meaningful rather than touring. So I found a job at a fast food restaurant and

worked there as a cleaner. I worked eight hours a day for three weeks. This job

half way. But, I stuck to it with determination. Every day I started to work

early in the morning and got home late in the evening. Finally, I finished the

job before the new school term. Now, I realize what labor means. I think it is

I am a middle school student .I have many lessons ,i like English ,because

its interesting.And i dont like math ,because its very difficult ,There are

many theater in my nigeborhood ,I like Green theater,its very cheap there

.About clothing store i like Bobs clothing store they have friendly service

,and i dont like Jacks clothing store .Because its expensive.

This are what I like and dont like things.

In recent years, my hometown has changed greatly, because of new road and

railway has been built. Previously, my hometown was closed to the outside world.

Several years ago, the government paid much money on changing the basic

equipment of my hometown.

Building new roads is the biggest project. It took

about half a year to build the new road. After finish, people have more methods

to make money. And we have more communication with other places, which is a good

way to develop ourselves. About two years latter, the railway was built. After

that, there have been more and more changes happened in my hometown. Now, my

hometown has developed into a big and rich town. People live a happy life.

天空中悬浮着一些灰色的尘埃，阳光因无法传透而显得那样苍白。我的哭声并没有撕开那灰色的天幕，它不落泪，反而更加悲哀。

记得我十岁那年，一位叔叔将一只小狗送给了我，我给它取了个名字叫毛毛。

毛毛才一个多月大，全身布满了大大小小的棕色斑纹，向外凸出的黑鼻子显得有些淘气，黑亮的眼睛好像会说话毛毛年纪太小，步态不稳，走起路来像一个小毛球，十分可爱。每当看到它摇摇晃晃地摔倒时，我就会学着它在家里大醉拳。

自从毛毛来到我们家，我总是挂念着它。每天一放学，我就赶紧回家，一进家门就把它抱在怀里，总要和它快活地玩上一阵子。平时爸爸爱喂它好吃的东西，妈妈则爱带他到花园里去闲逛，毛毛俨然成了我家的第四位成员。

虽然我们对毛毛备加爱护，但一段时间以后，毛毛开始不吃不喝，而且有时还发出一种痛苦的叫声，听了直叫人揪心。它的眼睛透出虚弱无助的目光，似乎在向我寻求一种帮助，帮助他脱离病魔的困扰。我们全家人每天都耐心地喂他吃药，可毛毛的病情越来越严重，我们一致决定带毛毛去动物医院治疗。

动物医院的医生告诉我们，毛毛的病得不轻，得给它打两针。

当我们要离开医院时，医生说，其实给毛毛打的两针作用可能也不大，病会不会好主要看它自己的造化了。

回家后毛毛的病还是不见好转，身体变得更加虚弱，我想让它站着，不要倒下，它已经站不起来了;让它喝水，它也不喝……我真的无计可施了，只是默默地看着它，搂着它，希望它能挺过这场灾难。

我望着“滴答滴答”走动的时钟，真想让毛毛的生命像时间一样永不停止，一直延续下去。毛毛急促地、艰难地喘息着，当它发出最后那声惨叫时，也就到达了它生命的终点。它的眼睛慢慢闭上了，四肢松软了，我知道，它死了，再也不会活过来了。顿时，强忍在心里的悲伤再也难以控制，喷涌的泪水模糊了我的眼睛。

没有雨的天不一定晴朗，没有泪的童年不一定快乐。等到我的心情平静下来之后，我和妈妈找了一块长着小草小树的地方把毛毛埋了。再见了我亲爱的小狗!记忆的画面逐渐缩小，最后定格在一片灰色的天空上。

Health is very important for everyone. So people want to have a healthy

The Way to Stay Healthy

Health is most important for any of us.]n order to stay healthy,we need

some common knowledge.

You must pay attention to the diet.We should eat lots of fruit and

vegetables,because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat.As a proverb says,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health.Dont

have a lot of food that contains too much fat,such as butter.Meanwhile,sweets

should be eaten in proper quantity,because too much sugar does harm to us.Dont

drink too much coffee,either.

在这个美丽的世界上，我度过了十二个春夏秋冬，十二年来有许多人曾经帮助过我。在这之中，给我印象最深的，却是我刚上初中时发生的一件小事。

星期五上午最后一节课是体育课。上完这节课，同学们都已是饥肠辘辘了。当我们回到班级，正准备享用一顿丰盛的午餐时，却发现：饭箱是空的!这是怎么回事呢?

我们都走进了教室。啊!只见三十九盒饭整整齐齐地摆放在每个同学的桌子上，上面还放着一张湿纸巾。这下我全都明白了：原来，方雪莹同学在大家上体育课时，帮同学把饭盒放在了大家桌子上。

“嘿，你真行啊!”

