今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!

白色污染White Pollution

With the remarkable improvement of people’s living standard, people tend to buy more goods. As a result, a plenty of plastic bags are threw around and caused white pollution. Not only does it do harm to the environment, but also give people the impression that the city is dirty. As we all known, plastic bags are non-biodegradable material and it will stay in the soil for a long time. What’s worse, the poison released from the plastic bags is harmful.

随着人民生活水平的显著提高，人们购买的商品越来越多。所以，到处都是塑料袋，造成白色污染。塑料袋不仅污染环境，也给人城市很脏的印象。众所周知，塑料袋是不可生物降解的材料，会长期留在土壤里面。更糟糕的是，从塑料袋中释放的有毒物质是有害的。

Being current generation of young people, we should take measures to control the use of plastic bags .We can substitute them with cloth bags or reuse them. And the government can make rules to avoid using them. If we do our best, the use of plastic bags can be reduced, thus the white pollution can be controlled.

作为当代年轻的一代，我们应该采取措施来控制塑料袋的使用。我们可以用布袋来替代塑料袋或者重复使用。政府也可以制定规定来避免使用塑料袋。如果我们努力做好，塑料袋的使用就可以减少了，从而白色污染也会得到控制。

On Water Shortage

No one can have failed to notice the fact that water shortage is a grave problem with which the whole world is confronted. Actually, it has become so widespread that it has severely affected peoples daily life and hindered the development of the global economy.

A number of factors could account for the problem, but the following might be the critical ones. First, with the development of agriculture and industry, an increasing amount of water is needed. Secondly, the ever-increasing population is another leading cause of water shortage. Besides, the global tendency of warming up also contributes to the problem. Whats worse, pollution and waste of fresh water aggravate the situation.In view of the seriousness of the problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. First, it is essential that laws and regulations be worked out and enforced to protect water resources. Secondly, people should enhance their awareness of saving water. With these measures taken, it is reasonable

for us to expect a brighter future.

你们好！我是**市南山实验学校六年级的一名学生。

如今十分发达的地球，但是却有十分重大的隐患，这都是人为制造出来的：大肆砍伐树木、建立化工厂、胡乱排放有害液体。"对人类威胁较大的气体，世界每年的排放量达6亿多吨……"看见这一组组令人触目惊心的数字，真是叫人吃惊何感想？从2300万年到1800万年前森林古猿的出现到现在人类高度发达的文明时代，对于每个人从未停止过的索取，大自然都是"有求必应"的，这更滋长了人类的贪欲。

环保局的各位领导，以下是我为这个美丽的城市所提出来的建议，供你们参考！

第一，我们要做到讲究卫生，因为那样才能够保护环境！当然就是不能随地吐痰，不乱扔垃圾，不在公共场所吸烟，不制造噪音。

第二，我们要保护自然环境，那样万物才能共同生存在一个美好的家园。我们不但自己要做到，而且还得以自己的力量来提倡身边的人不猎杀、不使用珍稀动物和受保护的动物，关爱与保护野生动植物；植树造林，爱护我们身边的每一寸绿地、每一株花草、每一片树木！现在我们部分地方已经做起了这个活动项目："分类回收循环再用".我们不能乱丢弃废电池、废塑料等垃圾、废物；而是要将垃圾分类投放，变废为宝，使资源循环再生，造福人类！

第三，我们一定要做到最重要的一个：节约资源减少污染！节水为荣，随时关上水龙头，千万不能浪费我们的水资源！

以上就是我为这个美丽的城市所提出来的建议，希望环保局的领导能参考参考我的建议。

希望我们的城市能越来越美丽！！

随着工业发展，我们的地球日益被破坏，就像《大瀑布的葬礼》这篇课文所说的一样：人们滥砍滥伐，不知节制的用水，使大濗布的水干涸啦。想想我们身边，这样的例子还少吗？例如有的人每一天用完水后，不将水龙头关紧，让水一滴一滴的流失。还有许多同学都爱吃零食，吃后乱扔垃圾，影响环境。要知道我们的地球只有一个啊！为啦保护地球，我提出以下建议：

1、不要乱扔垃圾。当我们吃完零食之后，要将零食包装扔进垃圾箱里，我们还可以在桌子旁系一个塑料袋，用来装铅笔屑等。我们生活中的垃圾要分可回收垃圾和不可回收垃圾，然后抛入指定垃圾桶。

2、我们生活中尽量少使用一次性物品，多使用可循环物品，如：我们应尽量少使用一次电池、饭盒、筷子等。

3、我们不能滥砍滥伐，而要植树造林。如果世界上每一个都植一棵树，世界将充满生机。

4、我们要节约用水，我国是一个“贫水”国，有许多地区缺水，因此我们更要节约用水。

5、我们不能过度使用化学品，否则会污染环境，影响人类的身体健康。

6、我们人类不能毫无节制的开采自然资源，为我们的子孙后代留下一份遗产，“但存方寸地，留与子孙耕！”

同学们让我们从身边的小事做起，保护地球，保护环境，保护自然资源吧！

我们要保护小动物，特别是小鸡这类弱小的动物，因为小鸡早晨可以叫我们起床，可以生一个又一个圆圆的的鸡蛋，还可以提供鸡肉给我们吃。

在地球上有很多树，这些树可以净化我们的空气。可是就有一些人却要把树砍了，制做成纸。因为大量的树都被砍伐了，所以台风、泥石流等自然灾害开始猖狂肆虐了。这些自然灾害导致很多人都丧命了，有些人虽然没死，但也无家可归、流离失所了。为了避免自然灾害的到来，我们要保护地球，保护我们唯一的家园，不滥砍滥伐、不污染空气、不污染水等这些都是我们应该做到的。

地球上还有许多小动物，这些小动物有的可爱有的凶猛。为我们地球增添一副自然而美丽的景象。可是，现在地球上的许多生物都要濒临绝种。我们也要保护小动物，因为小动物是我们的朋友。

现在，环境和地球已经被破坏的很严重了，比如：工厂里排放出滚滚浓烟，把天空都给熏黑了，而且，工厂里还排放出又脏又臭的污水，把小河都染黑了;而且，更严重的是，人们还乱砍乱伐，把一棵棵无辜的大树都砍伐倒了，时不时就会刮起一阵阵狂风。

大家快看，现在环境已经被破坏的如此严重了，我们应该从自身做起保护环境爱护地球，比如：节约每一张纸，因为，每一张纸都是用大树做的，每产一吨纸，就要消耗几棵大树;节约每一度电，因为每发一次电，就要让发电厂的烟囱冒出滚滚浓烟……

人类们，请大家爱护自己的家园，为了自己的家园，请大家保护环境爱护地球。
