说做就做。于是，我找来鸡蛋，取出两个，放进锅里就开始煮了。不一会儿，鸡蛋就煮熟了。我就把煮好的两个鸡蛋往放生鸡蛋的米箩里一放，看了又看，我实在看不出生、熟鸡蛋有何区别。我想，除非有老孙的火眼金睛，否则谁也看不出来。接着，我就照着书上说的，随意地拿起一个鸡蛋，在饭桌上旋了起来，这个鸡蛋真没有用，只转了几下就倒了下去。书上说这样的应该是生鸡蛋，于是我就把刚才转的那个放在生鸡蛋的队伍里。可是，哪两个是我刚才煮熟的呢？放进去的时候我还记得，一转眼，我都搞不清楚了。我只好把米箩里的鸡蛋挨个拿出，转了一个，还是很快就倒了，这是生的。我一连转了三个都是生的，这时我有点心虚了，如果找不出那两个熟的，可能要挨骂了。没有办法，事情已到了这地步，只好硬着头皮干下去。于是我又拿了一个，开始转起来，没想到，这个鸡蛋挺听话，连续转了八、九圈才倒下，看样子，这个就是熟鸡蛋。就这样，我把米箩里的所有的鸡蛋都转了一遍，终于把那两个熟鸡蛋找了出来。然后，我就随意找一个熟的，小心地敲破（真怕判断失误），一看白色的固体蛋白呈现在我面前，哈哈，真是熟的。于是我把另一个熟鸡蛋也剥开了，结果一样。我兴奋极了，把两个鸡蛋津津有味地给吃了。

兴奋劲过后我又思考起来，为什么鸡蛋随便一转就可以辨别生、熟呢？这到底是怎么一回事？这一连串的问题不断地在我大脑中浮现，好奇心促使我再次打开了书。原来熟鸡蛋的内部因为加热温度升高，所以凝固了，它的重心就下移，所以旋转起来就不容易倒下；而生鸡蛋的内部是液体，在旋转过程中，蛋清四处乱撞，重心不稳，所以很快就倒了。

这个有趣的实验使我明白了一个道理：知识总在生活中。我们只要处处用心，就有收获。

我口口声声地大声地向大人们说今天谁都不许睡，谁睡谁就是大懒猪。可没过多久把握给睡着了，就进入了梦乡，把刚才的诺言望的一干二净。最可惜的是错过了好吃好吃得的年夜饭———饺子。

终于放假了，我决定先痛痛快快的玩，然后在写作业。可是，看着堆积如山的寒假作业，我改变了我原来的想法，先写作业，在肆无忌惮的玩。

在寒假里，我准备看《伊索寓言》和《安徒生童话》，然后不会的字问姐姐或查字典，不过最好是查字典，因为不但可以学会查字典还可以知道一个字的意思或一个词的意思，更帮助我提高写作文的水平。我还要吃的胖胖的，还要睡觉，还要玩电脑看电视跟姐姐捉迷藏，还要在寒假的时候预习课本，写一些课外的习题，还要学会打字还有好多好多数都数不完呢!

寒假马上就要画上一个圆满的句号，在寒假生活里，我经历过很多事情，有快乐、有悲伤、有忧愁、有烦恼，但是在这多姿多彩的寒假生活里，有几件事令我难以从脑海里抹去。

对于我来说，寒假无非就是补课和过年而已。如我所想，今年一放假，那成堆成堆、一箱一箱、一数一箩筐的作业如石头一样压在我心上，砸到我的头上，让我窒息。疯狂的补课开始了。早上我本想好好地睡个美容觉，可是却被我妈妈那只大手从床上像拿鸡毛掸子一样把我抡了起来。吃完了早饭，我开始发疯了一样埋头苦写。作业把我折磨的不成样子：三本主科作业、抄写笔记、黑马阅读、好词好句、数学练习、补充读本、古诗……嗷！一想到这些我就像着了魔一样，谁知我是被逼无奈啊！完了完了我一看表：11点了！啊！又要上课了。我像疯子一样拉着爸爸飞出门外。到了鼎立大语文班，老师的笔风一样地写，我们风一样地记，我们是一群“疯子”。一堂课下来，我感觉头晕地玄，迅速收拾书包向奥数班挺进，“冲呀——老爸！”

