邮政业是现代服务业的关键产业，是推动流通转型、促进消费升级的现代产业，是物流领域的先导产业。当前，行业正处在大有可为的战略机遇期，发展态势长期向好。今年政府工作报告明确提出“发展物流快递，把以互联网为载体、线上线下互动的新兴消费搞得红红火火”。在十二届全国人大三次会议记者会上，李克强总理向世界发出了“我很愿意为网购、快递和带动的电子商务等新业态做广告”的最强音。
