中秋之夜城乡人民吃月饼的习俗。月饼最初是用来祭奉月神的祭品，后来人们逐渐把中秋赏月与品尝月饼，作为家人团圆的象征，慢慢月饼也就成了节日的礼品。

月饼，最初起源于唐朝军队祝捷食品。唐高祖年间，大将军李靖征讨匈奴得胜，八月十五凯旋而归。

当时有人经商的吐鲁番人向唐朝皇帝献饼祝捷。高祖李渊接过华丽的饼盒，拿出圆饼，笑指空中明月说：“应将胡饼邀蟾蜍”。说完把饼分给群臣一起吃。

南宋吴自牧的《梦粱录》一书，已有“月饼”一词，但对中秋尝月，吃月饼的描述，是明代的《西湖游览志会》才有记载：“八月十五日谓之中秋，民间以月饼相遗，取团圆之义”。到了清代，关于月饼的记载就多起来了，而且制作越来越精细。

人们把水看作是大自然给人类的无偿赠品，尽情的使用它、享用它。但是进入20世纪中叶以后，水开始成了稀缺品，而且是无可代的稀缺品!越来越多的城市发出了缺水的告急声!1977年联合国水会议发出警告：水不久将成为一个深刻的社会危机，继续石油危机之后的下一个危机便是水。水资源危机正成为目前人类面临的追主要、追紧迫的环境问题之一。

记的我以前看过这样一个电影：在中国一个十分缺水的山区里，打水都要从几十里以外的地方打，一下雨大家就把家里所有的容器全搬出来盛雨水，而我们却还在浪费水资源、破坏水资源，难道这不是等于在犯罪吗?我曾做过一次试验，如果正常洗一次手只需要约0.5千克的水，而如果用浪费水的方法洗一次手就要用约2.5千克水，大约是正常洗手的5倍!

面对水的挑战，我们必须清醒地认识到：水资源是有限的，世界上没有任何东西可以代替水!历史上，有多少地方，由于水源的枯竭，绿洲变成沙漠，城市变成废墟。例如：塔克拉玛干大沙漠中的楼兰古城废墟、毛乌素沙漠中的统万城废墟就是见证。一个曾是古丝绸之路上的繁华商城，一个曾是显赫一时的夏国都城，由于没有了水，现在都淹没在流沙之中。一个地方没有了水，人们可以迁住他乡，可是如果地球上所有干净的水都被弄脏耗尽，人们又该迁向何方?

现在，我们必须面对事实，尤其像我们这样一个世界13个贫水国之一国家，人均水资源即少，再加上污染严重，使我们赖以生存得水资源不断恶化!但是，更多的水，使人们浪费、破坏的。我曾看过一份十分让我吃惊的资料：生产同样多的粮食，我国要比美国多用一倍的水;我国万元产值的耗水量超过发达国家的一倍多!

我深信，只要我们珍惜、爱护水资源。把谁管好用好，一不滥用、不浪费而不污染水质，好好调配使用，再加上一些科学技术，不断广开水源，我们的子孙后代就不必再为缺水而发愁，世界的明天一定会更美好!

我家屋后有一条河，它很宽，本该不息地流淌，却如一潭死水，失去了活力，上面漂浮着垃圾，风吹过夹杂着淡淡的腥臭，河里也有鱼，不过鱼肉稀松，很不好吃，想来这就是周围的人把垃圾丢到河边，久而久之，滚入河道，破坏了水质超成的吧。

一、美化与设计

手抄报的美化与设计涉及的范围主要有：版面设计与报头、题花、插图、尾花和花边设计等.

1、版面设计是出好手抄报的重要环节

要设计好版面,须注意以下几点：

(1)明确本期手抄报的主要内容是什么,选用有一定意义的报头(即报名).一般报头应设计在最醒目的位置;

(2)通读所编辑或撰写的文章并计算其字数,根据文章内容及篇幅的长短进行编辑(即排版).一般重要文章放在显要位置(即头版);

(3)要注意长短文章穿插和横排竖排相结合,使版面既工整又生动活泼;

(4)排版还须注意：字的排列以横为主以竖为辅,行距要大于字距,篇与篇之间要有空隙,篇与边之间要有空隙,且与纸的四周要有3CM左右的空边.另外,报面始终要保持干净、整洁.

2、手抄报报头

报头一般由主题图形,报头文字和几何形体色块或花边而定,或严肃或活泼、或方形或圆形、或素雅或重彩.

其步骤有二：一是准备阶段,另一是编制阶段.

主要是各种材料、工具的准备.具体包括：拟定本期手抄报的报名;准备好一张白棒纸(大小视需要而定,有半开,四开,八开等,本次政教处举办的手抄报比赛是要求为《日报》大小,即半开);编辑、撰写有关的文字材料(文章宜多准备些);书写、绘图工具等.

The population of the earth is increasing very fast. Humans must make the earth support the increasing population. This has made it necessary for agriculture and industry to develop rapidly.