(一)打保龄球

寒假期间，我和家人一起在北京过的。大年初二我们就到密云水库附近的云佛度假山庄游玩。

我们觉得那里的保龄球馆不错，进去以后，先是吧台，后面是休息室和电视，再就是一排排整齐的球道。

球道是由打过蜡的木地板和两边的回球槽组组成。在它的后面是一个重达几百公斤的机器，专门为了摆球瓶用的。

我们先换鞋，我和姐姐都不太会打。大伯伯教我们：先将右手大拇指放到球三个洞中最大的洞里，然后把中指和无名指放到其他两个较小的洞中，食指和小拇指连同左手一起把球托住。然后向前跑，快到球道的时候，左手松开，侧身一站，右脚滑步，并用右手把球仍出去。一个标准的动作就完成了。

我试了几次，渐渐有了感觉，便和姐姐开始比赛。第一个球(一个球两个回合，投两次)蒙蒙姐姐动作很好，但是她投出的球没劲，只打倒了3只球瓶。我的动作马马乎乎打倒了4只球瓶;第二个球姐姐没打准只有一个球瓶倒下，可是她补中了1个瓶，她心理挺高兴，我也替她高兴。但这次我只打倒了2个球瓶。

第三个球……哇!第九个球我一下子打了一个全中!比分也一下子超过了蒙蒙姐姐，我心里头相当的高兴!

最终我以65比54胜过了姐姐，我心里别提多高兴了，因为这是我第一次打保龄球，而且还战胜了对手!

滑雪(二)

在前些天的寒假里，我和爷爷来到北京找我的堂姐玩，她叫蒙蒙，只比我大两个月，

大年初二，我们和爷爷奶奶还有大伯伯、大妈妈、蒙蒙姐姐到北京六环外的密云区云佛山滑雪厂。

这个滑雪厂共有七个滑雪道分别是3个初级道、1个中级道、1个高级道，还有一个U形道和一个越野道。今年遇上暖冬，北京没有下雪，眼前白茫茫的雪道，都是由造雪机吹出来的。这是我第一次见到的人造雪，踩上去软绵绵的，和真的雪一样。

我们开始滑第一个初级道，我还不会滑时，大妈妈扶着我，我坐着“椅子”上去，她跟着我在雪上一步一步走上去。我该往下滑时，有点紧张，她边扶着我边给我鼓励。往下滑时速度不由自主的比较快，大妈妈怕我摔着，不顾自己的危险，跟着我跑了下来，这样上上下下的跟着我跑了三四趟，我很感动，从内心深深地感谢亲爱的大妈妈!

我慢慢的会滑了，便自己滑了几次，很好，我会滑了!便到第二个初级道去滑，坡比上一个更陡更长了。我鼓足勇气，上去了，用不标准的刹车往下滑，啊!!!差点摔一跤，最终我滑下来了!我又试了几次，总算学会了!啊!今天我的收获不小，真高兴!

滑雪(三)

第二天我们又来到滑雪场，滑雪。今天的雪板比昨天短了这样我可以更好的控制，雪仗比昨天的长更利于我发挥。我又买了一副滑雪眼镜，以免滑雪时刺眼。

开始奶奶帮我请了一位教练，教我在雪道上怎样停住。他让我看他的脚，是形成内八字形。八字越大，刹的越急，口儿越小，刹得越缓。我听了教练的话，去试着模仿，一次不行，两次还不行，三次、四次……我终于停住了!我高兴极了!!!

这时，蒙蒙滑过来说：“咱们去第三个初级道滑吧”。我有些害怕，姐姐说：“没事”。我鼓足勇气跟姐姐上了第三个初级道。啊!更陡了，只能更快，好害怕呀!总算下来了。姐姐说：“再来一次”，我心里还是有些紧张，但又想怎能在一个女生面前丢男生的份儿，就硬着头皮说：“行”。便跟着蒙蒙上去了。这一次，我一直刹着车，能稍微慢一点的滑下来。我又试了好几次，总算逐渐掌握了要领。

今天收获可真大呀，我学到了不少关于滑雪的知识，我们高高兴兴地回到了北京市区。

时间过的真快，转眼又是一年了，今天上午学校开始放寒假了。与以往放假时一样，妈妈总是在假期开始是要求我自己订一个假期计划，目的是为了我能在假期中合理安排好，既能在学习中寻找到各种乐趣，又能学到更多的知识。

首先，我要把寒假作业和老师布置的学习任务认认真真地完成好，要多锻炼身体，保持身体健康。

其次，我要练习书法，长大以后能写一手好字，要多看电视新闻，了解社会。我要坚持写日记，以前我写日记都是为了应付家长的检查，一点内容也没有，以后我打算每天看一篇课外书，把寒假期间的一些所见所闻、所思所想一一地记录在日记本上，要多看一些妈妈给我买的智慧背囊、优秀作文，学习一下人家的写作方法，提高自己的写作水平。在上网时间多进入，多看看别人是怎么写的，用取长补短的方法向别人多学习一些，少玩一些电脑游戏，它不但会对我们的学习造成影响，而且还对我们的眼睛有坏处。

