饺子饺子——吃了变成人中骄子。每当我现在看到饺子就会想起小时候姥姥劝我吃香喷喷饺子的场景。

饺子历史据说也很悠久了，是我国的传统饮食文化特征之一，深受老百姓的欢迎，民间有“好吃不过饺子”的俗语。每逢喜气洋洋的春节，每到新年的除夕夜，饺子就成为了最重要的角色。因为大年除夕可少不了包饺子吃。我问过妈妈，为什么年夜饭一定要有饺子，妈妈说这是古人传下来的，一家人在除夕的炮竹声中吃年夜饺子，就会有新一年的美好期望与祝愿。饺子文化可是在饮食里面有着很重要的.一席之地呢。

饺子形如元宝，有“招财进宝”之意。饺子可以让人们把各种吉祥的祝愿包到馅里，谁吃到说明谁新的一年有更多的福气，我曾经就为了吃到妈妈包在饺子里的硬币，连吃了20多个饺子，后来被大人们笑话了很久。饺子还代表团圆美满之意。一家人围在一起热火朝天，有说有笑的包着饺子，是一件多么幸福祥和的事情。
