接着，待我向奶奶“拜师学艺”后，就轻松地包起了饺子：我先操起一张雪白的皮子摊在手掌上，用筷子夹了些肉馅放在皮子中央;然后再将皮子的边儿紧紧捏拢，使肉馅密不透风地躺在睡袋一般的皮子里;为了美观，还要将皮子边儿捏得凹凸有致——这下，一只小巧玲珑的饺子就制作完成。虽然它看起来大腹便便、站立不稳，但毕竟是我亲手报的第一个饺子啊。接着，我捋了捋袖子，又一丝不苟地包起第二只、第三只……没过多久，满满一桌小饺子便陆续跳下了铝锅，在热水里欢快地上下翻腾。

确定了学习目标之后，就要通过科学地安排。使用时间来达到这些目标。要符合"全面、合理、高效"的要求。

全面在安排时间时，既要考虑学习，也要考虑休息和娱乐，既要考虑课内学习，还要考虑课外学习，还要考虑不同学科的时间搭配。

合理要找出每天学习的最佳时间，如有的同学早晨头脑清醒，最适合于记忆和思考;有的则晚上学习效果更好，要在最佳时间里完成较重要的学习任务，此外注意文理交叉安排，如复习一会语文，就做几道算术题，然后再复习自然常识外语待。

高效要根据事情的轻重缓急来安排时间，一般来说，把重要的或困难的学习任务放在前面来完成，因为这时候精力充沛，思维活跃，而把比较容易的放稍后去做。此外，较小的任务可以放在零星时间去完成，以充分做到见缝插针。

寒假里，发生了很多的事情，其中最令我难忘的当然是放烟花啦！

除夕夜的晚上，我们全家正在吃年夜饭时，只听见外面的烟花、爆竹声，此起彼伏，“噼里啪啦”的响着。我赶忙放下筷子，偷偷地从香炉里拿了一支香，点燃。然后再拿了个烟花跑到了阳台上，准备放烟花。我身体向前探着，右手捂着耳朵，生怕把耳膜震坏似的。当我正要把烟花点燃时，“砰”的一声，吓的我把香都扔了。回头一看，原来爸爸不知什么时候正站在我身后恶作剧呢！我瞪了他一眼，像是在警告他。我重新拿起香，双手微微颤抖地伸到烟花前，迅速朝前一送，导火线还没点燃，我就溜开了。第三次，我手伸的长长的，脚挪动着一点一点地靠近烟花。啊！香终于碰到导火线了，导火线“滋滋”地冒着火花，烟花终于点燃了。我赶紧躲到一边，高兴的连蹦带跳。只听见“嗖”的一声，我的烟花飞上天了！宛如喷泉向四面八方飞溅着，蓝中带红，红中带紫……多么美啊！它似乎正与远处火龙一样的烟花问好呢！

一秒，两秒，烟花熄灭了，我心里空落落的。这样美丽的烟花，怎么就宛如昙花一现了呢？

寒假里的某一天，我吹着口哨，哼着轻快的小调，麻利地将一个平底锅架到灶台上，啪嗒一声点上火。又打开冰箱，从里面找出一包培根和两枚鸡蛋，转身往滋滋作响的煎锅里扔进一片培根，再次悠悠哉哉地走回电视机前，与里面的主角同呼吸同命运。

不知过了多久，当电视里飘出熟悉的广告词，我这才想起仍在锅中哀嚎的培根。

于是，熟悉的一幕重新上演，转身，立定，齐步走，一二一，朝着不断惨叫的培根而去。

一路上，我已经可以嗅得到那培根独有的香气了，那种诱人的焦黄颜色，那种浓郁的肉香味。可等我旋着舞步飘进厨房，看到的却只是一只冒烟起火的平底锅，一片躺在锅底苟延残喘的培根。我吓得呆在原地，一动不动，过了几秒钟，又突然醒悟：家里着火了！我惊恐的看着锅里的火苗一点一点地蹿高，突然显现出视死而归的决心，冲上前去，把煤气炉开关往右使劲一扭。紧接着抓起右手边的锅盖，啪的一声往锅上一盖，火焰立刻缩进了锅里。趁火势变小，我马上拿出百米赛跑的速度，冲进客厅、阳台，把所有的窗户一股脑全开掉。等我心有余悸的回到厨房，火苗已经消失不见，只剩下一片面目全非的培根。望着这块黑炭，我真是欲哭无泪！

经历了这次惊心动魄的着火事件，我彻底了解了三心二意危险性。看着几乎被烧焦的平底锅，想想刚才惊险的一幕，我又想起了那句话：如果三心二意，必将一事无成！
