An essential quality for young people is diligence.Nowdays,the issue on the

Diligence provides us more chancs to be succeed. As the saying goes “The

to improve himself. And that is the key to be succeed. If

we spend some time observing people around us,we can easily find some

people,just like Li Jiachen,are diligence and successful.

All in all,as a young people,once we have cultivated the essential quality

of diligence,we can achieve academic achievements,get a high score and have more

chances to be succeed. Once we have this essential quality:diligence,it do helps

us a lot in many ways.

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal University life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal University life.

Those, however, are not what University life is all about. As we all know, University is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal University life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my University life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. streets. Governments at all levels have to do something to solve the problem of

heavy traffic in the city.

government should build more roads. This action can decrease the degree of

street congestion and make it possible for cars to run faster than ever before.

But each coin has two sides. If a city builds too many roads, the streets will

occupy much land. We will have little space used for other purposes. So

secondly, more special bus lines for public transportation should be added. Thus

people can go conveniently everywhere they like; they will not ride bikes or

I make some new plans for myself. My first resolution has to do with selfimprovement. I want to join an English club to improve my English. I want to get good grades next time. Presently, the world is faced with serious water problems. But these problems witt become more intense and more complex in the future. Our increasing population witt tremendously increase urban waters, primarily sewage. On the other hand, increasing demands for water witt decrease substantially the amount of water available for diluting wastes. Rapidly expanding industries which involve more and more complex chemical processes will produce large volumes of liquid wastes. Many of thesewitt contain chemicals that are poisonous. To feed our rapidly expanding population, agriculture will have to be intensified. This will involve ever increasing quantities of agriculture chemicals. From this, it is apparent that drastic steps must be taken immediately to develop corrective measures for the pollution problems.

There are two ways by which these pollution problems can be lessened. The first relates to the treatment of wastes to decrease their pollution hazard. This involves the processing of solid wastes "prior to" disposal and the treatment of liquid wastes to permit the reuse to the water or best reduce pollution upon final disposal. The second approach is to develop an economic use for all or part of the wastes. Farm manure is spread in fields as a nutrient. Wastes from sewage disposal plants are used in some areas both for irrigation and for the nutrients contained. Liquid wastes from other processing plants may also be used as a supplemental source of water. Only by doing these promptly now can we expect to solve the serious water problems in the future.

Hello everyone.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh

experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have

experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher

to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself

could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even

worse there would be nobody remind me except my teacher!So the differences are

everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its

wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a

habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my

favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I

wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced

teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive

got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful

lives in our campus!

世界上最伟大、无私的爱就是母爱，这种爱像炎炎夏日里送来的雪糕，凉爽透心，像寒冷冬日里一杯热腾腾的咖啡，汁滋润着我们的心。

室外，秋风如魔鬼般的吼叫，令人颤抖，秋叶也簌簌地飘飞而下，像在空中乱舞的蝴蝶。

房间，我正沉迷于我的游戏之中，“没有想到还有这么菜的队友，这也能打输，今天真是踩到狗屎运了……”我正为刚才打游戏输的那局感到烦躁。

这时，房门“吱”的一声传入我耳中，只见妈妈端来一杯白开水走了进来：“孩子，少玩会游戏，多看一些课外书。你的眼睛本来就近视了，不要再玩了。”妈妈劝阻地语气对我说。

“我玩玩游戏你也管？唠唠叨叨的，烦不烦人？”我瞬间将刚才打游戏失败的怒气和怨气全发泄给了妈妈。

“唉…竟然你都这样说了，我决定以后不会再管你了，随你怎么玩吧。”妈妈阴沉着脸，红着眼眶对我说道，我顿时愣住了，平时对我最关心的人今天却完全变了个样子，唉，可能是我刚才的不善言语伤害到了妈妈，我也很后悔刚才说的话。“唉……”妈妈口中的叹息连连吐出，向房外走去，将门用力“哐”地一声关上。我一动不动地坐在床上，想起刚才与妈妈闹予盾的情景，我的脸顿时像被热火烤熟一样烫。

我顿时感到自己伤了妈妈的心，应该去向妈妈道歉。我不想看见妈妈那伤心欲绝的样子，我只希望她能原谅我，我也会保证以后再也不会说出这样过分的话了。可是我还是没有这个勇气，经过激烈思想斗争，最终还是决定鼓起勇气去向妈妈道歉。

我轻悄悄地打开房门，走到客厅，迈着缓慢的步子向妈妈走去。只见妈妈坐在椅子上呆呆地望着窗外，晶莹的泪珠从潮红的眼眶里滑落。看看妈妈那伤心欲绝的神情，我也感到惭愧。

“妈妈，刚才我说的那番话有点过分了，对……对不起。”我的脸又开始发烫了，我结结巴巴地对妈妈说。

“孩子，你知道吗？有些孩子成绩优秀，那是因为他们学习刻苦、勤奋，学习态度也很好，而那些成绩差的，就是他们迷上了这个叫‘游戏’的东西，就爱不释手了，他们的成绩当然也就不好。我要你看书，是因为这些对你有好处啊！我不是不准你玩游戏，但也要学会节制啊！知道吗？＂妈妈用手轻轻地抚摸着我的头，严肃地对我说。

我现在并不感到妈妈的唠叨烦人了，这些唠叨都是对我的爱啊！我如果不好好学习，对得起妈妈吗？

“孩子，你今天有勇气来为你的所作所为来道歉，我很欣慰，你醒悟了就好。”妈妈将那双纤细的双手放在我的肩上，妈妈用那慈爱的目光打量着我，晶莹的泪珠又一次滑回腮边。

我原来以为妈妈会因此而批评我，令我万万没想到的是，妈妈不仅骂我，反用道理来教育我。听了妈妈一番话，不知不觉，我的眼泪也掉了下来了。

世界上没有什么爱比母爱还要伟大了，为了我含冤受屈，也无言无悔。回忆起十多年来，母爱真正成为了我成长的养料，她照顾我的生活，使我起居无忧；她花费钱财，使我安心学习；她给予我关怀，使我成长。