“谢谢你帮我们拿饭!”同学们都对她赞不绝口。

这时，王老师走进了教室：“同学们，知不知道你们的饭盒是谁放的呢?”“方雪莹!”大家异口同声地说。老师露出了赞许的微笑，“对，是方雪莹同学帮你们放好了饭盒，大家……”话音未落，已被同学们的掌声淹没了，一浪又接一浪……

我低头看着那盒饭，刹那间，一种感动从心底油然而生!这盒饭，饱含着方雪莹对同学们的一片爱心啊!

通过这件事，同学们都变得更有爱心了。只要请过病假的同学，李文琳，信思远，王靖鸿……没有一个不帮同学拿饭、放饭盒的。我甚至希望，自己也能够病一次，为同学们奉献爱心……

在阿长与《山海经》里，鲁迅曾怀着真挚的感情为长妈妈呼唤：“仁厚黑暗的地母，愿在你在怀里永安他的魂灵!”这种刻骨铭心的人间至爱显露了鲁迅心灵最为柔和的一面。

人总有缺点，就算不能犯错的保姆也不例外：常常喜欢切切察向人们低声诉说些什么事，还竖起第二个手指在空中上下移动或者顶着对手或自己鼻子。又不许鲁迅小时走动，拔一株草搬一块石头就说鲁迅顽皮要就告诉鲁迅的母亲一到夏天睡觉时她又伸开双手双脚，在床中间摆在个“大”子，使得小鲁迅没有余地翻身。

但她也有很多的优点，春节到了那种兴奋由然而生，放鞭炮，贴对联，给小鲁迅讲春节的故事，也会在晚上坐在摇椅上听那椅子发出的吱吱声，讲着那《山海经》的故事。

而且总是那么幽默：哥儿，你牢牢记住!她说。“明天是正月初一，清早一睁开眼睛，第一句话就是记得对我说阿妈恭喜恭喜”：搞得小鲁迅捧腹大笑。

通知字里行间，我感受到了旧社会的残酷、冷漠、无形、黑暗。但我又从鲁迅和阿长感受到了那时候每个中国人都在寻找着通往中国黎明的路，每个中国人都渴望看到在中国天空上五颜六色的彩虹，每个中国人都在期待着看到旗杆上高高飘扬的五星红旗。

if we have a book ,we will not be felling of being longly when im free or in trouble, i always take out a book and read quietly. in no time, ive put my heart into it so that ill forget all the troubles. its in this way that ive formed the habit of reading in any time.

昨天，我背着沉重的书包上学的时候，看到一群小孩子举着玩具在玩闹嬉戏。顿时，这像一辆记忆的推土机，轰隆隆推开了我尘封的记忆。

时光倒转六个车轮，我上一年级，没有家庭作业，每天只高兴的玩耍，自由自在，好不快活!每天都会有许多时间读书。伴着夕阳，童话中的白雪公主和七个小矮人就跳下书来和我玩耍，那样的日子是多么令人留恋啊……

一年又一年，窗台上的花开了，又谢了。我长大了，跨入了中学的校门，随着功课的增加，作业也渐渐加码，我们就像一辆辆磁悬浮列车，双轨的压力促使我们不停地前进!

在成绩上升，老师赞赏，家长奖励的同时，我们的快乐随之而减少。我们不在疯狂的玩耍，不在每晚守着电视看动画片。我们长大了，我们成了标准的“模范孩子”。我们变得拘谨，不再打打闹闹，偶尔提到“玩”字，他似乎来自火星，离我们太远太远了。

谁说小小少年没有烦恼?小小少年也会成长。小时候，幻想自己在一夜间长大，口袋里有用不完的钱，可以买到漂亮的发卡，彩色的橡皮筋，还有可口的零食，想干什么就干什么，不用上学，不用考试，多么愉快啊!可是今天，已经成为小大人的我，马上就要实现自己童年幻想的我，怎么突然退缩了呢?怎么突然想在当一次小孩子了呢?啊，我这是怎么了?

“姐姐，姐姐”的喊声让我一下子清醒过来。一群小孩子望着我，红红的小脸上透着纯洁天真。我扭头看了一下肩上的书包，使劲向上甩了一下，向小孩子们道别。是的，我长大了，肩上也担负着重任。我不再是小孩子了。我应该懂得成长的意义了。它是磨练，是牺牲，是痛苦，是泪水，更是另一种坚强。谁都需要成长。每个人身上都有责任。

我背着书包，坚定的向学校走去。我已经长大了，我不再是小孩子了。

Memory is important for everyone in all ages. How to improve it? It is a

complex question. I have several suggestions. Firstly, have enough rest. Enough

sleep can make sure brain works normally, because when people sleep, their brain

and other organs also can rest. Enough rest can provide enough energy. Secondly,

keep always thinking. Do not get used to the current situation. Keeping thinking

when meets things can exercise brain. Thirdly, eat some healthy food that is

good for memory, such as, radish, cabbage and spinach. I think these are helpful

to improve memory.
