随着经济的日益发展，我们的城市已变得越来越美丽，马路上车辆川流不息的景象随处可见。然而由于有些人安全意识淡薄，导致在车水马龙的马路上“上演”了一场场不可挽回得悲剧，当你面对那些触目惊心得场景时，能不感到痛心疾首吗?道路交通安全事故依然是各种事故领域的“头号杀手”。而导致悲剧发生的一个重要原因，就是因为我们欠缺安全防卫知识，自我保护能力差，因此对少年儿童进行安全教育的形势相当紧迫。因此，我向大家倡议：

1、乘坐公共车辆，应该遵守公共秩序，讲究社会公德，注意交通安全。

候车时，应依次排队，站在道路边或站台上等候，不应拥挤在车行道上，更不准站在道路中间拦车。上车时，应等汽车靠站停稳，先让车上的乘客下完车，再按次序上车，不能争先恐后。上车后，应主动买票，主动让座给老人、病人、残疾人、孕妇或怀抱婴儿的乘客。车辆行驶时，要拉住扶手，头、手不能伸出车窗外，以免被来往车辆碰擦。下车时，要依次而行，不要硬推硬挤。下车后，应随即走上人行道。需要横过车行道的，应从人行道内通过;千万不能在车前车尾急穿，这样很不安全。

2、上学、放学和外出活动，我们几乎天天要在道路上行走。走路要保证安全，这里面的学问可多着呢!有不少行人，因为没有掌握好安全横过道路的要领，结果丧身与汽车轮子底下。

横过道路时，要选择有人行横道的地方。这是行人享有“先行权”的安全地带。在这个地带，机动车的行驶速度一般都要减慢，驾驶员也比较注意行人的动态。在没划有人行横道的地方横过道路，要特别注意避让来往的车辆。避让车辆最简单的方法是：先看左边是否有来车，没有来车才走入车行道;再看右边是否有来车，没有来车时就可以安全横过道路了。

横过道路不走人行横道，随便乱穿，或者在汽车已经临近时急匆匆过道路，都是十分危险的举动。

3、在没有交通民警指挥的路段，要学会避让机动车辆，不与机动车辆争道抢行。

4、小学生在放学排路队时要头戴小黄帽，在雾、雨、雪天，最好穿着色彩鲜艳的衣服，以便于机动车司机尽早发现目标，提前采取安全措施。

5、穿越马路，要听从交通民警的指挥;要遵守交通规则，做到 “ 绿灯行，红灯停 ” 。

6、穿越马路，要走人行横道线;在有过街天桥和过街地道的路段，应自觉走过街天桥和地下通道。

7、穿越马路时，要走直线，不可迂回穿行;在没有人行横道的路段，应先看左边，再看右边，在确认没有机动车通过时才可以穿越马路。

8、不要翻越道路中央的安全护栏和隔离墩，更不能在马路上滑滑板。

9、不要突然横穿马路，特别是马路对面有熟人、朋友呼唤，或者自己要乘坐的公共汽车已经进站，千万不能贸然行事，以免发生意外。

10、绿灯亮时，准许车辆、行人通行，但转弯的车辆不准妨碍直行的车辆和被放行的行人通行。

11、黄灯亮时，不准车辆、行人通行，但已越过停止线的车辆和已进入人行横道的行人，可以继续通行。
