最近几天天气都是出奇的好，在内江若不是三伏天是决计少见这样的好天气的，天气变好，人的心情也会受天气的影响，今天依旧是7：30起床(周末刻意给自己的优待)，先在床上大概计划了一下今天的日程安排，便迅速的起床了，洗漱完毕带上两本vfp参考书以及《土力学与地基基础》作业本离开宿舍，前段时间因为心思不在这上面，以至于有些题因为疏忽或忘记而遗漏了，应该是早得完成的。

早餐依旧是面条、三个包子、一个鸡蛋，均衡搭配，身体健康嘛!然后来到图书馆，外面依旧很多来学校西区礼堂开会的大小官员们，学校停了不少的高中低档的小车，其实我个人是很反感这种无休止的会议的，我不太认为这些人在一起能够商议出多少大的举措来，因为回忆中据说很多的人不在状态，这种形式主义充斥着我们生活的这个时代，不能改变的我们只能试着接受与适应。

悠闲踱步的我突然看到车流中的一个亮点，所有人都开着车来，唯独有一人是乘坐出租车，我不知道他是没自己的车还是可以低调，但我还是比较推崇他的心态的，下车后的他仍然是怡然自得，和身边的人有说有笑，流露出一种威严与气质，在大力实施的反腐倡廉的洪流中在此人身上得到了完美的体现。

今日图书馆人不是太多，一改往日座无虚席的状态，今日天气如此明媚，据说白马桃花盛开，丰富的.活动吸引了无数的人前往，或许学子们都被吸引去了吧，同样是来到熟悉的书架下取下那本书，这次我是直接带到二楼去找了一个相对安静的地方阅读，读了一篇之后，突然有种想要出去的冲动，说走就走，将书整理好，取下身上一切束缚放在上衣的口袋中，将衣服搭在椅子上就出去了。

出来之后，初春的阳光照在身上暖暖的，沿着河边漫无目的的行走，三桥的那个老爷爷每天都会在桥上放风筝，有人坐在桥上垂钓，自然我知道他们钓的不是鱼，而是一种心态，假如我有一天老了，是还是像如今这样疲于奔命还是有这样一份怡然自得的心态呢?当然未来太远，我也来不及也没办法思考，只有做好现在的每一件事，为未来的一切做好充分的准备，实现那个梦想是我如今唯一追寻的。如果可以，我希望一直这样走下去。

走着走着，已经一个小时了，再回到图书馆已是9：00左右，此刻心情也是极好，看书也是极为有效率。我得出一个结论，在看不下去书或不想做某件事的时候，先暂且放下，即使去做也只能事倍功半，得不偿失，心情也会受到压抑，去做一些喜欢的事吧，音乐、运动、打打球......当你有一个好心情再回来你会发现效率顿时有了，这就是我们俗称的事半功倍。

11：50去四食堂吃饭，打得凉菜回寝室吃，开门月月在门后下了我一大跳，原来他是在做俯卧撑，对的身体是革命的本钱，吃完饭睡了一觉，1：30出去，下午要给一个高二的同学补课，因此我得先去备课，无论怎样都得尽到自己的责任，我带的学生不少，从大一到现在少说有十个了，每一个学生我自己都会掏钱买一些辅导资料和打印些许复习材料，从不会向他们或家长报账，因为从他们身上我看到了我以前的影子，我是真心想把他们每一个人教好，作为过来人我也深知他们父母挣钱的不易，虽然或许这些对于他们来说不算什么，但我只求一个心安，权当是在做好事吧，有时候我觉得自己挺傻的。

补课的地点是在三教，这孩子比较聪明，许多东西一点就透，只不过缺少点拨而且不善于总结，再就是练得题少了，我针对她的特点为她制定了一套辅导计划，效果是明显的，看到她因为明白一些题目灿烂的笑容，我也特别的开心，觉得很有成就感，其他的得失并不那么重要，每次的两个小时都会因为想要给她多讲一些就拖到了2个半亦或是三个小时，但这些无妨，还有一年他就要参加高考了，能多帮助一些就多做一些吧。

5：00送她离开学校。临走之际，给了她一份我替她制定的学习计划，希望她能坚持下来，听着她感谢的话语，心里甜滋滋的。

图书馆看了一会儿书，5：50去食堂吃饭，路上看到班主任和他的家人以及学院的几个老师，打了招呼，最初以为他们是去白马玩了，再回图书馆又看到班主任在天一广场，聊了一会天，才知道他们一行是去大自然玩了，是没浪费这样好的天气。

再去图书馆看了一小会儿书，小月月也在我隔壁的桌子上看一本叫作《藏地密码》的书，据说还不错，八点半和月月回去，月月去找班主任请假，明天考科目二。回到寝室先洗了一个澡，按了指纹，全身舒畅无比。将换下的衣服发好，明天有时间就洗了。

9：20倒下一杯水，继续一天的总结。

寄语：我没告诉你会有怎样的困难，因为不想你就此退缩;没告诉你会有怎样的方法去调适，因为一切都要靠你自己。我只说那一个态度：坚持!

