人与人的交流，无非是语言与文字两种方式。在这两种方式中，用的都是字词、语句，你说的每一句话，都是有语文中的字词组成的。若你在语文阅读中能够积累更多的好词妙句，那么你的语言将添上色彩。除此之外，语文阅读中应该深入理解，领悟每一个词、每一句话，乃至每一段，阅读报纸、与人聊天时才不会出现不明不白、走马观花的情况。例如：别人讲了一句：“那家伙两面三刀，绝对信不过！”你连“两面三刀”都不知道什么意思，就只好不懂装懂地点点头，应和声：“对呀！”这样，你也只能怪自己没有学好语文了。

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. 4月20日这一天，我们来到了军训基地，我们每一位同学都做好了为期三天军训的准备。心里带着一丝丝的兴奋和一丝丝的恐惧。

日夜生活不能再颠倒，离开了父母，生活都得进行自理。突然对时间变得敏感的和重视。()收起了平时的任性与调皮，多了一份沉着冷静。

在这军训的三个日日夜夜里，我们用汗水挥洒着时间，用步伐歌舞着青春，用军歌震撼着内心……把军事训练，进行到底。看着教官严肃的神情，和响亮的命令，同学们都丝毫不敢有半分松懈，全力以赴的服从着。把军事训练进行到底……

军姿，齐步，方阵，军歌，拉歌，军训生活简单而不枯燥，想练好但不能急躁，有历练的痛苦也有甘甜的回报。在这段时间里，我们变得成熟冷静，有了突然负荷的责任感，有了比以往更广的眼界。我爱这具有节奏感的日子，我爱这团结一致的日子，我爱这苦尽甘来的日子。

虽然在最后的比赛中，我们一排没有拿到名次，同学们个个都沮丧不已，但教官不但没有责怪我们反而安慰我们鼓励我们。这让我们在场的同学们都纷纷留下了眼泪，这其中有对比赛失败的伤感，也有即将离开对教官的不舍。

午后的阳光打在同学们的脸上，更明显了同学们哭得红红的眼睛，再分别照了相、留念之后，大家在不舍也的离开。

这短短的三天里，留给我的是无限宝贵的回忆，无限宝贵的经验教训。在这三天里，我们都长大了不少，都懂了不少。

People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

The scenery in the journey is very beautiful, There is many hills, But not how many waters, My happpy mood did not therefore suffer the influence, Because Im not to like the water very much, Especially big river.

Keep in mind the strange and pleased mood, I arrived Yiwu. The many people says, Yiwu become famous because of small merchandise, I approve very much now, However the night that I like it. I live the neighborhood in hills, Air is very good, But there is a lot of insectual. The sunlight is very strong there sevral days, Usually in the daytime of time, I sleeping in house, The nightfall go to play. Very quick a week passde by.

随着时代的发展，人们的生活越来越富裕了，但在新世纪初，人类也付出了沉痛的代价：全球变暖。

大量的废气排放，使南极上方的臭氧层被破坏，出现一个大洞。极地冰川加速融化，严重影响了南、北两极生物的生活。没有了大气层的保护，使全球变暖……，这样下去，地球迟早会被毁灭!

怎么办?只有自己才能拯救自己!挽救地球要靠减少工业污染，要国家来推动。当然对我们每个地球人来说，更要从我做起，倡导低碳生活，减少对大气层的污染。

低碳要从身边做起：从现在开始，少买一件衣服，就能减少至少2.5千克的碳排放;少开车，多骑车或多乘公车，都能减少碳排放量;多吃素，因为多吃肉，造成的碳排放量也非常多;买房后不过度装修，也能减少二氧化碳的排放……

这些都是减少排放的常识。在我家，也悄悄兴起了低碳生活。

夏日的夜晚总是那样炎热，家家户户都要开空调，我们家也不例外。一次雷雨过后，已是深夜了。全家人都进了卧室。妈妈没把空调打开，而是把门窗都打开了。我不明白，就问妈妈。妈妈回答说：“夏天只要下过雨之后，天气就会变得很凉爽，比空调还高效。这还能做到低碳环保呢!”我恍然大悟，也默默地把低碳的理念记在我的心里。一次，我看见爸爸倒垃圾时，用了四、五只塑料袋，就马上跑过去制止他说：“少用塑料袋，也能减少对地球的污染。”爸爸点点头，连声称是。哈哈!你看，我也成了“低碳小卫士”了。

其实，低碳生活与你、我、大家都息息相关啊!让我们一起行动起来，减少碳排放，共同保护我们的地球母亲!
