There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. To conclude,college students should try to adapt himself to college life as soon as possible, so as to take full advantages of their precious college time.

Last Sunday, I went sightseeing with my friends in the Fairy Lake Park. I was appreciating the beautiful lake when a scene that didn’t go with its harmony came into my eyes. A couple were cheering loudly on a boat, letting out the noise disturbing all the visitors around. They even threw litter and spat into the water, completely ignoring the sign nearby “No throwing litter into the lake!”

How could they lack public morality so much? I felt sad about them. And I was totally against what they did.

Every individual should think about others’ feelings and avoid polluting the environment while they are enjoying the beautiful scenery; otherwise the Fairy Lake Park would not be fairy at all and lake might be a pool of dirty dead water some day. Therefore we should mind our behavior in public places so that the environment in public places will be more and more beautiful.

我有一文友，是品茶的行家，我最爱到他的书房，打坐喝茶闲聊。在掀唇快饮，润喉漱齿之余，还能领受一点茶文化。一日，痴迷茶具的他，不知从哪弄来一功夫茶器具，邀我去啜茗清谈。茶是好茶，茶具更是精品。酒杯大小的茶杯，他能抿上四五回。我不行，一口吞下去，也没觉着一丝茶味。两杯下肚，我不干了，换上了大杯。文友责怪道，哪有你这样喝茶的?
