前几日，因为家中有喜宴便提前半小时接了小钟放学，那天正好是他的英语课外班上课的日子。我原以为，从教室出来的小钟会眉开眼笑，因为我觉得对于孩子而言玩的诱惑性要远远大于上课。可是，小钟并没有我预期想的那么高兴，而是给我说，妈妈，你提前来接我一点都不好，你打扰了我的快乐。我吃惊之下询问原因。“我正在给司校讲题呢，正讲到一半你就来了，一点都不好”！司校是与小钟一起上课的一个孩子。在我嬉笑于他好为人师的同时，才发现原来我们每个人从小都有一个教师梦。

对于小时候的我而言，教师这个行当是我羡慕的，觉得站在讲台上的老师永远是那么高大，永远是那么博学，是我心目中的十万个为什么的解答版。那时的我总是对自己的老师充满着带有距离的敬畏感，在学校里只有老师主动找我的份，没有我主动去找老师的概念。即使是不上课的日子，在大街上碰到，也是怯生生的跟老师打个招呼，然后就躲开三丈远，深怕自己站在那引起老师的扩展性思维向父母告我的小黑状。

那时，每每看着站在讲台上老师的身姿总是不由自主的延伸出一个念头，我什么时候才能站在那里？在黑板上写板书，给学生讲课，用红笔在作业本上进行勾画，在试卷上填上分数……。教师，这个职业对我而言是可望而不可即的，有那么一点点艳羡，有那么一点点奢望，有那么一些些高山仰止的感觉。

那时候，哪个小伙伴家里要是能有一块黑板总是让其他孩子艳羡的事情。不上学的时候，小朋友们聚在一起的最常玩的就是“上课”的游戏。几个小板凳、一块不大的黑板、几根舍不得浪费的粉笔，是游戏的道具，每人五分钟的讲课时间是大家必须要遵守的游戏规则。游戏中，往往是台上的小老师舍不得放弃自己手中的权力，台下听课的学生们开始集体造反，要求“大王轮流做，今年到我家”。我有一个小我3岁的妹妹，“老师”是她从小挚爱的游戏角色。游戏中，她是老师，家里的小板凳是她的学生。每次去她家玩耍，我总是依着她首先当着她的学生，目的就是为了自己也有机会可以用用让我眼馋的小黑板和粉笔。

第一次觉得老师不神秘是初中的时候。初中的政治老师是个刚毕业的漂亮女子，大眼睛，白皙的皮肤，烫着波浪发，扎着马尾辫的时候那些大大小小的头发卷总是随着身体的运动而一齐晃动着。她在任课老师中很独特，因为她的美丽，因为她的妆容，因为她永远是一双高跟鞋。学校对面是职工医院，医院里有一个花园，是我们放学后经常玩耍出没的地方。在某日的一次玩耍中，竟然碰见了和男朋友手牵手的政治老师，两人和风细雨、亲亲腻腻。一帮青春期的孩子怀着好奇心窥视着、嬉笑点评着。原来，老师和我们一样，都有一颗红尘凡心。

上班后，我认识到教师其实就是一种职业，一种与其他行当平行并列的一种职业。只是这种职业有点特殊，需要面对的不是没有生命的机器与办公桌，面对的是一个个鲜活的生命，一张张青春可人的面孔。因为特殊性，社会便赋予了这个职业太多的崇高性，将其比喻为园丁、蜡烛、春蚕、人类灵魂的工程师……。其实，教师也是一个个普通的凡人，他们也有自己的喜怒哀乐、爱恨情欲、小脾气小性格、牢骚与不满。教好书、尽好责、做好自己的本职、坚守自己的职业道德就是一个好老师、就是一个称职的社会人，我们不能对他们有太多的要求，不能硬在他们身上强加太高的、太多的道德枷锁。

大学里，我学的是中文，宿舍8个人里有3个姐妹从事着教师这个行当。大家天南海北各守一方，群聊是彼此联系的桥梁。我们这些非教师经常坐着小板凳静看她们几个的闲聊，听她们发牢骚，听她们诉苦，听她们发泄对这个行当与体制的弊病，听她们说除了正常的授课外强加的额外的工作负担……。在她们身上我深切的感受着一个个普通教师的压力与繁琐，感受着教师只不过是一个与学生这个名字平行而相对的职业。她们不需要太多的光环，需要的只是家长的理解和配合，只是社会的平常心对待。

我也曾经梦想过当一名老师，可是在大学填报志愿的时候我选择了非师范类。原因很简单，自认为缺乏管束孩子的能力，怕被调皮捣蛋的学生捉弄，而我又是一个生性内敛、羞涩的人。

我3岁上幼儿园、24岁大学毕业，21年的学生生涯中遇到了也许将近百位的老师。在毕业13年，工作13年的今天，我还记得谁？还记得多少曾经年幼青春的事情？记得那个总是在眼皮上贴纸片能提得动一大桶饭的幼儿园老师，记得小学第一任班主任寇老师，记得打过我大嘴巴的小学数学老师，记得总让我罚站的英语姜老太太，记得初中的班主任徐祖贤老师，记得和蔼可亲的白老师，记得讲一堂课不看一眼笔记的林霞老师，记得粗旷细腻的崔坚老师，记得总把“戏院”发“妓院”的赵聪老师，记得政治大拿的郎晓红老师，记得被我的问题噎住的陈旺生老师，记得每天一百单词的董老师……这些仅仅是我从幼儿园到高中的老师。原来，我还记得这么多。

大学呢？有视我为朋友的卢老师夫妻，有摔了眼镜穿着烫了洞西服的尚春生老师，有杂糅了四方方言的庆振轩老师，有替我们背黑锅挨批评的赵蓉老师，有温儒的赵晓刚老师，有被我的眼泪欺瞒过的赵云老师，有乐得收我为徒却被我辜负了的赵建新老师，有英年已逝的许兵老师……还有那些曾经给我们上过课，我已经遗忘了姓名的老师。

一个小小的念头竟然引发出自己这么的感念。

仅此，在第30个教师节，向我所有的老师，向小钟所有的老师，向从事教育行业的所有朋友，向从事教师这个职业的3个一起厮守过的姐妹们说声“教师节快乐！”。
