Traffic safety is everybodys business. We must obey the rules. For example, we must walk on sidewalks , when we cross zebra – crossing, stop and look right and left, and then go across fast. Living alone or Living with Roommates

Nowadays, there has appeared a heated discussion among the college students as to whether they should live alone outside the campus or live together with other roommates in the students’ dormitory. Opinions are divided over the matter.

Those who are in favor of Living alone maintain that it is very convenient to live by themselves. They can enjoy absolute freedom in a room of their own. It has been estimated that a thousand years ago there were less than 400 million people on earth. Today, however, the worlds population has amounted to 5,000 million. What is worse, it keeps growing at a surprising speed. If this trend continues, the worlds population will shoot up to 7,000 million by the year 2000. This is what we call population explosion.