再次，出去走亲戚时一定要做到文明礼貌、尊敬长辈。过年时要向老师们和长辈们拜年。

最后，我要加强学习的同时，还要多帮家人做一些力所能及的事情。

当新年来临之际，包饺子莫过于中国最传统的习俗了。不过对我这南方孩子而言，新年的饺子甚至能与那些燕窝鲍鱼相媲美。现在可是喜庆的大年初一，我也终于能如愿以偿，不仅能尝到美味的饺子，还能亲自过一把包饺子的瘾儿。

我们一家子五口正在厨房里热热闹闹地准备饺子的原料：新鲜的肉末、绿油油的韭菜末、糯软的粉丝、片儿薄的皮子，还有盐、味精等调料。这些原料经过了爷爷的烹炒、加工，终于摇身一变成为一盆香味四溢的肉馅。

然后，待我向奶奶“拜师学艺”后，就轻松地包起了饺子：我先操起一张雪白的皮子摊在手掌上，用筷子夹了些肉馅放在皮子中央；然后再将皮子的边儿紧紧捏拢，使肉馅密不透风地躺在睡袋一般的皮子里；为了美观，还要将皮子边儿捏得凹凸有致——这下，一只小巧玲珑的饺子就制作完成。尽管它看起来大腹便便、站立不稳，但毕竟是我亲手报的第一个饺子啊。我捋了捋袖子，又一丝不苟地包起第二只、第三只……没过多久，满满一桌小饺子便陆续跳下了铝锅，在热水里欢快地上下翻腾。

一会，一股肉香扑鼻而来，一碗碗热腾腾的饺子争先恐后的上了桌。垂涎三尺的我抵挡不住诱人的香味，迫不及待地夹起一只饺子，津津有味地品尝起来：这饺子皮薄馅嫩，饱满多汁，简直就是“山珍海味”啊！

这次包饺子既让我一饱口福，又使我亲身体验了包饺子的乐趣，真是一件趣味无穷的乐事啊！

今天，我终于得到特赦，妈妈要带我出去，透透气。瞧着阳光正好，我们决定去中山公园玩。

公交车上，我跟妈妈安稳的坐在座位上，瞧着越来越多的人影攒动。公交车内，原本宽敞的空间，渐渐变的狭小。

我正瞧着一路的风光水色，风景无限好。眼角稍微的向里撇了撇，发觉一位老奶奶，慢慢的被人流挤到了我的座位旁。

国庆节，来也匆匆，去也匆匆。看似什么都没有留下，却又留下了很美好的东西。

早晨，天已大亮，太阳还没有升起来，我望着乌黑的天边，口中自言自语道可能不会出太阳了。吃过早饭就去田里插秧，来到路上，有人在卖鱼，深深地吸引了我。

一个中年妇女在路边放了一大桶的鱼，卖鱼人吆喝着卖鱼了，新鲜的鱼，刚从河里捞上来的。叫卖声不断，不一会儿就吸引了许多的人，一人中年大叔看了一眼桶中的鱼，摇摇头说：不要，这些鱼儿都太胆大了，一个人买了，吃不完，有没有小点儿的？说话间就用手审计桶里摆弄了起来，找了一番，摆手而去。卖鱼人似乎有话说，可是欲言又止，站在那里望着园区的背影。

一位妇女走了过来问道：多少钱一斤？卖鱼人笑着答道：五元一斤。那位妇女：抱怨道，太贵了，能不能少一点啊？卖鱼人说：你要就给你少五毛的。妇人听了，就从好桶里捞起了一条鱼，卖鱼人熟练的将鱼儿称了一下，说道：两斤二两。妇女听了说：就算两斤，下次我还给你做生意。卖鱼人可不同意了：她说，刚才单价都给你少了，现在又要少斤两的，这可不行。

妇女见卖鱼人不肯，便狡猾的说道：你不行，我就不买了。卖鱼人见妇女这样说：不行啊，大嫂子，你看我在这守了一大早上了，也挺辛苦的，很不容易，这二两也是一块多钱啊！妇女一听就不高兴了，说道：不就是一卖鱼的吗？我买鱼是给你面子，一元钱都不舍得让，我不买了，说着便走，头也不回。卖鱼人的一看忙说：好了好了，我让给你就是了，这一元你不要给我了。妇女一听。赶忙转身，付了钱，扬长而去。

卖鱼人站在原地，手上攥着钱，看着妇女的背影发呆。