Today is Sunday. Its very happy. Because today is holiday. I can go to park to fly the Kite and like bird run in the park.

当我们走进大学的校门时，就告别了高中生活，开始丰富多彩的大学生活。大学生活的第一课便是军训生活。

金色的秋天，金色的梦，在这激情九月充满收获的季节里，我校的20_级新生军训开始了。

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是到了第二天、第三天、第四天，问题来了。有的同学开始发牢骚，抱怨声便连声四起，一些同学向教官提出意见、有的甚至想逃避训练。这些都体现了我们平时的生活太顺畅，几乎是衣来伸手，饭来张口，缺少了那份同龄人应有的能力。这正是我们必须提高的自身素质。而我们的教官却因为我们自由散漫的各种坏习惯，经常受到惩罚。24日这天教官因为我们，被罚连续五次正面卧倒在水泥地上，整条手臂都肿了，还流血了;……那一刻，几乎所有的同学都哭了。但是哭又什么用??我们总是在教官受罚之后跟他说对不起，为什么不一开始就做好自己呢?

你是那么一丝不苟。抱着在军训中混的我，今天，才认识到严谨的时间意识和坚忍不拔的意志。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟。军姿的纹丝不动，跨步的整齐有力，使我们真正体会到军人的一丝不苟。

军训快要结束，看着晒黑的脖子、脸和手臂，就能记起烈日下的汗水。但是汗水不能淹没我所有的记忆，因为有更多的东西充实着我。记得军训刚开始的时候，似乎是那样的无声无息，它没流下太多的时间让我做好心理准备去应付它。就这样的几天里，一点一滴的收获渐渐地烙在我的记忆深处。

军训的内容或许是单调的。每天都做着一样的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。在教官的标准指导下，慢慢地发现自己和同学平时的习惯如此的便扭。纠正错误永远是困难的，炙热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群有坏习惯的孩子，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在了每个人的眼前。

军训也不总是枯燥的，每天的拉歌都是单调的军训中的调节剂。在拉歌中听到的除了“原始的吼声”，那就是欢笑声。每一丝的欢笑声都能将要崩溃的身体唤醒。我们抱着娱乐第一的心态，度过最轻松的十几分钟。

今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

When winter holiday is around corner,I have so many plans,but now I just like coughpotato. My sister and I sleep in the morning,my parents get mad at us.They force us to get up,we lock the bedroom door until we are both hungry.Ha... Because of final exams,our skin in bad condition,my sister said that sleeping is good for skin.Yeah,female do care about their appearence all the time. Afternoon belongs to friend.Call them out and go shopping toghter.We gossip all the people we know.This feeling is so cool,you may find that friend is so important in the world,no on can live without them. My day is simple.

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

weather was rainy.The rain was raining heavily in the sky.And there was much

dirty water on the ground.

今天可真无聊。我哪儿也没去，就呆在家里，因为今天是雨天。天空中下着倾盆大雨,而且地上汇集着许多污水。

I watched TV,but all the shows were long and long soap operas.I didnt like

them!Then I read a book,but they were too difficult for me.So I couldnt get

it!Computer games were also difficult and boring...

我看了电视，但是所有的节目都是长长的电视连续剧，我不喜欢它们!然后我读了一本书，但是它对我来说太深奥了，我无法理解!电脑游戏也很困难而且无聊……

In short,the day was boring.I flet so bad!

总而言之，今天真无聊。我感觉太差了!

the 15—day celebration of chinese new year

the first day of the lunar new year is "the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and earth。"many people abstain from meat on the first day of the new year because it is believed that this will ensure long and happy lives for them。

on the second day， the chinese pray to their ancestors as well as to all the gods。 they are extra kind to dogs and feed them well as it is believed that the second day is the birthday of all dogs。

the third and fourth days are for the sons—in—laws to pay respect to their parents—in—law。

the fifth day is called po woo。 on that day people stay home to welcome the god of wealth。 no one visits families and friends on the fifth day because it will bring both parties bad luck。

on the sixth to the 10th day， the chinese visit their relatives and friends freely。 they also visit the temples to pray for good fortune and health。

the seventh day of the new year is the day for farmers to display their produce。 these farmers make a drink from seven types of vegetables to celebrate the occasion。 the seventh day is also considered the birthday of human beings。 noodles are eaten to promote longevity and raw fish for success。

on the eighth day the fujian people have another family reunion dinner， and at midnight they pray to tian gong， the god of heaven。

the ninth day is to make offerings to the jade emperor。

the 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner。 after so much rich food， on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens （choi sum） to cleanse the system。

the 14th day should be for preparations to celebrate the lantern festival which is to be held on the 15th night。
